Maravilhoso!

Melhor hotel da Lapa.

A única sugestão é ver a piscina que em um dos dias a água estava turva. E detetizar. Pois vi uma baratinha dentro do quarto. Fora isso. Só elogios!

Tranquila

O atendimento foi bom.

Os pães estavam duros e pouca variedade pelo valor a acomodação, os apoios do blindex estavam sujos, não tinha garagem quando cheguei o o local onde foi indicado não me deixaram estacionar e era em local de pouco higiene e esposto ao sol.

El desayuno es contundente, pero fue siempre lo mismo, mismas frutas, faltó quizás mango, la ubicación es céntrico, el sector de pisicna siempre estuvo limpio, el Chico muy amable, sólo el baño a veces sucio y con falta de papel higienico y jabón.gracias

El televisor no logré nunca apagarlo creo que fue el control, poca variedad de canales de entretención poca musica en la TV, poca variedad en los jugos naturales, las cama la encontré pequeña talvez deba ser cama queen.-

Punto estratégico para moverse en la ciudad

La habitación muy bien, grande, cama muy cómoda. Los servicios que brinda el hotel son destacables: piscina con bar en la azotea, gimnasio con vista a Santa Teresa, desayuno muy completo, restorán en horario amplio con precios competitivos.

Al estar ubicado en el centro antiguo algunos edificios en los alrededores están descuidados, hay personas en situación de calle aunque como es una zona con mucha vida nocturna, en la noche hay movimiento de gente.

Uma boa opção para quem precisa ficar no centro da cidade, excelente custo beneficio. Solicitei um quarto com vista e me deram um excelente quarto em andar alto com vista para Santa Teresa

Cafe da manha apesar de farto estava bagunçado. deveria ter um funcionário atento a reposição e limpeza das mesas ja utilizadas. O check out estava lotado com fila, mas foi rapido.

Muito boa!

A localização é ótimo, o bairro que não gostei muito, mas o hotel em si, tem um atendimento maravilhoso, funcionários agradáveis, café da manhã muito bom, quarto limpo.

O ar condicionado é barulhento, tivemos um pobreminha de infiltração no banheiro mas logo foi resolvido, e o estacionamento do hotel é bem pequeno, tivemos que pagar um outro que é parceiro do hotel mas eu não me senti segura.

Precisa melhorar...

Do café da manhã,mas só pecou de não ter nenhum suco natural, como suco de laranja.

1- Na entrada do hotel onde é feito o check-in,o ar condicionado estava com defeito e só funcionando na ventilação, inclusive no check-out. Lembrando que no Rio de janeiro estava fazendo uns 35 graus. 2- Em toda minha estadia a piscina encontra-se muito suja,e todos que usavam reclamavam. Nos passaram a informação que o responsável que faz a limpeza da piscina faltou um dia, só que nos outros dias a água suja da piscina continuava a mesmo. .3- Luz do quarto com iluminação super fraca. 4- Ar condicionado além de não gelar quase nada,fazia muito barulho , sendo percebido durante toda a noite.

La piscina, que funcionaba hasta las 22 horas, el desayuno, la amplitud de la habitación, frigobar y caja de seguridad, ducha confortable con gran caudal de agua

En toda la estadía funcionóel aire acondicionado, si bien vinieron dos veces no lo solucionaron.

Café da manhã,a localização é na Lapa bem parecido com o centro de SP - tem bares, pizzaria, e crepe na rua ao lado.. bom pedir informações aos funcionários.. quando saírem, a camareira entra e arruma seu quarto

Ligaram pra nós as 6h da manhã duas vezes, e estávamos dormindo isso acabou incomodando.. fora isso tudo ok, a parte ruim é que não estendem o chekout e o bar fecha às 22hrs... deveria ao menos fechar meia noite aos finais de semana.

Quarto muito ruim, sujo e com ar condicionado estragado/ruim/barulhento.

O ar condicionado do quarto estava estragado, não permitindo regulagem de tempertura, somente liga e desliga. Isso deixou o quarto muito frio. Além disso, muito barulhento.

GOOD STAY FOR RIO LAPA

Breakfast was very good. Hotel is very good value and very comfortable.

A lot of noise from people outside but that will be the same for any hotel in the area due to Pubs and Bars around.

Great location for 10 night stay

Really excellent room with a super comfy bed, wardrobes and desk. Bathroom had a hot and powerful shower. On-site restaurant was great price and did really good food. The pool on the roof was great to cool down and had a bar with sports on in the evening. Great location with supermarkets and restaurants around. Place for Ubers to pull in for us to explore the city

could improve the sun beds on the roof as most were broken.

Bad week for staying

Location, breakfast, room was clean and if you want they are cleaning every day.

We chose this hotel for the rooftop pool. We used it for once during the 10 nights because they have maintenance. Nobody told us this via booking or e-mail. It was so annoying, we tried to change it when we arrived but booking didn’t accept this. We woke up with maintenance voices and couldn’t use pool.

Very friendly staff, nice rooftop bar and swimming pool. Right in Lapa. Good breakfast.

The bed sheets and pillows had stains. Also de bathroom didn´t seem fully cleaned.

Overall, we were disappointed and wouldn't stay there again.

The location was the only positive

The room wasn't clean. Floor was sticky and dirty. The towels and bedding were old and stained. The were clean but looked like they haven't been updated in years. The gym was poor. Machines weren't working. Breakfast was poor. Pastries, both sweet and savoury, didn't seem fresh. They were dry and hard, as if they have been there for a couple of days.

Location:around the hotel is a lot of homeless people and smells urine everywhere

The reception people are good and the lobby is clean The restaurant breakfast workers are good and kind… That’s it…nothing else Shouldn’t be rated 4 stars in your site It shouldn’t be in booking site at all

The booking site show a totally different breakfast…the room a/c is so loud…the rooms window curtains are dirty (changed rooms) the same way…outside of the hotel is very dirty and smells awful…you need to send someone there…remove out of your site…is disgusting

Drop the prices, or scrap the hotel and start again.

I would struggle to recommend this hotel, it was essentially a run down business hotel that had given up some time ago. No character, no charm, borderline functional. They had a gym, which had potential, but most of the equipment was broken.

We took a took at breakfast and were so disappointed, we left.
