Es acogedor y tranquilo

El mobiliario desgastado, mesa centro y sofá estropeado,cortinas salón manchas y falta de pintura en las habitaciones

No geral, uma boa estadia.

O apartamento era limpo e confortável, a zona era muito sossegada. Tinha os electrodomésticos de cozinha necessários.

Estava limpo quando chegamos, mas durante a estadia não veio ninguém limpar nem trocar toalhas. O rolo de papel higiénico que lá estava (que já não era inteiro) era o que havia, e normalmente deixam maus ou repoem. No final, tivemos que retirar todo o lixo do apartamento e deixar minimamente limpo, senão cobravam uma taxa, e normalmente isto e a limpeza do apartamento é feito pela equipa de limpeza do hotel.

El trato en recepción por los empleados fue de diez en todos los aspectos. Nos recomendaron sitios para comer y solucionaron en cuestión de minutos un problemilla que había.El apartamento estaba limpio y era muy amplio con unas vistas tanto al campo de golf como a la playa.

Al igual que el apartamento estaba limpio, no puedo decir lo mismo de las puertas de acceso a los ascensores y los ascensores tanto por fuera como por dentro. También tenía un olor raro que no se ha ido en ningún momento. La suciedad no era de un día. Yo en el tiempo que he estado no se ha pasado una balleta ningún día. Es una pena que entres a un portal y tenga ese aspecto puesto que te da que pensar si el apartamento estará igual. En este caso no era así pero da malísima impresión. Yo que trabajo en esto no consiento que mi gente tenga un portal así ni en broma. La primera impresión de todo es lo que uno se queda en la retina.

Mucho espacio en el alojamiento. Habitaciones espaciosas con aislamiento. Una sala de estar enorme con la mesa para comer y dos terrazas .

En la cocina me faltó algún trapo para secar las manos o los platos. En el salón alguna mantel en la mesa , ya que es blanca y si mancha o se estropea no te devuelven la fianza de 200 eur.

De "premium" a "muy mejorable" por falta de limpieza y mantenimiento.

Nos encantó el entorno, las instalaciones exteriores y la ubicación tanto por cercanía a la playa como a zonas de ocio.

La limpieza. En general estaba todo muy sucio: la cocina, los baños, las cortinas y hasta las sábanas. En cuanto al apartamento le faltaba mantenimiento, tenía manchas de humedad y desconchones en las paredes.

No volvería.

Cuando llegamos la llave que nos dieron de la habitación no abría bien y no nos dieron ninguna solución, al día siguiente arreglaron la cerradura pero el hombre no llamó ni pidió permiso, se puso a arreglarla con nosotros dentro cuando estábamos intentando descansar. Además algunas luces no iban y las paredes, persianas y algunas zonas del baño estaban sucias y se escucha mucho el ruido de otras habitaciones. Por otro lado, la peste a porros era insoportable el primer día. En resumen en este sitio no se tiene ningún tipo de intimidad por lo que no se puede descansar, ni tampoco tiene buenas condiciones de higiene.

Immaculate, large apartment with huge terraces. We had a great stay.

The apartment was large and the terraces off 3 separate rooms were brilliant. The kitchen was well equipped. The air conditioning was really effective. The whole apartment was immaculate.

I wish that the lounge furniture and beds were more comfortable. They were all a little firm for us.

Meeting old friends in Roquetas de Mar.

I liked the apartment and that it had 2 bathrooms as we were 2 couples sharing a 2 bed and a nice view over the golf course at the back. It was clean and spacious and comfy. The guy on reception was pleasant.

It could have done with a bar or a cafe on site as I think it would do good buisness. There were cafés and restaurants not too far away. Also I didn't read until we were on the way that I had to pay €200 deposit!! It seemed rather a lot as we've stayed in many places and never had to pay that amount!! Possibly a €100 at most.

Apartment not at advertised. The pictures were misleading & the apartment was old, dirty & damaged.

Leaving the apartment at the end of the stay.

When we booked the apartment, the pictures on booking.com show a stylish apartment of a high standard which looks almost new. When we arrived, the apartment was old, dirty and damaged. The furniture was worn out and dirty (like the apartment) and did not look anything like the pictures. The sofas were old and filthy, we had to cover them with a sheet to sit on. Immediately after entering the apartment, we were very upset because the hotel had completely misled us with the photos online. So, I spoke to the reception who told me they do not issue refunds and that I should contact booking.com. I contacted booking.com to tell them about the issue and they spoke to the hotel to get a resolution. The hotel then called us to offer us this pathetic “resolution” which was to be honest, very insulting. The staff said that they would move us to a larger apartment but that we had to pay the additional fees related to moving. They did not offer any refund, allow us to cancel the booking or even offer to clean the apartment which was filthy. Two days before the end of the stay, after much complaining from myself, the company offered to clean the apartment, which to be honest was way to late (we had already been there 3 nights. Please look at the photos that I have uploaded and other reviews on this site before booking. If you’re happy to stay in a dirty old apartment and pay top price for it, this is your best option! Plus the staff are super rude and un helpful too. I hope that this review will save others from the same dissatisfaction and disappointment that we suffered.

Disappointed!

Was advertised as having outdoor pool, when we arrived it wasn't available for use. With 4 children pool was essential! We checked out after less than 24hrs and didn't get any refund very disappointed. Also walls were paper thin
