Bon rapport qualité prix.

Personnel très agréable Hôtel confortable et propre

Le bruit, certaines chambres (dont la nôtre) étaient juste au dessus du générateur (il y a eu une coupure de courant pendant plusieurs heures).

Great place. The only reason I give it a lower rating is the non functional AC

1. The rooms are big, bed very comfortable but the only reason I give it a lower rating is the non functional AC. I couldn’t sleep. & they wouldn’t change our rooms. I woke up & went & sat at the reception area as it had an AC. 2. Breakfast was absolutely magnificent but they were more than an hrs late with milk & juice. I suggest going for breakfast after 08:00H.

1. The receptionist had a bit of an attitude but nothing one can’t handle. 2. The AC wasn't functional. I couldn’t sleep. & they wouldn’t change our rooms. I woke up & went & sat at the reception area as it had a functional AC. 3. They were more than an hr late with milk & juice. I suggest going for breakfast after 08:00H. 4. The fridge in the room was just for decoration. We couldn’t plug it in. Had a foreign plug with no adapter

Chambre spacieuse, tv avec plein de chaînes de foot , machine à café , grand lit .. Le quartier est un peu bizarre ( par contre super pratique si vous devez faire des plaques d immatriculations, acheter des jantes , ou des amortisseurs) j ai été mangé au bar le Congo juste à côté .. ambiance locale locale ..

Rien A 300 m vous avez la station (fire) des bus rapide qui desservent le centre ville .

Very bad, don't go there, worst staff ever.

The room has potential, with nice space and good bed.

Everything badly maintained. Fridge not working, shower hardly working, lights blinking or not working. The staff is terrible, tried to charge me more, after a while they said that would be city tax, although in the beginning they were saying that was the bedroom normal fee. Told about the room problems, they did nothing and were lying down on the lobby sofa. The breakfast was very delayed and once it started, it was quite empty and bad, and there was no water, they were trying to sell us water during the breakfast. It was a very bad experience and I definitely don't recommend it.

All in all, it was a worthwhile experience.

I liked the room and the breakfast. The timeliness and courteous habit of the restaurant staff. A particular staff was exceptional.

The policy of full payment for late check out. Perhaps a pro rated policy will do as flight times vary significantly.

Size of room and bed is OK

No hot water at all. They don't renew breakfast food if its finished, we couldn't eat anything other than bread. They charge 5% comission for creditcard payment without informing. No mosquito net on windows, so you have to stay in smelly room.

Everything was really nice and we enjoyed our stay a lot!

The only small bad thing was that you couldn't open a window in the room because all was glass. Fresh air just came with the AC!

Pleasant

The place is beautiful and very affordable, the location was perfect for me I needed to leave very early so it was convenient. The food was amazing and prices very fair. I loved the variety on the menu. It was also easy to locate I walked around and was able to return without getting lost. The beds were very comfortable and spacious.

The receptionist had an attitude about the price of my room I think because of the discount from genius, she kept telling her colleagues how I have paid very little to the extent of sending me to a room they were still cleaning 🤔. Anyways I was too tired and from sea sickness I didn't have her energy otherwise I would have addressed the issue. The other issue was language barrier, I know a bit of Swahili (that's why I could hear how disgusted she was of my discount) but I communicate better in English. Most people their didn't understand what I was saying.

Actually all

That after my leaving as I extended for another day, I payed and 15 hrs later I got e mails I haven't payed. I payed in front of witnesses another 71000 tan shillings, they not even wanted to check the cats. I payed when I gave my laundry. That'd not nice to accuses me I always payed. I just didn't had time as I was in zanzibar yo return with tourist police. All e mails went trough booking.com.

The facility of bathroom is too old and not work properly They didn’t put tissue The location is not well The breakfast isnt good i cant eat anything and i tried to eat only fruit and its a little smelly

SO DISAPPOINTING.

The hotel is located in the middle of downtown.

*The Receptionist wanted to scam me if I must say it like this, added 41$ on the amount I was supposed to pay at the property, claiming that "Booking.com" forgot to mention that the room price got revised. *The housekeeping was pure nonsense, not even taking 5minutes to clean the room. *Breakfast was not continental at all. *No water to drink in the room.
