Overall we enjoyed our stay, staff was great, restaurant was very good.

Great place, view and close to the beach.

It’s to far from town must rent a car or pay many trip fees for taxi which gets very expensive. Driving in mykonos is not safe either.

STAY AWAY! Our room, along with 4 others, was robbed during our stay. The staff and management did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Great hotel with amazing view and professional staff

The hotel is great, with excellent facilities and careful attention to detail. It’s in a good location with amazing views. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff are very nice. We enjoyed the restaurant and the good breakfast. We would definitely come back.

The hotel is extremely beautiful. The views are stunning however, there are some spots with obstructions. The lobby smells good. The moment you arrive, you are welcomed with their welcome homemade lemonade drink. The staff are always smiling and are accommodating. The breakfast isn’t a buffet type but you’ll be full because you get to have two dishes and one egg dish. I love their iced latte too. You can choose whatever type of coffee you’d like to get and they’ll make it. There’s also fresh juice together with the coffee. The room is nice and has a huge bathroom. The bed is comfortable, it’s soft but not too soft. We had a jacuzzi in our room and it was working well. It was a nice touch because of the sea views. The toiletries products given on our last night was so good. They also fill up your room with some non-basic toiletries such as body scrub. There are two small pools and they are always clean. The beach/pool towels are huge enough to cover your body and you can get as much as you want and even bring it to the beach. They also agreed to offer us late check out for free until 1pm and we can still use the facilities and amenities until we leave the hotel.

For the price point, there are no complimentary airport transfers if you book via Booking.com which is such a downer. There are no complimentary town transfers too which I think should be offered given that the location is far from old town. It didn’t have to be point to point. I have tried with other high end resorts and they have this offerings. I also celebrated my birthday at the hotel plus our mini honeymoon. I mentioned it to them that I an excited to be celebrating it with them. Normally for the 4-5 star hotels I have stayed in, they give you complimentary decors or small cake, or small gestures but with them, none was given at all. It didn’t really have to be fancy though. There’s also construction in front of our room and it was a bit awkward to move around our terrace/balcony area because of the lookers

Absolutamente precioso hotel, que destaca por: Su cercanía a Super Paradise Beach El personal es amable, eficiente, respetuoso y sumamente amigable, siempre están al pendiente de que todo esté impecable. El hotel es hermoso con dos piscinas principales muy bien cuidadas y suficiente espacio. Si ye gustan las fotos, el hotel es muy instagrameable. La comida es deliciosa. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo por hacer de mi cumpleaños, una experiencia inolvidable, fue espectacular quedarnos con ustedes.

שירות מעל ומעבר!!! הצוות עמד לרשותנו 24/7 בכל מה שביקשנו או רצינו. כשהגענו בגלל טעות במזוודות נאלצנו לחזור לשדה הם לקחו אותנו( גם באו לאסוף אותנו) ולא עזבו אותנו עד שנמצאה האבידה . מעולם לא נתקלתי בשירות כזה במלונות והכל נקי ועם שירות מכל הלב כל שעות היממה! מלון בוטיק מקסים , 2 בריכות וצוות נדיר!

L accoglienza , la location, le camere e la distanza giusta dal centro, abbiamo noleggiato un quoad mattina e sera e ci spostavamo quando volevamo a 10 / 15 minuti da tutto o posti anche se la spiaggia più bella è super paradise quella sotto l hotel 😜 Bravissime le ragazze all’ accoglienza top 🔝

Cortesia, disponibilità e professionalità dello staff ineccepibili; posto fantastico comoda per la spiaggia meravigliosa di super paradise. Colazione incredibile. Possibilità si pranzare e cenare nella struttura. Stanze belle e molto pulite. Due piscine molto suggestive.

Collegamento con la Kora (se non hai mezzi tuoi devi andare a prendere il bus a super paradise).

Niesamowite doświadczenie, polecam każdemu

Trudno wymienić, bo podobało mi się praktycznie wszystko. Obiekt jest nowiutki, po zmianie właściciela i gruntownym remoncie. Otoczenie jest cudowne, przepiękna bryła obiektu, świetnie zaprojektowany z dbałością o detale. Otrzymaliśmy upgrade pokoju, więc mogliśmy się cieszyć nie tylko spektakularnym widokiem na morze i zatokę Super Paradise, ale też jacuzzi na balkonie. Do dyspozycji gości są również 2 baseny, jeden z widokiem na zatokę, a drugi obok baro-restauracji. Śniadania a’la carte przepyszne i bardzo sycące. Personel hotelu niesamowicie miły i pomocny. Jeśli kiedyś wrócę na Mykonos, to myślę, że właśnie tam.

Tylko jedna rzecz - szef kuchni musi popracować nad daniami, bo kolacja, którą zjedliśmy jednego dnia w hotelowej restauracji nie była niestety wybitna, a kosztowała niemało (78 euro za 2 dania główne, kieliszek wina i aperol).

Très bel hôtel et surtout personnel au top avec Anastasia qui est très compétente grâce à elle nous avons réservé un scooter avec livraison à l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel et le dîner de même. Vraiment un très bel établissement je recommande vivement

vista bellissima , colazione malamente strutturata e non in linea con le aspettative

comfort del materasso a molle ma con poche molle e un po' cedute contrariamente a quanto scritto nella conferma di booking che le evidenziava come comprese le spese di soggiorno ( davvero poca cosa) ci sono state addebitate a parte. Il sistema di pagamento poi, non tramite booking ma tramite un link dell'hotel desta qualche sospetto nel sistema antivirus, per cui ho preferito pagare in hotel

The architecture of the hotel is amazing. Large, spacious rooms, everywhere was clean. If you have a room oriented with a sea view, it's beautiful. I recommend it for total relaxation

It's quite far from the super paradise beach, feel. You walk up a steep path to the beach for about 7 minutes and from the beach, in the heat, it's 15 minutes to the hotel.

Beautiful Hotel

- The cleaning team deserve an award! Everywhere was absolutely spotless. You could see how hard they were working too. - All staff were polite, attentive and friendly and the receptionist was lovely. She chatted to us daily and made lots of suggestions and recommendations. - The hotel was beautiful, the views, decor and atmosphere. - The hotel sent comp drinks and fruit to the room one day which was a wonderful surprise. - The inclusive breakfast was delicious, as was the 2 meals we had during our stay.

- The price of food and drink on Mykonos really is the most expensive I have experienced anywhere in the world. I would have hoped that the hotel would provide their guests with more fairly priced food and drink. Surely it also makes sense to try to keep the guests on site, than encourage them to go elsewhere?

Seasoned traveller who had one of the best stays ever!

Absolutely outstanding service, from check-in to check-out. The level and attention to detail is immaculate. We both enjoyed the amazing views over Super Paradise within the room, the fantastic amenities and just level of care provided. The staff especially are some of the most wonderful, kind and helpful people you can have to ensure your stay feel luxurious. I'm already planning my return visit to this hotel.

I truly can not give any advice, improvements points. I had the most amazing time here. This place made our visit to the island very special.

The best experience ever !

Amazing services. I would definately classify this hotel as a 5 stars 🌟. The great experience included free pick-up from airport, welcome drinks 🍸, early check-in, tour of the facility, free towels to use by the pool but also to go to the beach. It is located 5 min walking from Jackie O'. Breakfast A La Carte every day, delicious choices. Very clean place in general, room is cozy and the staff extremely friendly. Our room was cleaned even twice a day if needed. The hotel is situated high above Super Paradise Beach and that creates amazing views which is complemented by the 2 pools available ( 1 infinity pool ).

Amazing!!

It was amazing. Definitely high end luxury spot. Food is amazing. It was great to have the Super Paradise beach in a walkable distance.

It was far other places so people should prepare to either rent a car or the hotel can arrange transfers (which is super expensive)
