Good location
I guess people live in the hotel because I woke up at 530/6 to the sound of a hair dryer and people talking and laughing in the hallway. So I didn't get any sleep.

The hotel is centrally located. The cleaning staff are amazing, and kept my room cleaner than I had expected. The lady house manager was also good and very professional.
The 2 obnoxious Mexican 'managers'. I didn't like the two male managers (I didn't get their names and positions bc I didn't really care to know). They are big time a**holes. It was clear that they didn't like their jobs and went the extra mile to ruin my stay (although my subjective assessment, I think that the 2 Mexicans just didn't like my face. They make house rules and instantly subvert them. For eg., They had a 'no-guest rule which they pretended didn't exist if you paid them $150 Mex. My tour guide usually came to my room before we left for my daily activities. On the eve of my departure, this young man came for us to discuss my trip. The 2 obnoxious men let him in, but after a couple of minutes, besieged my room with phone calls and visits, asking the man to leave. When the man wouldn't leave immediately, they indirectly tried to pressure me to send him away from my room. How could I send somebody who had been my only voice and eye in Mexico City for the best part of a week, whom they allowed in in the first place? All their grandstanding was to coerce me into paying 150 pesos. When I didn't budge, they called the cops (on my guide, they claimed), claiming that they allowed my guest only 5 minutes of stay in my room. Although the cops advised my guide to leave, they admitted that there was no need to escalate the matter with the police.
