The room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was good.

Location good, staff friendly
No breakfast included, which I had thought were supposed to be. Small room and very noisy with Indian restaurant underneath. Music loud from late afternoon through to 10:30/11:00. Parking limited. Had to ask for towels when not provided.

Property was very central and staff where lovely.
There is some work going on in the hotel and as much as the work started at 9am onwards the noise in our room was horrendous as the work was above us. If this was the case why use this room as the whole room rattled upon every workman. Check out was 11am so no chance of a lazy morning at all.

Clean room, good size. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Great location -Jesmond has plenty of local shops bars and eateries-out of town centre but easy to get there as metro is 5min walk away.
Bed slightly hard but that's personal preference. No biscuits with tea facility. Limited parking, no space left in evening but there is some on road availability.

location was great and close to student properties.
so many rooms in nooks and crannies can get a little disoriented.

Great location for the Jesmond area and easy access to the city

Hotel was only 10 minutes walk from Jesmond West Metro station. It was very quiet in the evening and overnight. Staff were very helpful. There were plenty of cafes and restaurants around the area.
The hotel restaurant was closed and looked as if it might have been shut for some time. Would have been better to have had this pointed out prior to arrival.

it was clean and the bathroom looked newly fitted and modern and clean- both and shower. bedroom cool, which was good for sleeping, and a blower heater was provided. it was quiet outside
the mattress was very hard! so hard I even checked it was a mattress !
the floorboards were incredibly squeaky- we were woken up at 3.30am not by the room above talking when they came in but just from the really really loud floorboard creaks. Then I went the loo and realised ours were the same- and I was probably waking the people below us!

Staff were so helpful and friendly. I had the most delicious meal from the restaurant. My room (cosy double) was lovely, had everything I needed and the bed was super comfy. Wish I could have had breakfast but sadly I had to work early.
