- The restaurant next to the pool is delicious! They have the best vegetarian (or even vegan?) burrito.
- Pool is small but a really nice refreshment!
- upstairs the lots of space to sit and hang out
- location is great - 5min walk from the ferry from Playa del Carmen
- check in: super easy and really nice stuff. Gave us lots of information.
- OUR room was extremely loud!! There is a Discothek next to it - loud music till late. We talked to other guest and in their room it was quiet (so depents which room you are in)
- We could hear every single chair moving from the upper deck.
- the kitchen on the top was dirty the whole 3 days we stayed there
This place has a huge potential if they clean more especially the kitchen upstairs. Apart from this and our loud room we would stayed there for way longer.

The staff was friendly and the location was very central and easy to find. We we liked having a refrigerator in our room.
Our room was nothing like the room we booked. The photos were completely wrong. The room was dirty, the shower did not have enough pressure to remotely take a shower, there were holes in the wall and the kitchen was not usable. The light bulbs would often flash like a strobe light. It was not made known to us that the pool and patio were under renovation and unusable with construction noise outside of our room. I think this place will be nice when renovations are fully done but we did not appreciate the complete inaccuracy in what we were booking online.

nothing
everything, worst experience in my life. don’t go there! we didn’t feel comfortable at all because it felt extremely dirty with sockets hanging off walls and smashed lamps. we used our own bedding because even the replacements were stained and tried to get out of there as soon as possible.

Convenient location in the city centre so you have everything you need around.
Nice ambience and atmosphere and friendly and helpful staff.
Massive shout out to the owner Deyner for being an incredible host and super generous to help with our request.
Some extra maintenance on the rooms and the common areas will make the place more pleasant to stay.
The customer service attitude of one of the receptionists towards our request, but thankfully to the fabulous owner everything ended up amazing.

The host was nice
The room had a blinking lamp which was readily fixed, but the toilet flush was leaking water and that was never fixed.
We didn't have wifi throughout our stay. They told us there was a problem and they were fixing it, but we left and it was still not fixed...
The pool looks very nice on photos, but in reality it was not so appealing.
Also they don't have a good place to hang clothes.

Excellent location! And the common area is wonderful, especially with the opportunity to buy food and drinks.

The front desk people were nice.
It said two beds but there was only one bed. It was dirty, no towels, no soap, nothing

Great Location, We went only for a quick getaway and it was super close to the ferry and the car rental company we chose. Easy to walk around the area and ended up getting 2 double beds in our room instead of 1, which was unexpected and very convenient.

Location and size of the room
The AC didn't work, there was a fan that could only be used in one level, there was no curtain in the bathroom, both towels and bed sheets were stained, and the bed sheets were also very old and with holes on it. The place doesn't look at all as the pictures shown. Also, the bathroom smelled humid.

The environment, the pool, the location and the best of all was the vegan restaurant with a superb menu.
My room wasn't super clean.

We got a really horrible room firstly - with a lot of humidity even with mold without any daily light. Even the air fan didn't work just the air condition worked. But the staff was very willing and they changed our room after 2 nights and this room was good, clean and ventilated.
Nice public areas and close to the ferry and the city centre.
I can't recommend room number 8. Mold, humidity, and even any daily light. Rather no accommodate people.

Front check-in desk man was friendly. The room was clean, and the air con and fan worked well. The bed was comfy, but quite firm though. The pool is beautiful and the kitchen is well-equipped. The location is perfect, very easy to find and two blocks from the ferry with a taxi line right outside. It definitely has a chill hostel vibe.
The TV is out of service and Wi-Fi does not reach the rooms. The place is showing some wear around the edges. The shower in my room had okay pressure but the shower head absolutely needs to be replaced, as it was rather shooting water erratically. Don't expect hot water either. The shower curtain had definitely seen better days. I got the room for a good price but I definitely got what I paid for. It's a cheap price for Cozumel and the location is perfect for crashing for a few nights but don't expect any luxuries.
