Awesome location. Walkable to main Platis Gialos beach clubs but quieter. Walkable to Hidden Beach, Pinky Beach and Scorpios.
Staff is so hospitable and responsive. Very nice and fun people!

Good location, lovely staff. We had a few issues on arrival so they kindly provided us with a 'welcome drink' which was appreciated.
The property looked a little tired and in need of attention (some of the outdoor furniture and soft furnishings could be replaced), overall I was expecting more from a "9.0 Superb" rating - perhaps that was based on other rooms within the property.
In terms of our room, the front door (which hit the bed as you entered) needed a coat of paint, there was only one bedside table (yes, it's in the photo but not ideal), there was plenty of space near the small fridge yet only one small bin was provided for the entire apartment which was located in the toilet area and needed to accommodate all rubbish including used toilet paper (the lid of the bin was broken when we arrived so we approached staff to fix), there was no hairdryer (we approached staff who supplied a hairdryer), there was only one small cake of soap for the toilet and separate shower which are located on opposite sides of the room (we approached staff for more soap), the toilet door scraped along the floor (hinges need tightening), there is no toilet roll holder so toilet rolls occupied the very limited storage space, the sink didn't drain well so you had to lift off the drain cover which was then unsightly, there is no hook or rail in the toilet area to hang a hand towel, only 1 hook was provided in the shower room...there was a decorative bamboo ladder in the main area which had to accommodate all towels - it was inconvenient, clumsy and made the room look untidy. I believe a few small, inexpensive additions would make a difference.

Beautiful property, lovely staff & a great location. I would definitely recommend this accomodation!

Beds are extremely comfy, air conditioning is great and kept the room very cool. Shower pressure was also lovely, as was the private jacuzzi. The hosts were super helpful too.
I would have liked more water in the room, since the tap water cannot be consumed.

We loved everything about our stay at Trinity Mykonos. From the beginning we felt so welcomed by Sofia and Alessandro, they helped us and completely organised a laundry service pick up for us and provided an amazing dinner recommendation in Mykonos. The room is stunning and the private jetted pool really topped it off. We loved the location and access to Platis Gialos beach which is stunning! We will definitely be returning!

I forgot a shirt in our room. They found it…. I’m still waiting from news from the hotel about the shipping of my shirt.
They don’t answer anymore to my messages.
That’s not professional.
Stay away from this place

Everything on the property was beautiful and well maintained!
Had to drag luggage pretty far uphill to get to house because our van was too large to squeeze up to the property. However, cars can get to the property so strongly suggest that gets mentioned when booking the property.

Amazing boutique hotel in the best spot of the Island! Sofia and Anna are wonderful hosts - and so is the cat! We will definitely come back

The staff were friendly. The room is big with very nice terrace
The roads leading to the hotel are extremely narrow and bumpy. There are no services like hotels has.

Sofia was the only one who was nice and the placement on the island is good that’s it.
-this is not a hotel given that it doesn’t have the accomodities of a hotel like a bar, a restaurant or even a coffee machine that works. To give you some perspective when we arrived it was 2 pm we were hungry we asked annah if we could eat she told us no i told her there is no restaurant here ? She told us that it’s not written on booking that there’s a restaurant however for a 500 euros per night hotel one might be wondering.
- you can’t throw your toilet paper down the restroom there is a little garbige it’s like that for most of the hotels of the island but not for the ones where you pay 500 euros per night except this one.
- no one will help you with your luggage, the cleaners won’t change your sheets and will only make the beds, if you complain about the hotel annah will stare at you in a bad manner for the duration of your trip.
- you have one vanity package with one small shampoo and one small body shower gel the first day and after they don’t put it anymore. They won’t put drinks and water everyday in the room so after 3 days we went to the grovery store to but what we needed and the « hotel » couldn’t give us.
- The jacuzzi of the room is dirty, we went there one time with my girlfriend than no more, because clay leaves different spots on your bodies.
And all of that for 500 euros per night none the less.

I liked that this was a beautiful boutique hotel in Platis Gialos. Very close to all the beach clubs and Ornos Marina.
It’s a little hard to get to the hotel, many taxi drivers can’t get to the hotel and they do not know the exact location.

extraordinary room: very very large and comfortable, very clean, good Wi-Fi. extraordinary staff
takes a bit of an uphill walk to get there, not all taxis go there (= carrying bags uphill on the sun), despite being very close to the beach it does not have a very clear ocean view

This is a tiny little gem of a hotel/villa in Mykonos. It is close to the beaches and bars yet it is incredibly quiet and peaceful. Sofia was lovely and made a delicious breakfast each morning. I definitely hope to return!

Sofia and Angelo were amazing.
The appartement was splendid, design, and clean.
The bed was so confortable and the sheets were top quality.
Terrace and swimming pool are the best spot for a relaxing morning and evening.
Hotel is close from the best bar, restaurants and club of Platis Gialos. 15min walking from SCORPIOS.
Nothing to complain about.

The hotel was great, a lovely big room with fantastic view. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breafasts were freshly prepared and absolutely delicious.
You could tell it was the end of season in that things were starting to look quite worn (bathrobes were threadbare and walls could do with a fresh lick of paint etc).

Beautiful view, comfortable bed, spacious room
Minimal staff. When we arrived back at the hotel in the evenings there was always a gathering of staff/friends sitting at the table making it feel we were coming back and intruding in someone’s home. Also, when we checked out at 9:00 am there wasn’t anyone around (there is no formal office as such, just an outdoor bar area). We had to leave the key sitting on the bar on our way out.
Our booking clearly stated it included breakfast. I had to show the manager, Anna, the paperwork to prove and she still did not quickly honour it without first checking further with someone higher up. In the end, she did say she would honour it but she was not quick to do so even though it was clearly stated on our booking which I showed her. This left a poor taste in our mouth during our visit.
Our hot tub was also not heated and was not skimmed so had dirty floaties all over. Even leaving a small fish net for guests to skim themselves (as we had at other hotels with private suites and hot tubs), would be appreciated. As it was, the hot tub was not appealing and too cold to use at this time of the year.
We feel that for how much we paid per night (equivalent to $500 CAN/night), there needs to be a higher level of service than what was offered. There is not even maid service each day, it is every second day (although someone did come in the second of our two days stay, as I had discussed the need for new beach towels with the manager on day 2).
With an increase of staff, more organized office management including check in and check out and booking understanding, better communication, and more professional environment, this boutique hotel could do much better and attract and retain many more costumers.

The room was lovely, we had our own little pool, but you can also share the big pool at the property. Everyone was very nice and welcoming and there was no problem about bringing our small dog with us. We could also stay at the pool after check out as we had a late flight.

Amazing decor and very friendly staff. Boutique Resort is just beautiful to stay at. We were in a room with a private pool overlooking the ocean that was amazing. It’s walking distance to 3 really great beaches and close to a few large resorts like bronco and Scorpio. Made out stay in Mykonos amazing.
Not all cabs will take you to the door, some drop you off at the next resort over and you have to walk 2 mins.

I could not make a better choice for my stay in Mykonos.
Location: 10 minutes drive from the airport. More than that, the hotel is 5-10 minutes away from 5 beaches (including famous ones as Namos and Scorpions).
Lots of restaurants around (I kindly recommend Nikolas Tavern), supermarkets, and a delicious bakery.
Hotel: Very spacious bathroom and terrace. Comfortable bed. Big point for the cleanness and the fresh smell every single time we entered the room.
Great jacuzzi. Fantastic sea view from our terrasse.
Anna is a very friendly and caring host, and everything went very smoothly. Overall, I totally recommend this place!
