Lage am schwarzen Strand . Vor dem Frühstück ins Meer springen. Das war ein Highlight
Ausstattung sehr einfach.
Insofern keine Beschwerden.

Wifi faible.

Treasured the breathtaking expansive black sand beach surrounded by mountains and basically having it to ourselves. Peacefulness. Roberto (and his cute dogs) are attentive hosts. He proudly provided a fine dining experience. This was a very natural experience in the outdoor bungalow, beach and tropical grounds compared to the large chain resorts that we normally stay at. Loved the very memorable two days there and great overall value.
My daughter and I do not have anything to complain about. The beautiful beach water was warm but be very cautious of strong currents and dips that easily take you down...only went into my calf area.

Roberto was so friendly, he made the stay so great! the location is just so calm and relaxing, it is mesmerizing! 10/10 need to come again!

I do think the best asset of this place is the host Roberto. So helpful, nice and available. We really enjoyed his two dogs as well! We slept in the bungalow outside which was surprisingly more comfortable than it looked on the outside. I quite enjoyed the concept for 3 days. Bungalow was cleaned every day and no mosquitoes( at least for the time we spent there). The location is a bit remote, by the beach, quiet, with a starry sky at night, and that's all we needed. Good wifi connection, always super fresh fish on the menu and a beautiful dark sand beach to have a nice walk around!
Having to walk outside of the bungalow to use the bathroom in the middle of the night even though it was our private bathroom was not my favorite moments, but it was all part of the concept after all.🙂 If you can't be bothered doing that, I suggest you stay in a "regular" room.

Roberto is a lovely host who will make you feel very welcome to his place right on the black lava beach. And he conjures up tasty and exciting dishes and new varieties of fresh fish every day :-)

Roberto is a warm and welcoming host. He was happy to make various travel and dinner arrangements for us, and he is an outstanding chef.
There were various details about our “room” on Booking.com that are inaccurate. We were very surprised that our bathroom and shower were located outside of our tiny cottage, there was no fan available, no bidet, and there was an extra charge if you wanted eggs or yogurt with breakfast. The fly presence on the property was abysmal.
