Location is very strategic. Nice walking distance to all major attractions in Patong area. Staffs are very cheerful and happy. Beautiful place. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
The surrounding, may be. But nothing much to dislike. Also, the room 407: it takes a lot of time for the floor water to dry, may be there is a blockage or smth. This can be improved.

Complimentary refreshing towels and chilled pineapple juice on arrival. First place we’ve been that has a lift. Room spacious and clean. Good location for Patong. Quiet at night time. On a private road.
Bathroom could be updated.

What a wonderful stay. I was there for 9 days and the staff are absolutely the stars of the place. ❤️ As a solo traveler Gun and the team made me feel safe and were able to advice on any activities I needed to do🎉. Great restaurants and markets around the location. The location is far enough to enjoy a bit of quiet and close enough to visit the famous Bangla Road. I took a walk there every night and it was safe and close ... I loved it. ☀️🔥
I was on the 4th floor and the lift was not working. I didn't mind it was a good work out. I have no complaints on the place It was good value for money. There were stains on the walls but I could live with it.

Very convenient place. Has coin laundry few shops away. Walking distance to Patong Beach, Bangla Street and shopping mall. Breakfast provided by hotel quite nice.
Pillow too soft. If can add 1 pillow for each person.

the downstairs /lobby area is great. the people are friendly and the eggs for breakfast was nice. location is close to the fun and just far enough away from the noise. overall I’d say “decent”
there’s no elevator, so warning for people that need it. bedroom walls seemed a bit thin and the bed felt like it was on little wheels (could squeak with heavy movement). wasn’t impressed with the bathroom. my only negatives though

Really good what you get for that price.

The location is quite close to the hustle and bustle of patong. It is walking distance to the Bangla street where all night lives is.
First, there is no lift, and I stayed on level 4, so it was quite a walk-up. I only stayed there for a night for New Year's party and did not bring any luggage, so it was a less struggle for me.
Second, the room is quite dark, and if you try to open the blind, you will be overlooking someone else's window, and it is super close by. Besides, the room smells moldy, and when I went in for the first time, I could not breathe due to this. The bathroom is bare minimum, so , yep.
Lastly, I did not find the room to be very safe, and the walls are super thin. I used to stay in the Chalong area, and the hotels here are way more modern, clean, and safe, and they cost half of what I paid in here. Maybe this is the Patong Price and Patong standard of the hotel.
But overall, if you are a solo female traveler or family with a lot of luggage, I won't recommend staying here. Just splurge a little for a better one.

Location is excellent. Staff was helpful.
Window wouldn’t close so had to change rooms and only a twin room was available. Bathrooms were too small and felt poky, dirty and gloomy. Barely any natural light. Beds uncomfortable and flat pillows. Needs to improve.

The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was really good - Thai or English style.
The beer was cold :)
Some guests have the need to slam doors. They haven't been taught to close the door quietly.

The location was walking distance to busy stops, Bangla Walking Street and the beach.
Price for a night stay was just right for solo traveller.
Towels are old, some with stains, and weird smell. As I was staying for one night, I only used my personnel towel (for beach use).
TV reception was poor, not to sure it's just my room or the hotel.
The toilet was quite small, shower is not separated, so water gets splashed over to the other utilities.
Do note that there is no lift to upper floors, so not for the aged or families with toddlers (need to climb stairs).
