It is an OK stay, but the cleanliness is an issue.

The hotel has good location, and pleasant common areas.

The cleanliness of the rooms is poor. Body hair in the shower, on the nightstand even on the bad! Floors were dirty too and there is no closet in the rooms.

Love our stay here. Hotel was spotless. Staff very friendly and went out of their way for us.

Everything was clean. Staff very helpful, kind and upbeat. Breakfast was beyond anything I’ve seen before. It was fabulous.

Comes down to money sometimes

Was not happy that when I asked if a room switch was available, I wasn't informed that my initial price that I booked at would not be transferred as well. My bill reflected that, and I was not happy about it. Also no towel holders in the bathroom

It was great, room very nice and comfortable!

I loved the location it was great for walking to the river walk and so close to the Alamo!

I was confused about the valet but ended up being able to self park very close.

Everyone was really nice and welcoming, very comfy and cozy

The breakfast was really good. A great selection of different varieties of food. We also liked the Riverwalk was in walking distance.

Found the place on a whim, was pleasantly surprised. Very bright, upbeat vibe.

The hotel was bright and fresh, plenty of unique sit-and-chill places in the lobby, along with two foosball tables. Workout room had full set of dumbells, good equipment. Location was excellent if you're visiting Alamo / Riverwalk. Everything was within walking distance.

The King standard room was small, small. We changed to a double queen on our second night, much more space.

I love Tru and would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. Valet was always quick. Bedding is amazing. Pool was nice. Good location to walk to local attractions and the mall.

Walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbors talking. Homeless near by and aren’t afraid to come up to you and ask for money. $32/night for valet and no liability for anything happening to your vehicle is steep.

In summary, we really enjoyed our stay at Tru in San Antonio. We would definitely rebook this hotel.

The breakfast was great! It was very convenient to have breakfast included with our stay. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent customer service.

The amenities seemed sparse. We would have liked complimentary toothpaste and toothbrushes, also a microwave in the room would have been nice.

everything except the parking for DAV, no discounts or something? stayed 4days 3 nts, and never got bed towels changed the hole stay after asking the 2nd day
