La chambre et salle de bain étaient propres.

L’accueil désastreuse, nous avons dû payer via booking notre réservation et une deuxième fois sur place. La nuit revient très chère… La propriétaire nous a dit que ma carte bancaire ne passait pas alors que j’ai bien montré le paiement. Nous avons dû payer une deuxième fois par la force des choses, c’est inadmissible.

The room was comfortable, cosy and clean. We spend there only one night before flight from Bari airport. Everything was prepared, no problem with extremely late check-in (2 a.m), with all instructions how to enter building and apartment. Apartment is located in the old city centre with small and narrow streets. I parked car on the street parking area, outside old city, approx. 50-100 meters far.

Lovely place to stay in the historic part of town

A lovely historic palazzo in the old part of town. The rooms were very grand and had every facility for a comfortable stay. The dining room area was lovely and we were provided with a good breakfast and unlimited tea/coffee during our stay. There was a little outside seating area which was nice. The owner was very friendly and welcoming.

The house is located in the old town which is really nice and clean. The rooms were well furnished, comfortable and clean.

On Fridays the restaurant where we get breakfast is closed so we didn't get that day the breakfast we paid. If the owner has told us, I wouldn't be a problem but this way it was a disappointment in the morning.

Great location and beautiful rooms, but lack of privacy, air-conditioning and cleaning

Situated just a few meters from Bitonto's main city square, and just 10-15 minutes walk from the railway station. Plenty of small restaurants and supermarkets. Authentic Italian building, wonderful interior design, spacious room and common areas. Big, comfortable beds. Clean (at least in the beginning, as no one came for 5 days after that) One of the rooms had air conditioning. Host was responsive over the phone.

Total lack of privacy. There is a transparent door, and one of the rooms cannot even be locked. Neighbors were able to hear (and get frustrated) even when we talk quietly. No sound isolation at all. I was with my family, and one of the rooms lacked air-conditioning, and although the bed was comfortable, it was impossible to get qualitative sleep because of the room being hot. No one cleaned the bathroom or changed our sheets or towels for five days. There is a tiny shared fridge between all the apartments. Steep stairs can be a problem to people with limited mobility.

Nice hotel in the old town of Bitonto-communication could have been better.

The rooms were comfortable, especially given the age of the building. Bitonto is a nice town that we otherwise would have not visited if we didn’t stay here.

The internet was out from Friday -Monday. When it came online, we didn’t have the password. Due to COVID, the breakfast could not be served at the Hotel. We were given coupons to go to a bar for breakfast, but it was closed over the holiday weekend. When we told Leo, who was kind, he let us know we could also go to a different bar (which was also closed given the holiday). Not a big problem but this could have been clear from check-in time.
