Clean place Small but good breakfast options Room is spacious Staffs are friendly ans helpful

Extremely dissapointed!

The place was spacious and the location was good.

Something got brocken in the room which I was sure wasn’t my fault. The management couldn’t take time to listen to my side of the story. Just adamant in the accusation and demand to pay for a replacement. That was the very lowest and most embarrassing highlight on all the travels I have ever made.

The stay was ok.

The hotel looks good and is located in a nice place in Masaki. The personell were very helpful and kind and always responded to any of my request.

There were few things that were not very enjoyable during my stay: One was the noise, depending on where your room is, there are some noise that can penetrate into the room. That's the one thing that really affected my stay. Also the gym was very tiny and for someone like me that likes to workout, it was not the best place to workout.

Room looked out onto shacks which had a smell coming from them. Stairs in room was a hazard. Rust in the bathroom. Cracked tiles/wall paper in bathroom. Phones in room didn't work. Cleaners didn't clean for 2 days. Asked for room to be changed but was pretty much ignored.

Superb

The staff is outstanding. Very sweet and service minded. Both the receptionists and the restaurant staff. The breakfast is good, and so were the meals that we had. The pool area is also very nice. Good and well equipped gym.

The rooms are a bit worn, and there was a strong cigarette smell in the room, although the hotel is smoke-free.

The property is well maintained. Very beautiful territory

The only problem (but one of the most important one) is the staff on the reception, particularly during the night check in. To all the wishes the response is negative. Can you give me the receipt where it is written “receipt” but not “proforma”? - No, it is from the system. Do you have a room service for snacks and drinks at night for those who checked in late (as it is written on the hotel’s billboard 24 hours room service)? - No, it is closed. Just 2 examples, however there were many of them. Personnel at the restaurant works very professionally and they are very kind and attentive. Dear managers, please consider the necessity of being a member of your team for a guy who usually works at night on the reception. Unfortunately, don’t remember his name. We had experience with him on both nights (9/10 December, 18/19 December).

Only customer service redeems the place; but for the price charge one would get actual functioning facilities such as a

great customer service: excellent highly trained reception and dining area staff. simply world class.

Shower head was broken with no pressure at all. Water was barely being released in a continuous stream for a shower. Aged plumbing hence takes several minutes to release hot water. In most cases, barely any hot water comes out. Bathroom floor with dirt marks not properly moped. Broken air conditioning with non displaying remote which barely cools the room. Generally aged facility and room equipment.

The room was clean and well kept with a kitchenette and sitting area.I also liked the location of the hotel which was in close proximity to shops and recreational places around Masaki and Oyster Bay.

It would be good to replace the shower head.
