Our stay at was amazing! Tucked away in the jungle, this place is a hidden gem. The villa was gorgeous. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Plus, the breakfast was delicious – definitely try the local specialties! If you're looking for a peaceful retreat in Bali, look no further than Natura Villa Ubud. We'll definitely be back!
Nothing. Love everything!!!

The view from the villa is amazing! Quite close to Ubud centre and easy to get to. Beds are comfortable, ac works properly. The location really is breathtaking, super tranquil with the full jungle feeling.
It's a little dated, the hot water runs out quickly, and the WiFi is terrible.

Most beautiful setting, peaceful, calm and very friendly staff. Wish I was still there and will definitely plan to return.
Perfect for our family of 6, 3 boys.
A very short trip into Ubud but miles away from the traffic mayhem!
Nothing, it was perfect for our family holiday.

It was a beautiful view from the restaurant. The restaurant staff were so great! It was easy to organise transport through them into town if you needed. The reception staff were super lovely too and willing to help in anyway they could. Thank you to the lovely restaurant staff for making ginger tea to help with my partners Bali belly.
The property was really run down. The villa was constantly dirty with what appeared to be animal droppings (maybe rodents)/ bugs. The villa was damp and smelly and mouldy. The bed sheets were off white and uncomfortable. It was expensive for what you got. There wasn’t even a smart tv it was a tv that just had local channels. We came to
This resort hoping to relax after being in busy Seminyak….. and felt anything but relaxed. The laundry cozy $40aud!! When we stayed in Seminyak we paid $5 for double the amount of laundry. There were bugs and Mosquitos everywhere even the bug spray and mossie coils weren’t helpful. We actually were bound to the room for one day with my partner having Bali belly and it was so uncomfortable. We didn’t like sleeping in the room at all. On the first night we ordered room service and all the food was cold. The food in restaurant is ok but really inconsistent. Even if I ordered the same thing every day (for breakfast) I’d get different level of quality of food. Some days it was cold and seemed old (cold sausages, potatoes, etc) some days it was nice and seemed fresh. It wasn’t a relaxing time due to being really uncomfortable in the room. The property seemed under staffed and maybe that’s why it was run down and lacked cleanliness in the rooms. Our roof had holes in it and bugs coming through everywhere. Overall it’s a beautiful location with a lot of potential but it needs work. The outside bath area was filthy and I wouldn’t have stepped foot in the bath. A disappointing stay to say the least.

Staff were great,and setting
needs alot of investment by owners as rooms are outdated, unsafe and not practical.

Very quiet and peaceful just far enough away from all the noise and busy ness of Ubud retail/food precinct. Had our own little pool in our villa.
Had to rely on the shuttle service at 10am, 2pm and 5pm to central Ubud. Def too skinny a road to walk 3-4 km there. However was fairly cheap to get a taxi there.

After a busy 2 weeks in other parts of Bali, it was a welcome change to stay in a peaceful jungle sanctuary overlooking a river.
There was some loose tiles on the steps going to our villa

The occasional gecko in the room but that's to be expected in Ubud!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Natura Resort Hotel and I must say, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The resort is situated in a beautiful natural setting that provides a peaceful and tranquil escape from the busy city life.
The room was huge and provided ample space for me to relax and unwind. I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained the room was, and the amenities provided were top-notch.
The breakfast was another highlight of my sta, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and freshness of the food.
The best part about my stay was the value for money that the Natura Resort Hotel provided. It was an affordable option that didn't compromise on quality, and I felt that I got a lot for what I paid for.
Overall, I highly recommend the Natura Resort Hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay surrounded by nature. The amazing setting, huge rooms, delicious breakfast, and great value for money make it an excellent choice for anyone looking to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

absolutely beautiful setting and perfect location close enough to the city center but far enough to be remote and quiet. Great included breakfast and private villa. Wonderful staff, sweet and helpful always going above and beyond.
the occasional ants but hey, you’re in the jungle baby!

Wonderful location, splendid infinity pool overlooking the jungle. If you stayed long enough you could pick out monkeys in the trees in the valley. Huge rooms with private plunge pool. Great on site restaurant with amazingly friendly staff who were so nice. A nice touch in that they also provided a free taxi shuttle to Ubud centre which we weren't expecting. Would highly reccommend.
Parts of the Spa were closed - but not a problem.

There is always a staff at the reception to greet you. They are very helpful and answer your queries asap. Food is also great at the hotel. There is an infinity pool for guest access which has a beautiful view. Over all the stay was good.
We booked a villa with private pool and bath tub. Pool had a beautiful view of the greens but was also not very clean as it was in open. On the other hand it seemed like bath tub wasn't used for ages. Bath tub is also in an open area and is not very safe to enjoy in the dark. The room we stayed needs maintenance. It rained during our stay and the roof was leaking over the bed and also in the bathroom.

the location was beautiful, albeit a little out of the way from town, and the staff were always lovely and friendly
I am in the early stages of pregnancy. On our first day we went to the hotel restaurant for lunch and I ordered a pizza. The chicken on the pizza was completely raw in parts. This caused great distress given my condition and worries about salmonella in pregnancy, and I went starving that day as I was too concerned to eat. The next day we went for breakfast and I got pancakes to avoid any uncooked meat issues. Again, these came out raw in the middle so I couldn’t eat them. After this we didn’t eat at the hotel, only breakfast (I stuck to plain toast after this).
On another note, we went on the shuttle bus into town one day and asked for pick up at the time when the bus returns in the afternoon. We went to the pickup location at the agreed time and waited 20 minutes in the heat and no one turned up. We ended up getting a taxi and when we got back the shuttle was still there and there was no explanation as to why they hadn’t come into town.

Wow! This villa exceeds expectations! The photos do not do it justice. We stayed in a private pool jungle view villa, it was very private and had the most amazing view. The staff were so helpful for everything that we needed, they even organised a floating breakfast for us on our last day. The location is a little out the way but super easy if you can rent a bike to get around. Would highly recommend staying here for the amazing views and feeling like you are immersed in the jungle!

Villa needs renovation and it is under processing now- it will take one year to complete the job.
To be honest better to book next year after renovations.
villa itself is fantastic

The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The nature surrounding the pool area is absolutely breathtaking.
The property itself is very run down and need of some work. We had issues with the roof in the Villa leaking. Also the Villa requires a good clean out with a lot of mould in the bathrooms and dirt on the floors.

The rooms have stunning views and the private pools are great. Staff were friendly.
This hotel is clearly in need of some maintenance. It was tired and run down. For the price you pay I would expect it to have a higher level of cleanliness and finish. The room we were in had issues with things breaking down and constant invasions of insects. There were incidents with staff where they were helpful but also a bit rude. There were also issues where the administration of the hotel was poorly managed and resulted in unpleasant experiences for us.
I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you want a very high quality of room. If you are just after the view and private pool then it is great.
The restaurant was also unfortunately not the best and would be better with more local options.

beautiful view
big room
nice staff
beautiful window seat and comfortable bed
quiet and peaceful
it seems like the hotel has just changed hands, and is being repaired. but we just found around the hotel it felt like it needed a bit of a face lift. Could do with some more cushions/chairs by the pool area.
breakfast wasn’t great, staff seemed confused as to what options we could have

Natura resort is easily the most amazing place I have ever stayed. The photos definitely don’t do it justice. We stayed In the one bedroom private pool villa with valley views, The views from our pool were beyond magic. The villa was clean, and the daily housekeeping was a lovely bonus. This villa was truly so beautiful we didn’t want to leave. I don’t think anything else will compare and if I return I will definitely be booking again. This place is a hidden gem!
What also made natura so so special was the staff, they helped us organise everything from scooters/ drivers/ massages. All so easily and quickly, plus their room service cocktails were amazing.
If your considering booking in here! Just book already!
