About this villa rental
Single-family villa for exclusive use with private swimming pool immersed in the greenery of a park of approximately 10,000 square meters, with panoramic views of the Majella and the sea. Located in Frisa (CH), it is 10 km from the Trabocchi beaches, 40 km from the ski resorts and 2 hours by car from Rome. The villa built in a contemporary style has a double bedroom in open space, a twin bedroom, a sofa with two beds in open space, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, living room and swimming pool for exclusive use surrounded by lawn. Furniture and design finishes. Integrated in a particularly suggestive rural context under the landscape profile.
There is a stereo system with piped music, CD player, DVD, bluray, TV and 100 'projector with home theater system.
The house is fully fenced and privacy is protected by high vegetation perimeter of the land.
Security is guaranteed by a surveillance institute and the perimeter of the building is controlled by external cameras.
Indoor parking with 5 parking spaces, 2 of which are covered.
The nearest beach is about 10 km away; from this year, an umbrella with chair and deckchair is available to guests of Villa Emilio, at one of the Lidos of Ortona beach, directly on the sea.
The house is a few hundred meters from prestigious wine cellars with interesting contemporary architectural features. In addition, the structure is bordering on a farmhouse renowned for its typical local cuisine. The area is served by public transport such as buses stopping a few hundred meters from the house. At 3 km there is the brand new regional racetrack where you can race with your own vehicles or with karts rented at the structure itself. At 10 km there is the port of Ortona for embarkation towards Croatia and at 70 km the port of Termoli for embarkation for the wonderful Tremiti islands.
In the area it is possible to do Trekking and mountain biking, or alternatively, horse tourism, fishing tourism or excursions with pleasure boat on the Trabocchi coast through external service. Last but not least, the city of Ortona, subject to countless influences in the past, is rich in history and monuments which testify to its importance over the centuries. Not least the surrounding villages, which testify their history (basilica of San Giovanni in Venere in Fossacesia, the Eucharistic Miracle in Lanciano and the home of the poet Gabriele D'Annunzio in Pescara).
The whole region deserves to be visited for its natural and historical beauties.

Cinzia and Tomasso were wonderful hosts and took such lovely care of the beautiful villa. We had such an enjoyable stay and the surroundings were peaceful, serene, and the home and property was immaculately maintained. We were welcomed by Cinzia and a generous welcome basket filled with pasta, three bottles of wine and freshly baked Italian cookies and homemade marmalade. Our family holiday was the best ever, we cannot wait to return!

Perfekter Urlaub in perfektem Haus mit perfekten Gastgebern
Wo soll man anfangen, wenn man solch einen wunderschönen Urlaub beschreiben möchte?
Im Grunde kann man es zusammenfassen mit: traumhafte Ferien in einem unglaublichen Haus. Aber das allein wäre zu wenig. Denn dann kommen noch Francesca und Tommaso dazu. Und die Kombination aus allem hat uns den sicherlich schönsten Ferienhaus-Urlaub beschert, den wir je hatten.
Das Haus selbst ist einfach perfekt. Es hat alles was man sich wünschen kann und noch viel mehr davon. Es ist modern, technisch auf dem höchsten Stand und gibt einem die Möglichkeit, richtig zu entspannen. Jeder kommt hier auf seine Kosten… Ganz egal was man sich wünscht. Das Haus ist perfekt gepflegt und super sauber. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen…so etwas erlebt man nicht so oft. Im Grunde haben wir uns ab der ersten Minute wie zu Hause gefühlt. Klasse!
Naja und dann gibt es noch Francesca und Tommaso. Die beiden haben extrem zu unserer Entspannung beigetragen. Zwei tolle Menschen, die immer versucht haben, uns jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Dies gipfelte dann sogar darin, dass sie meinem kleinen Sohn Luis zu seinem 13. Geburtstag eine wunderschöne und super leckere Torte organisiert haben. Wahnsinn!
Ganz ehrlich - das Haus, Francesca, Tommaso…all das MUSS man ausprobiert haben. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen, hier einmal Urlaub zu machen! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Der Himmel auf Erden in Frisa Abruzzo Italia
Villa Emilio ist der Himmel auf Erden, inmitten schönster Natur und doch so nah zu allen Dingen, die man sich in seinem Urlaub wünscht, das Meer, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugsziele, keine 10 Autominuten entfernt.
Die Villa befindet sich auf einem riesengroßen privaten Grundstück, umgeben von weiten Weinbergen für maximale Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Das Grundstück ähnelt einem Park, der Garten ist perfekt angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Das Haus ist sehr modern, sehr sauber, gepflegt und sehr neuwertig. Alles was man benötigt, wirklich alles, ist im Haus vorhanden. Es hat uns an absolut nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist gigantisch, riesengroß, immer sauber und gepflegt.
Wir hatten wunderschöne 10 Tage, einzigartig wie nie zuvor und freuen uns schon auf 2023... Francesca & Tomaso, herzlichen Dank für Eure einzigartige Gastfreundschaft! Ihr seid wunderbare Menschen!

Aussergewöhnliche und traumhafte Villa mit einer perfekten Gastgeberin
Villa Emilio ist eine traumhafte, exklusive Villa. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Das W-Lan funktioniert ausgezeichnet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Der Pool ist super. Alle Bilder und Beschreibungen sprechen für sich. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.
Wir hatten eine perfekte Woche in dieser exclusiven Villa zum entspannen. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt der Gastgeberin Francesca. Sie hat uns besonders warmherzig empfangen. Wein und Nudeln gab es als Willkommensgeschenk. Sie hat uns viele wichtige Tipps und Ratschläge für Ausflüge und für die Nutzung der Villa gegeben. Optional war sogar bereits ein Tisch für uns in einem vielbesuchten Restaurants gebucht. Für alle Fragen oder Probleme konnten wir Francesca jederzeit mobil erreichen. Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön an Francesca für die Hilfsbereitschaft und liebe Grüße an Tommaso. Wir kommen gerne wieder .... Ulrike und Torsten

Paradiso in Abruzzo
Le foto corrispondono esattamente a quanto abbiamo trovato. Tutto e curato nei minimi particolari e mantenuto in ottimo stato. Dal prato alla piscina alle stoviglie ai sanitari . Quello che non si può vedere dalle foto e la splendida accoglienza che ci e stata riservata da Francesca e Tommaso sempre presenti ma con discrezione e con un infinita’ di consigli e suggerimenti. Un accueil incroyable et une propriété vraiment idéale
L'accueil de Francesca et de Tommaso est incroyable pour se sentir tout de suite comme à la maison, pour nous guider également dans les activités à découvrir et pour nous faire aimer la richesse cachée de leur région.
Tout est prévu pour passer un séjour vraiment parfait et nous avons été très touchés de toutes les petites attentions. Merci à tous les deux pour ces 2 semaines de vacances vraiment apaisantes passées dans les Abruzzes.
Pour les personnes qui ne connaissent pas la région important néanmoins de mesurer que les points à visiter nécessitent de faire de nombreux kilomètres !

Gastvrij ontvangst in fantastische villa!
Wij hebben genoten van ons 12 daags verblijf in vila Emilio. Heerlijk zwembad, krachthonk, dartbord, tafeltennistafel, voetbalgoaltjes en een fantastisch huis met geruisloze airco, home cinema etc. De enorme gastvrijheid van Tommaso en Francesca geeft het geheel nog iets extra’s. Zij hebben ons enorm geholpen met het wegwijs maken in de omgeving en het boeken van restaurants en tripjes. Regelmatig zorgden ze voor kleine attenties, echt heel bijzonder! Wij keren dan ook zeker terug.

Che dire...
(Soggiorno dal 16 al 31 agosto 2017)
Cosa possiamo aggiungere a ciò che di positivo è stato già evidenziato nelle precedenti recensioni? Siamo in difficoltà e sicuramente ci ripeteremo.
Villa spaziosa, moderna e ricca di ogni possibile comfort per rendere piacevole la nostra permanenza; giardino curatissimo all'interno di un parco di ulivi secolari; ampia piscina anch'essa curata al meglio...
...e se ciò non fosse già sufficiente, Tommaso e Francesca ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra dal primo istante in cui abbiamo messo piede nella villa.
Ci hanno fornito consigli su tutti i posti da frequentare: ristoranti ("obbligatoria" una cena al Trabocco "Punta Cavalluccio"), spiagge e luoghi immersi nel verde dove passeggiare.
Dire che non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla è poco, ci siamo sentiti come amici che si conoscono da una vita.
Sappiamo già che il nostro ritorno sarà come una piacevole rimpatriata.
Non sono state le nostre prime vacanze in Abruzzo e possiamo quindi confermare, infine, il gradevole clima, l'accoglienza della gente del posto e la bontà della cucina.
Tra le tante mete che si possono scegliere per le proprie vacanze, consigliamo vivamente almeno una volta il soggiorno in questa meravigliosa location.

Perfect
No other word then our headline exactly describes this vacation. We had two wonderful weeks with perfect weather, in a perfect house, with a perfect garden and a perfect pool, perfect beaches and perfect sightseeing spots.
As many reviewers already said before: the Abbruzo region offers so much possibilities to experience the real "Italy" far away from any mass tourism. In addition to that, coming back to Villa Emilio after a wonderful day of sightseeing, feels like being in your own little paradise which was so relaxing.
The landlords of the house take care of the vacationers from the first minute and offer a full concierge service for free. Whether it was a reservation for dinner, information about sightseeing spots, information about parking possibilities, organization of tours in a winery, etc. One WhatsApp message was enough and minutes later you had the perfect answer/solution.
Dear Francesca and Tommaso, thank you so much for such a wonderful holiday. I am very sure we will come back to see you again in the near future.

Wat een heerlijke villa!!! Rust, ruimte en een top ontvangst. Niets is teveel gevraagd, gewoon top service. Ik zou deze woning zeker aanbevelen en wij keren er zekers terug. We hebben pech gehad met het weer maar het is daar normaal nog schitterend weer. Te doen : indien wijnliefhebbers zekers Collefrisio doen (en plaats maken in de auto), gaan eten Trabocco, Ferrara, olijfoliedegustatie Oropuro ( Cantin'arte). Special thans to Tommaso and Francesca. A Dream Holiday
We can agree on all the comments writen before. We saw the pictures of the villa when searching for a holiday house and could not believe that this is real. We did not know the Abruzze before and decided due to the look if the house. When we arrived and the door opened we were really absolutely overwhelmed. The fantastic huge garden area with the pool and the stunning architecture of the house was really fabulous. And Francesca and Tommaso are such lovely people, they did everything we might have needed and introduced us to the beautiful area of the Abruzze. It was really everything perfect and fantastic. A highlight was also the dinner with both of them on our last evening. We have 2 new friends now and can only absolutely recommend villa Emilio for holiday in paradise. Veramente un soggiorno piacevole!
Una volta chiuso il cancello dietro alle proprie spalle si approda in un altro mondo, dove ti lasci tutto alle spalle e potresti benissimo spegnere il cellulare per staccare completamente la spina del cervello. La villa è veramente bella, c'è poco da dire! Tenuta benissimo, maniacalmente, pulita, elegante, lussuosa e raffinata. Ci ha colpito molto la gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario Tommaso, sempre reperibile e pronto per qualsiasi evenienza. Ci ha aiutato a trovare ottimi ristoranti in zona e spiagge vicine lungo la costa adriatica.
Abbiamo affittato questa villa per fare uno shooting fotografico di moda e devo dire che l'ambiente piacevole della casa ci ha reso tutto più facile.
So che prima o poi ci ritornerò! :)

Chiudi il cancello e sei in paradiso.... è l'esatta sensazione che ti da l'arrivo a Villa Emilio,per una settimana ti dimentichi di tutto e ti godi una meraviglia di casa e un paesaggio rilassante e straordinario.Grazie a Tommaso e Francesca abbiamo trascorso una settimana veramente "in vacanza",coccolati dalla splendida piscina e da tutti gli abitanti del paese.Da non perdere la cena al Trabocco di Punta Cavallina,perfetta...peccato non averlo vicino a casa!! Toller Urlaub Ende September 2015
Liebe Francesca, lieber Tommaso,
wir hatten wunderschöne Ferientage in Eurem liebevoll gestalten Haus. Das Wetter meinte es nicht ganz gut mit uns, das war aber überhaupt kein Problem, mit einem romantischen Kaminabend und einem lichtdurchfluteten Haus haben wir es uns gemütlich gemacht. Besonders wollen wir uns bei Euch über eure herzliche Aufnahme, die tollen Reservierungen (Essen, Besichtigung einer Nudelfabrik etc...) bedanken. Rundum ein Urlaub zum wiederholen. Unser Hund Spencer kommt auch sofort wieder, er wollt eigentlich nicht mehr abreisen.

Sorry, Francesca and Tommaso we have to write in german to express our feelings....
Es ist nicht richtig, dass wir nur 5 Sterne vergeben können, hier ist alles mindestens mit 6 oder 7 Sternen zu bewerten. Das Haus, der Pool, der Garten, alles ist noch schöner wie auf den Photos, einfach paradiesisch.
Aber das allerbeste sind Francesca und Tommaso....
Wann kommt es schon vor, dass man auf solch wunderbare Menschen trifft, deren Herzensangelegenheit es ist, dieses herrliche Abruzzen und seine Menschen vorzustellen. Wir haben uns verliebt in diese Region und in die Menschen......und wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal hier, es gibt noch viel zu sehen.

Fabulous house in a beautiful region
This was our first visit to Villa Emilio and Abruzzo. The villa itself is surrounded by olives trees and vineyards - a haven of peace and tranquility - with views to the mountains beyond. The house itself is truly special: modern and comfortable, it is pristine, well cared-for and spotlessly clean. It offers everything you could possibly need and more. Sadly, our holiday was only a week and we would have loved to have been able to stay longer! As if the setting, the house and the lovely pool were not enough, the owners, Francesca and Tommaso, gave us a wonderful welcome and it is largely down to them that our holiday at Villa Emilio has been unforgettable. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always happy to give recommendations or advice on places to visit or restaurants and local specialities to try and so on - Tommaso particularly is very keen to introduce visitors to his little-known and very unspoiled region of Abruzzo. Francesca and Tommaso were charming, kind and genuine hosts - yet, at the same time, never intrusive. The area attracts very few foreign tourists and is definitely worth a visit. Don't miss the chance to have a delicious meal in wonderful surroundings on a traditional trabocco (fishing jetty over the sea) - fresh fish in a beautiful spot over the waters of the Adriatic - we had a lovely evening - thanks again to Francesca and Tommaso! Great pizza at La Berlocca, wonderful ice cream at the Copa de Dora, and the neighbouring vineyard of Collefrisio is also worth a visit. I feel like we have just scratched the surface of Abruzzo - but we will definitely be back as soon as we can!

Ritorno a Villa Emilo
Dopo due anni abbiamo deciso di ritornare per una breve vacanza a Villa Emilio. L'accoglienza del proprietario e' stata dir poco fantastica, la casa tenuta come un gioiello dentro e fuori tanto da farti venir voglia di non andare più via. Ci siamo affidati al proprietario Tommaso per farci vedere nuovi posti di questa bellissima regione qual'e' l'Abruzzo. Consiglio a tutti di pranzare sul trabocco Punta Cavalluccio per mangiare un ottimo pesce sul mare, fatevi portare nelle aziende vinicole una su tutte Colle Frisio dove assaporerete un ottimo vino con magnifica veduta della valle del moro. Per cena vi consiglio il ristorante La Berlocca dove la pizza e' buonissima. Per chiudere questa casa e' perfetta per chiunque voglia vivere il lusso in serenità' coccolato e guidato in tutto dalla proprietà' che renderà la vostra vacanza indimenticabile. Traumvilla im ursprünglichen Italien, den Abruzzen
Die Fotos waren so schön, dass wir kaum zu glauben wagten, dass es in Wirklichkeit auch so schön ist. Aber es ist und war soooo schön. Aller Komfort, wunderschöne Einrichtung, alles um sich wohl und glücklich zu fühlen. Ein Traumhaus in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Francesca und Tomasso taten alles um uns zu verwöhnen. Die köstlichsten Restaurants und Ausflugsziele fanden wir dank ihnen. Wir begannen diese wunderschöne Gegend zu lieben und haben nun wunderbare Freunde mit Francesca und Tomaso gefunden. Danke für Alles. Es war perfekt.

2.Stay
This was our second stay at magnificent Villa Emilio, our first stay was in 2012. Our children are now age 2 and 5 and they absolutely loved it - so did my wife and I again.
The house, pool and garden is fantastic - it is as good as it looks in the pictures.
The sourrounding area is also fabulous, wtih a nice town and beaches in Ortona and further along the coast.
Francesca and Tommaso - thank you for a lovely holiday. Everything from greeting us at the airport to delivering pastries to the boys:)

Vacanze in posto fantastico
Questa estate abbiamo passato la vacanza in Villa Emillio. I titolari Francesca e Tommaso ci hanno accolto in maniera calorosa e amichevole. Abbiamo trascorso tre settimane fantastiche grazie alla loro cortesia e ci hanno fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa nostra. La casa situata vicino la citta’ di Ortona e meravigliosa, studiata e strutturata in maniera eccellente e curata nel minimo dettaglio con tutte le comodita’ che si possano desiderare. L’ospitalia’ dei proprietari e’ stata piu’ che eccellente, ci hanno portato per escursioni e fatto visitare Ortona e il mare sulla barca, il tutto con una grande dose di cordialità grazie all'atmosfera semplice e familiare.
Ho molto piacere nel dire che siamo stati cosi’ bene che siamo diventati molto amici con Francesca e Tommaso e non vediamo l’ora di tornare a trovalrli. Durante la nostra permanenza è stato tutto oltre le nostre aspettative e consigliamo a tutti di passare le vostra vacanze in questo posto fantastico.

FABULOUS DESIGNER HOUSE
If you like travel in a country without to much tourists,near ocean,in real Italy you have to visit Abruzzi ,Ortona and Pescara are very nice towns.
Thank's to our friends Francesca and Tommaso.They made everything to make our stay in Abruzzi ,fantastic.This rare house is maintained in a impeccable way.
The environment in vineyards and olive trees with huge pool is very convenient to the relaxation.
The closeness of the city and the sea make this house unique(only) and perfect place for the discovery of fines vineyards whose closest and welcoming is COLLEFRISIO.
We have so many things to discover in this magnificent region that we shall return certainly.

Thanks for your hospitality during our lovely two weeks in your most amazing Villa.
We have travelled before to many different places in Italy and we have to say that Abruzzo was a big positive surprise for us, the food, the wine, the people the beaches and last but not least the ice cream mmm…….
For other readers we are a family of four with a small dog that just loved to run around the large fenced garden full of olive trees. The swimming pool was always most welcomed to cool down during the hot days or to play around with our children.
The owners were great and organized for us what ever we wanted, the beach, a boat trip or just a restaurant.

We had a wonderful two weeks at this amazing house. Our family of four, two children aged 0 and 3 enjoyed the house, pool, garden, hospitality and everything else. We also had a visit from my parents for a week.
The owner were hospitable and helped us with everything possible. A visit to the nearby wineyard Collefrisio is much recommended.
If you have the opportunity - rent this house.
You will not regret it.
