Bon emplacement, belle chambre familiale, grande terrasse

Emplacement, la piscine, le transfert gratuit du port à l’hôtel et idem pour le départ.

Horaire du bar de 11h à 16h. Piscine qui ferme à 19h. Pas de possibilité de faire du thé ou café, le frigo était bruyant. Manque de rangement dans salle de bain

Location, design, friendly staff, overall clean room

Breakfast was way below expectations by any standard. Air condition smelt bad, probably due to poor filter cleaning

All the family loved it, including our three boys who very much enjoyed the pool.

Staff was absolutely nice, hotel beautiful as can be, the room very comfortable and the breakfast met our expectations of a good meal to start the day!

Staff is really not skilled, poor English and poor recommendation. Breakfast is inside and poor quality

Loved the place.

Environment, pool, room all excellent.

Only personal challenge was booking what i thought was three separate and separated rooms only to find two were open plan.

Excellent hotel especially for families. Highly recommend.

Beautiful views and great location, within walking distance to town and everything you would need. Complimentary shuttle bus to & from the port and lovely full breakfast each morning.

If you haven’t considered visiting this island you have no idea what you’re missing.

Exceptional hotel a few minutes walk to the centre of Chora. Impeccable rooms, cleanliness, comfort and sophisticated decor. Pool is perhaps one of the best I’ve enjoyed anywhere on my travels. A wonderful experience with uninterrupted views of Agia Panagia church and the town. The attentive service provided by Barbara, the Manager, was so appreciated. She organised transfers for us to/from the port as well as a private taxi to another beachside town. Most professional service by all involved. Folegandros is breathtakingly beautiful and unaffected by mass tourism. The island is authentic and offers amazing beaches, hikes, history, culture and art and unique gastronomic delights.

Great location next to the centre and quiet at the same time. Nice pool area with view of monastery. Spacious room.

Expensive for what was offered. Simple room decoration / amenities / breakfast. Other hotels in the Cyclades of this price range offer more.

very good base for Folegandros which we enjoyed thoroughly - despite the interminable wind!!

Quiet location across the way from Chora.

All fine just lacked a bit of heart - it is a white hotel and everything is well, white. We did miss having a shower the spa bath was a bit 90’s.

wonderful. felt like home!

This is a 10. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. The hammock on the terrace in our room had broken and the replacement hammock had not arrived yet. The hotel went out of their way to borrow one from a friend so that our kids would have a hammock to use during our stay. Also the front desk staff (Elena) and restaurant staff were so nice. the kids loved them. Clean comfortable rooms and great location too!

Truly enjoyed my stay at Aspalathras Hotel and would come back in a heart beat!

Lovely establishment for quaint and placid holiday. Hotel is located a few minutes by foot from Chora, the main village and the bus stop. Room was very spacious and clean, a lot of windows and light, also equipped with AC which is a must during the summertime Staff is of utmost professionalism and true to Greek hospitality: Elena and Dimitra went over and beyond to provide recommendations and support when needed. Ditto for everyone else. Continental breakfast offered a variety of options, from traditional eggs n bacon to greek yogurt with different kinds of toppings, great spread of cheeses, cold cuts, olives etc Pool area has a bar running until 7pm, which offers beverages ( coffees, cocktails) and snacks ( club sandwich) which is practical during afternoon cravings. Transfers to the port are complimentary upon arrival and departure.

The wifi is weak at times and makes it difficult to download or stream.

Limited time to use the swimming pool. It starts at 10 am and finishes at 7 pm. They could extend it to more hours. Breakfast could start a bit earlier. 8 am is late

Not a problem, just a suggestion: The breakfast room is a bit dark. I would serve breakfast on the roof-top patios, weather permitting.

Relaxing visit to charming Folegandros at the best hotel on the island!

My stay at Aspalathras was simply exceptional. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I really enjoyed my stay. The checkin process was very smooth and the lady working the front desk is so nice and friendly and happy to share all information with you. the Chora is a simple 3 min walk of that and you are right in the middle of everything. I loved the location passing by wineries and a donkey on my walk was the highlight of my day. My unit 301 was amazing, stunning views, spacious, charming and very relaxing. I loved just gazing at the view morning and night, it was very special. This is a small boutique hotel with an upscale but relaxing feel. The pool was amazing and very relaxing and of course with amazing views. The breakfast also was well presented very tasty and fresh. All of the staff every si hole person was very friendly and absolutely willing to help in anyway possible. It was the definition of fine service and attention to guests. I very much hope to visit Folegandros again it is such a lovely and relax island, it should not be missed.

the hotel was lovely and in a great location, we can’t wait to plan a return trip!

the staff were very welcoming, particularly Dion, Maria and the woman who worked the morning shift on reception. they were very informative, giving us tips for what to do on the island. The hotel itself was clean and peaceful and had everything we needed to make our stay great.

Exceptional

Absolutely amazing hotel. Rooms were stunning, breakfast were so good (the best omelette I have ever had), but what’s the most important - service was helpful, caring and more than professional. Thank you for all your support during our trip, great advice and for that we felt so welcome.

I asked during the booking to book scooters and was informed this can be arranged upon arrival. When arrived all scooters were booked and no availability. I think the hotel should know when it is most busy and should inform us in advance. Otherwise it was good service.

Amazing view and swimming pool

I was supposed to stay at aspalathras but was upgraded to a room in Chora Resort, right next to the center of Chora ! The room was spacious and comfortable, continental breakfast was nice.

The bathroom could use some refreshment (bathroom joints) and the room was a bit humid.

Escaping mass tourism and recharging your battery

It was a great stay at a beautiful hotel. The complimentary pick up from the port was much appreciated, as well as the central location and nice pool area. All in all a great experience.
