Beautiful views! Awesome pool!
Owners are very kind and greeted us with local biscotti.
Next door is a cute little cafe to get morning cappuccino and drinks in the afternoon. Other direction is a pizza restaurant so good!
Beach is 5 minute drive.
It was hot when we got here, the pool came in very handy.
The Villa is very big and accommodating to our extended family. We hope to come back very soon! Thank you Piero!

Struttura fantastica, panorama mozzafiato
Proprietari gentilissimi e cordiali. Torneremo di sicuro

FANTASTISCH
August 2018
Villa Mayer , was soll ich sagen? In San Giovanni in venere in fossacesia . Also ideal.

A nice propery in a good location to enjoy a family villa holiday
The villa is set on the top of the hill overlooking the countryside and sea, a beautiful view a lovely place to spend a family holiday.
Next to the villa is a beautiful abbey which hosted many weddings druing our stay. Within the grounds of the abbey there is a small bar and restaurant were we had snacks and ice creams. Just over a mile a way is a small town with a few shops for getting in supplies, we were lucky enough to be there when some concerts and festivals were held.
The villa has a long private drive and is not overlooked. The building and grounds are large enough for you to keep out of each others way and the sound does not travel from room to room.
Kitchen adequate although wine glasses and more utensils would have been useful, We were a family of 15 and there were ample plates and dishes although I did take non breakable plates and glasses for the smaller members of our family.
The house stays quite cool but there is no air conditioning. Some rooms had portable fans one in each room would have been better. Bathrooms adequate with two with showers.
The pool and garden are super for playing sports and hide and seek. The diving board has been removed from the pool but it is an excellent size for the house.
A nice unspoilt area of Italy which does not have much tourisim we did not hear another person speak English during our two week stay, which was excellent for us although I did wish I spoke Italian!
The near by beaches offered shallow warm water and sand, together with rocks for others to crab on.
Our hosts were very helpful although the best way to comunicate was to text so that we could each translate.
I would recomend this villa for a get away from it all family holiday.

Unforgetable holiday
Villa Mayer is great! We were welcomed upon arrival and told all about the home. Our host stayed with us until all our questions were answered, he was really friendly. Everything we needed was there. The location is fabulous, huge and extremely confortable. The pool and gardens are lovely and clean, the area is very peaceful and quiet. We had an enjoyable holiday and we visited many places in this beautiful part of Italy. I highly recomend Villa Mayer!
