Loved it

The location was great, in the heart of Sidi Bou Said. The Staff were very friendly and kind. They helped us with instructions on how to get to the closest possible spot by car. The room was spacious and perfect, very authentic. The garden and terrace were soo beautiful.

Lovely Sisters trip in Sidi Bou Said

We were greeted wonderfully with jasmine and delicious lemon juice. We love the message they offered (we highly recommend the masseuse Ms. Najwa). The place smells great all the time Super friendly staff. Super clean Facilities.

Nice Place But…

Service was excellent despite issues at check in. The hotel worked to resolve our problems and were very nice and understanding in the process. The hotel restaurant is quite good for seafood and the view over the Mediterranean is gorgeous. There is a masseuse who came to the room for a massage when we arrived which was a welcome and nice touch. Plentiful hot water with a really great shower — everything worked well and was nice overall.

The booking process was a mess. There was no ocean view from our room despite having booked an upgraded room guaranteeing one. Apparently there is a glitch that is booking.com’s fault, listing rooms with amenities that don’t exist here, so be mindful of that. All rooms are listed with an ocean view and we were informed that only three actually have it. The hotel was very apologetic but had no other rooms, so they gave us a partial refund on the room and dinner at the restaurant. I am very impressed at how they handled the issue and would stay here again, in a room with a view. Very hard to find and no direct car access.

Very nice place, a dream in Sidi Bou Said

The location is amazing, on the top of Sidi Bou Said. The hotel is very nice, with different courtyards and a beatiful swimming pool. The price is good for this kind of place. The cleanliness was of a real high standard. Breakfast was also very good, we discovered there the fantastic strawberry juice, a typical and home made juice in Tunisia.

The staff was polite but I expected more from a hotel of this level, they don't accept some types of european card (no visa no mastercard in our case), we wasted an hour trying to withdraw cash without support, we didn't find the beach towel in our room neither in the swimming pool area.

Beautiful building and friendly staff, in a fantastic location right in the centre of historic Sidi Bou Said.

While the room was spotlessly clean, the smell of drains coming through the air vents was unmistakeable.
