Food was great!
Lots of great pools.
Grounds were luscious and beautifully well kept.
Very large resort.
They try to sell you a VIP membership, you can’t access most beaches without it.
Beach was okay , not very clear water.
Some loud spring break partiers.
Long walk to get to the beach

Most staff was friendly.
We booked the presidential suite rm# PS002 and there were many problems, there was no hot water, no telephone line, there was a strong smell of mold and a leak that flooded our room that could of ended badly with a serious fall.
We arrived on a Monday, advised of the hot water and telephone situation, they said it would get fixed, but it took 3 days and with repeated reminders to only have the hot water fixed 3 day into our stay and with no line in the room we had to make repeated visits to the lobby to keep informing of the problems. The flood occurred on Wednesday, we stumbled into it after coming in from a beach day and I slipped, luckily I caught my self.
We encountered roaches at the Brazilian restaurant, which was disgusting!!
I reached out to a supervisor and she was unaccommodating when she saw my reservation was done through booking.com.

To visit a foreign country, you would like to taste the food that is associated with that country. That didn't happen, they served American food. So i traveled from America to the dominican republic to eat.... American food?
Half of the staff just seem like they could care less about helping you and the other half is very nice. Those don't want to serve the people who pay their salaries should find work elsewhere.
-Got the wrong room, waited an hour and a half for them to get the room i paid for.
-Was told I had to pay (separately) Daily to use the in room safe because even though its in the room, you have to pay to use it. And yet the policy is we are not responsible for items taken from your room.
-The lobby staff has that one women who has a bad attitude and shouldn't be working with people. Everyone else was pretty helpful.
The resort is nice, the food is not that good, same selections everyday. We decided to go off the property to a local establishment to eat because we just couldn't take it.

Size of room though it’s not utilised well
Was told that we have to do a 1 hour tour around the property which turned out to be a sales pitch to buy into their vacation package which was a waste of time and damped my holiday mood . Bathtub was dirty and overhead shower did not work.

The room was nice and most of the food was really good.
The staff told me they would take me on a tour to see the property but it was just a scam to take me to their recruiting office & try to sell me stuff I never got the tour. The indochino restaurant only had 4 items on the menu.

The rooms were horrible. The staff would not work with upgrading us. The AC was not working. Requesting Maintance to come over to fix. They didn’t it come I too the next morning so we slept in the heat for one of the nights. Felt we were treated poorly because we were not VIP members.
Customer service, rooms looked old and outdated. Another persons hair was all over the shower wall.

the buffet food tasted good
the staff was very dismissive, I paid for VIP status and I received no services, no one attended to my needs I had to get everything myself including drinks because the wait staff would never come check on me, the maids kicked us out of the room to clean instead of coming back at a later time, I paid for an upgrade to the room which was around 300$ and I got the same exact room for regular price which is very messed up, and at the reception I could hear the people talking about us in Spanish until they realized I spoke Spanish as well.

Everything. This is our 5th time staying at a lifestyle facility. Everytime we stay at a resort, this is always our choice. Worth the price for what they offer.
Everything was great

What I really liked about this place was the way the staff men treated every one, it didn't matter if they had a bad day or not (which we were not able to notice) but if they did, I really applause them a little loud because they never showed that. They were always willing to help you and assist you. The room, I really consider it a waste because if you're like us who like to enjoy what the hotel can offer you, walk around and being part of every single activity they have, then I consider a studio like this one is not that necessary because you won't be able to squeeze the room. I really loved the shows (MJ my favorite one), anyways, in general I give them an 8.
To be honest, I didn't like the way must of the staff women treated the customers, they used to see them like if they were being made to do that job, I consider they should be more considerated because we don't know who's there having a bad moment and is trying to chill out and forgetting about problems in a job or going through any familiar situation, this is something you must take into account, you treat with different people, every kind of person, humble ones, aggresive customers but must of all from many different cultures, they should be more careful with that. Another thing I didn't like... the discotec if is closed you should update that info in the services you offer, is a little dissapointed and disgusted if customers are thinking they'll dance in one of these nights and when they arrive to know that the discotec is closed because of the famous "pandemia" other activities are working normally why the discotec don't? But anyways, another thing I didn't like was the beach it was not very delightful when we were there this weekend.
