Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Unser Zimmer sah anders aus als das was wir gebucht hatten. Problemlos wurde uns auf Nachfrage dieses Zimmer angeboten. Was wir natürlich auch angenommen haben. Alles war perfekt. Schönes großes Zimmer sogar mit Balkon. Ich werde dieses Hotel im Familien und Bekanntenkreis weiter empfehlen.

Das einzige was mir gefehlt hat war eine Decke. Grad wenn es noch nicht so warm draußen ist und man abends noch etwas auf dem Balkon sitzen möchte wäre diese ideal. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

All other staffs other than the above mentioned one were courteous and well mannered .

Good property

There was one staff who was an Asian origin was on duty on 20th night and 21st morning were so much arrogant in his behaviour and even was arguing with me so badly without any reason ..I still don’t know why he behaved to me like that… except that everything was very fine.

Un piacevole soggiorno nella moderna francoforte

camera pulita nuova ed accogliente, interno delle sale principali nuovo e moderno, staff che cerca sempre di venire in contro al cliente, inoltre è presente un grande centro commerciale proprio davanti all'hotel con bar, ristoranti, negozi e sky garden.

il cantiere aperto davanti la finestra di tutte le camere dell'hotel e la distanza dalla stazione degli autobus.

Really happy with this location and facilities.

There were some nice places after a long walk

The amount of construction made getting from the main train station to the hotel long and stressful for someone new to the city. Also seedy characters on many city corners.

empfehlenswerte Alternative zum teureren Adina

Insgesamt gut durchdachte Einrichtung und schönes Ambiente.

Der Hochtisch in der Küche lässt sich nicht mit den anderen Sitzmöbeln kombinieren, wenn man sich auf dem Zimmer mit mehreren trifft. Es gelang nicht, die Toilettenspülung befriedigend zu befestigen.

Ausgezeichnetes modernes Apartment-Hotel in zentraler und doch ruhiger Lage

Zentrale Lage, fußläufig zum Hauptbahnhof (10 Minuten), zur Stadtmitte und zur Messe, nahe U- und S-Bahn. Großzügiger Eingangsbereich, freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, sehr ruhiges Zimmer, toller Ausblick auf die Skyline, direkt am modernen Einkaufszentrum Skyline Plaza, großzügige saubere Zimmer mit neutraler neuwertiger Ausstattung, alles Notwendige in der Küchenzeile enthalten. Wir hatten auch einen großen Balkon (7. Stock).

Da fällt mir wirklich nichts ein, obwohl wir Vielreisende sind.

Overpriced but well-located appartement hotel with horrible pillows

Well located for easy access to Messe and Stadium.

Expensive hotel. Contradictory messages from staff on the hotel’s policy, both wether dogs can come with to breakfast and on access to underground parking. Nice people at reception though. Pillows felt like concrete. Ruined my sleep totally.

The room size, the bed and shower. The place was great.

Warning. The washing machines had problems and didn't spin dry cloths properly. There are major building works alongside the Citadines.

Convenient location. Comfortable room. Nice staff.

Large room was well furnished and kitchen had all necessary utensils. Staff was very friendly. We liked spacious lobby with a backyard. Having computer and printer in the lobby want a nice touch.

We felt there was not enough lighting in the room to read comfortably. It was a bit confusing to find our way around the hotel because of construction in the area (of course, not hotel's fault)

Spacious and clean, your little getaway home!

The room was very spacious considering the price I paid, and was equipped very well. You've got a little kitchen, so you can make this place your little getaway house. The distance to the shopping mall, which is only a min walk, was the plus!

It is a walking distance though it was a little bit far from the central area. However I love walking, so it wasn't a big deal!

Exceptional

Room had the small kitchen, we used only refrigiator, but it is usefull if you bring some food to eat there. There is also a lounge area with complementary warm beverages for everybody, anytime. Size of the room, bathroom and storage space was really good.

The only bad thing was leakage below the door in the shower area. Water was all arround the toilet on the first showering. After that we put there a towel, but it still was to wet. I could also mention that room lighting was to low on maximum, so it is not easy to do something precise during the late hours.

Would go again

The location of the hotel was great, everything was with in walking distance. The kitchen was nice, only the microwave was a bit confusing to use. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Taxi from there to the Frankfurt Terminal 1 came up to around 46 euro.

The room didnt really have good lights. The lamps on the walls barely gave any light to the room so it was hard to see during the evening.

Not great, over priced- granted was during a trade show but a mark up from 75euros a night to 535 for the same room is p

Good location

Was not really a hotel more like a hostel- no bar or restaurant- only a vending machine and a lounge common area. Breakfast over priced and very average. We also discovered blood stains on our bedding which made us feel quite sick. Would not return and priced at over 500 euros without breakfast we felt really ripped off.
