Alles ok!! Sehr sauber

Zentrale Lage.

Staff eccezionale e posizione ottima.

Courteous and helpful staff.
The main door on the second floor is locked; you have to wait for someone to unclock it to go in and out; extremely hazardous in case of emergency. No other exits.
Dust, rust and sewer odor in the bathroom; poorly lighted.
Dirty floor rugs in the room.

Nice view, friendly service
No hot water, a lot of noise from the street
4.1
Very friendly and helpful staff, we felt very welcome from check in.
The rooms are very comfortable and we had a room with a wonderful view of Chimborazo. As others have said there is some noise from the road but nothing at all that disturbed our sleep.
There are some very nice common areas for guests to spend time in. And we were told that we were welcome to make use of the kitchen.
It is in a good location next to the historical centre. There is also a market 2 minutes away where you can buy traditional Ecuadorian plates for very good prices.
The only thing we would have liked was a better breakfast. We were given juice, instant coffee or tea, a very small amount of scrambled egg, and a peice of bread each - in fairness the bread was very nice and fresh, but we would have liked to have some butter and probably another egg or two each.
All things considered, I still think it is a very good price for the room but we had to go out straight after for another breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay and the location was good - 2km from bus station. Luggage storage.
Nothing to complain about.
4.1
- Very nice staff
- Stable hot water in the shower
- Good central location
- very good WiFi
- The cleaning of the room could be improved.
- No daily cleaning
- The staff tried helping us with public transport for our day trip to Chimborazo, but had no experience.
- Breakfast was very small (one egg, one croissant, coffee, juice - no butter, jam, cheese)
- no real common kitchen, but we could use the staff kitchen and they stored our food in their private fridge

Great location. we chose the room with a window so it was noisy from the street but it was worth it because we had a super view of the volcano!

Nice family running the place, good location.
Upon arriving on a Saturday we asked the receptionist if we could visit museums on Sunday. "Of course, no problem!" was the answer. We realised unfortunately the next day that ALL museums of Riobamba are closed on Sundays (they're pretty good apparently) and we didn't see A SINGLE ONE! The rooms, facilties are so old they look disgusting, paint falling off the walls, electrical applications ripped out, nastiest bathroom we've seen in Ecuador, old an rundown doesn't even start to cover it. Not only was it the most expensive place we stayed in in Ecuador, it was the most horrible by a significant margin. The included breakfast was as pathetic as the hotel itself. Avoid this place at any cost.

Near centre of city
Noise outside.

Close to the city centre, if you're looking to walk a few minutes while enjoying the city landscape is all good. It was a good size room. With internet working at good speed. They had hot water which very much appreciated.
The owner was rude at moments, when I asked for the wifi signal not reaching my room he immediately blame me for that (using the last iPhone model). And being a Friday night we wanted to go outside at 9pm and he tolds that it was the end of his day and there would no one to open the door (we didn't went out that night).

The hotel is within walking distance to the bus station (but a little hike) and is centrally located in the historic center. The owner is very helpful and friendly. He made my stay feel welcome. The water pressure is great and has plenty of hot water. I also had a very early departure (5 a.m.), and he was ready to open the front door and called me a taxi to the bus station.
The bathroom has mold on the ceiling and parts of the wall. This is concerning. Also, noise travels through the building. I could hear the owner's dog and infant throughout the day. The good thing is come evening, things improved and was able to get a good night's rest.

NOTHING!!
The sink outside the bathroom, no lights in that area, the shower was clogged, the toilet didn't flush, had to open the cap to flush it. No cable. Only netflix and YouTube 😠. Have to pay for breakfast.

The stuff was very kind and breakfast was tasty.

Nothing to say negatively about this place. We’ve been staying in many hostels/hotels over the last 4 weeks in Ecuador and this was one of the best for the budget traveller.
The staff were so friendly and kind, breakfast tasty, and the bedroom was clean and fresh. Bonus of Netflix too!
Thank you

Good location
Clean rooms
Comfy beds, hot water, good wifi!
Breakfast ok
The receptionist in the afternoon is antipathic: we booked a double room and when we arrived, he checked, looked at me and said: "we have a problem, we don't have double room available". And nothing, apparently I was supposed to find a solution for him... we said we could have a twin room, and we first were given a room with absolutely NO natural light (window giving on a wall). I don't even understand how it is possible to offer this room. He gave us another room, way better: spacious, very bright, the room in itself was very good. We just had the impression to be in the streets, as 2 windows were replaced by a plastic system. You could here everything, and the traffic was horrible!
To sum up, way to expensive for what it is! Sorry....
4.1
The hotel is closed to the mercado la merced.
The bed was confortable and netflix was available in the room
The breakfast is very simple.
The room we had was not very bright
The window was hard to close

No towel in the room

It was clean and had the basics for a low budget. It also had Netflix which was a nice surprise.
It's located in a very busy street so you can't really sleep late (unless you are a heavy sleeper).
4.1
Good location very close to food market and withing the walking distance (1 km radius) of most city attractions, very friendly staff, breakfast was good enough, basically everything was good for the price we got.
Small misunderstanding with private bathroom (which was stated upon booking a room, but somehow was not in the reservation) was solved with small ammount of extra fee.
