王宮やモンキーフォレスト通りなど主要な場所に徒歩で行かれるので食事や買い物に便利。ホテルのレストランも朝食ではエッグベネディクトなどの他、和食、韓国料理のセットまであり滞在中も飽きずに食べられる。

日本より気温が低いのでvillaのプライベートプールは昼間の数時間しか使えないのが残念。チェックアウトの前日の夕方疲れて昼寝していたら、「spaの予約を変更してもらえないか？」「洗濯物のお届けでーす」「清掃はどうしますかー」など電話や訪問がひっきりなしで休めなかった。

Fantastic stay, first class hotel and service in the heart of Ubud.

Nicely laid out. Rooms and breakfast were to a very high standard. Staff were super helpful.

Comfortable and value for money

Spacious, central and intimate

Only one buggy to move around, climbing stairs to lobby not great for my bad knee. Kitchen staff were very slow to follow up on breakfast orders

Best Honeymoon Ever!!

The villa we stayed was absolutely adorable! Very comfortable, modern! The highlight were the monkeys every day that passed through our garden after 2pm :) The spa was amazing and they made us feel welcomed and super relaxed. All that we tried at the restaurant was delicious. Everyone in the hotel was smiling and nothing was ever too much for them. We thank you for making our honeymoon so unique!

Very relaxing stay, we felt extremely well looked after.

The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and the whole place including the grounds was kept spotless. We especially enjoyed the a la carte breakfast which set us up ready for exploring, with a full tummy!

location was amazing. the monkeys came down at least once a day onto the walls so it was like our own private monkey forest to just sit and watch them play. amazing

could be more signs on walls for directions to lobby but that’s all everything else perfect

Nice breakfast and service. Ms. putu purna from Shirida restaurant is very friendly and helpful.

Group of monkeys passing by many times a day, we can’t leave anything in the garden and by the pool. it makes the beautiful villa less enjoyable.

Great service, great facilities, clean rooms. We were worried about monkeys, but staying in villa 9 we didn't see a single monkey in our villa.

Wished the sliding door in villa 9 could close completely, as mosquitoes would sometime come in as it left a 1cm gap when closed.

splendid

hospitality of staff in general but certainly at reception and in the restaurant. the breakfast was marvellous with a lot of choice and no effort is spared to make the guest feel comfortable. the vila with pool that we booked was splendid , worthy of the phrase “ royal “ …. we shall most certainly return next year. hans. fm Holland

Comfy bed great location within walking distance of Monkey Forest 🐒 lovely staff couldn't do enough to help you.

Pool in villa was cold but not hotels fault was the rain and the spa bath was dirty

A memorable and enjoyable stay

I spent my birthday in ubud and to my surprise, the staff arranged a birthday cake and sung a birthday song for me. All the staff, from reception, to cleaner, to restaurant waiter and waitress are so friendly and attentive. They would go above and beyond i delighting their customers. My wife and i had a pleasant and enjoyable stay with this hotel..highly recommended for anyone staying in or around ubud.
