i am 24 now kids and all I’ve been coming to Lifestyle property’s since 2011 every 7 months I’m there there is not one complain property is definitely worth everything you pay for different dishes different drinks I can’t get over the Restaurant Trapiche and how tender the meat was ,to die for .
well only thing I don’t like is that we have to pay for wifi after an hour use like come on bruh don’t leave me hanging half way mid phone conversation.

For the most part the adult staff was very pleasant. The younger ones lacked motivation and pleasantries. The place was kept clean.
Food in buffet was very poor. Made up of very processed low nutritional value. NO FISH other than once Dorado was served. Also very poor meat options. Mainly nasty hot dogs they called sausages.
Room had poor view and was just above very noisy group of 12 ACs motors constantly running.
Also not supported by generators when power when out for several hours and that meant NO WATER in the room. Couldn't take a shower or use the toilet. Very bad for a multi million dollar operation... wanting to sell you a VIP membership.
No snack areas either were we were. We arrived outside of the eating times, we were hungry and were told had to have reservation for a la carte or wait till buffet time which turned out to be very poor quality. And NO snack bars in sight.
The complex was huge and waiting for busses at peak hours meant waiting for 2-3 bus to come by and leave you there because they were running full while hundreds of golf carts were sitting there for VIP use only and not being used to shuttle elderly or handicapped guests as I was at the time with a torn hamstring injury I sustained prior to my arriving, and aggravated by the distances to different places.
The beach was too far and hard to access due to its many stairs. And from a distance did not appear to have much Beach areas with sand to lay on. The beds looked nice but couldn't get down there to enjoy them.

This place was really nice. The staff was friendly. The room was nice & spacious. It was overall a nice, quiet stay. There was not many activities to do there so we stayed indoors most of the time because we didn't want to be at the beach everyday. The tour & sales pitch was a surprise. Maybe we should have been told ahead of time. We were just called and told that "Alberto" had something for us after breakfast and all he said was he was going to show us around. We ended up on a 2 hour "tour" all the while being persuaded to purchase property. The rain caused the shows to get cancelled every night. Maybe you guys should consider a covered space. Rouse at the reception was super nice and Maribel the room attendant as well
The food was way too repetitive. We literally had the exact same breakfast & lunch everyday because of lack of choices. Most of the meat was shellfish or pork which we do not eat so dinner's pickings were slim too. You guys definitely need more excitement in your food choices. Also for a resort that caters to the international clients, your non-english speaking staff needs more patience. One shuttle driver was super rude because he couldn't understand and even some staff at the restaurants

The suite was clean and comfortable. The VIP beach is very nice.
The food selection was poor, not the best quality. Limited options at the buffet, not impressed at all.

The furniture at Crown Suites needs to be upgraded. The sofa was hard and uncomfortable.
The bathroom toilet kept getting clogged and the floors were constantly wet/damp as if dew was in the room
The cupboards need changing.
The bedroom closets need a whole makeover

love the staff
I did not like that they lure you to upgrade to VIP for $40,000 that a true scam. They did not give me other options to upgrade besides that price and also forgot to mention. When there are numerous of VIP at the airport and they have no cars available they will not pick you up. I will never in my life stay at lifestyle again.

The pools and the bedroom it was nice.
Too much walk everything it’s too far and they don’t give you free golf car and at the time of the client to make the check out treat them a little better the staff at the lobby are rude.

We went to puerto plata lifestyle resort for our family moon vacation it was a group of us,, Some employees and visitors from the DR are so rude, the resort had alot of restriction they don't tell you about. The food was not that great don't have to many options 🙄 I don't recommend it.
