Location and spacious lounge
not much other than the noise when you walk around

Kitchen was well equipped and cutlery clean. Owners were friendly and there was an outside tap to wash muddy dogs off. Lots of beds and bedding so good for big groups needing a base.
The house is a series of rooms with lots of beds and some sofas and furniture but no sofas facing each other. It isn’t cosy or homely, the way the furniture is set out makes it feel like it’s just a lot of furniture and no areas where you can chill and relax and enjoy being together in a cosy way.

What an amazing find. We’d planned on staying at a hotel then this popped up. 4 adults + a dog. Huge rooms, comfy beds, quiet (out of camping season, can’t comment on peak season peace). There is no WiFi but the 4G is quick. No TV but who needs it when away with friends. Lovely friendly staff. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.
My only minor gripe would be the showers. Not much pressure, took long enough to rinse off the shower gel so didn’t bother with my hair.

Space, cleanliness and location
Everything was great my only comment would be to add another sofa if possible but that's me being picky.

It has big rooms and the kitchen and dining is a very good size. It is quite close to places we wanted to visit. And very close to the camping site. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. I found this about 2 weeks before the date we actually booked and I was surprised with the price.
Thank you so much! God bless your business...
I did mention some of these to the receptionist before leaving. Things that can be improved...
My friends and I got locked few times in the bathroom. We had to make noise on the door to get friends attention to help us open the door. the floors make screeching sound(if that makes sense), disturbing other people asleep. The sofa needs changing, but I managed to make a temporary solution by covering them with fitted sheets as the leather is coming off everytime we sit on them.
But still, these did not make our stay bad, we still had a great time overall!

Relaxed atmosphere of campsite, bar and accommodation. Location with nearby activities that suited our mixed age group of 17. (Booked both lodge and cottage). Most of us of us took bikes, which was ideal. Beach and water sports nearby, and horse-riding a short drive away. Copious hot water in the several showers. No TV or internet - perfect for family holidays!
No complaints at all, but quite basic accommodation with no frills - but everything essential and suitable for our group.

Fantastic location. Felt like you were in the middle of nowhere but literally down the road was the beach, bars, shops etc. We travelled for a Royal Marine parade and found the apartment made a great base for a group of people.
Nothing all was great

Like the location and loved not having a TV, couple of my family moaned so they would of liked it better with a tv
The beds are not that comfortable and they were a little low, I have back problems so it was mainly me that was not happy, everyone else was

There was no tv or washing machine no hand towels and just one tea towel very basic but clean
