Apartment (100sqm) open all year, built in 2015 about 100 meters from the center of Malcesine, 400 meters from the lake, in a quiet area. It is about 50 meters from the supermarket and the bus station.
It has: 2 double bedrooms, one with bunk bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen with utensils (oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave), large living room, flat screen television with satellite programs, large terrace with table and chairs and a private parking space right in front of the apartment. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, electric shutters, sheets and towels. Cot for small children and high chair. The particularity of the apartment is the central location but at the same time quiet, you can easily reach the castle, the cable car station, the port of Malcesine where you can through the boats reach all other places of Lake Garda. WI-Fi included. The tourist-fee euro 1,00 per person per day ( 14 age old) and the cleaning euro 70,00 aren't included. You can pay before your departure.

We loved our place. Everything was well stocked and clean. It was in the perfect location and at the end of a day in town or at the beautiful lake it was the perfect place to come home to. Loved the huge comfy sofa as well! Balcony was also perfect. We will definitely come back. Thank you for your warm hospitality and easy communication.

The only problem we had I thought everything was paid for to be hit with a 73eueros was disappointed I think this should of been in the bill when I paid it months . A bit disappointed .

Ruhig und doch zentral

Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und schön eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz. Sympathisch ist auch die Solaranlage auf dem Dach. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Supermarkt und Altstadt sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt, dennoch ist die Lage sehr ruhig. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Visited for a wedding at the castle. Property, owner and setting all wonderful. Well equipped, spacious apartment. Situated near the centre, but peaceful with lovely view. Would return in a heartbeat.

Clean spacious accommodation close to town centre and ideal for families.

Attended with our daughter's family and 2 grandchildren for wedding at the castle. The apartment was clean and functional with large flat screen TV bench style kitchen table and very large settee. WiFi was excellent and enabled use of Chromecast for English recorded TV for grandchildren as only German or Italian TV available. There is a large supermarket within 5 mins walk with everything you would need. Electricity is obtained from solar panels so power is restricted and you may trip the system if you have too many appliances, There is a nail bar beauty salon located below property that have use of laundry facilities during the day so you have to do yours after hours (not a problem). They're lovely people and very accommodating. The property is ideally located just a short distance from town centre and is quite tranquil. Only negative issue is bad lighting on outside steps. There's a rather nice balcony area with bench seat that we didn't use because of potential dangers with young children. I would recommend this property over those in the centre because it is cheaper, quieter and within easy walking distance from the town centre with allocated parking.

Die Wohnung ist groß, neuwertig und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist super, sehr ruhig und dennoch nur 3 Minuten zum Supermarkt und 5 Minuten zur Altstadt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und spricht fließend deutsch. Die Wohnung hat Seeblick und jetzt auch kostenloses Wlan.

Superklasse!

Wirklich tolle Unterkunft, groß, hell, modern, alles top gepflegt und sauber. Sehr nette Vermieterin, alles unkompliziert und sehr zuvorkommend. Man erreicht die Innenstadt und den See in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß, wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) haben absolut nichts zu beanstanden und hatten perfekte Ferientage. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Ringraziamo di cuore per l'accoglienza e la cortesia ricevute. L'appartamento è bellissimo: spazioso, luminoso, molto pulito e ordinato, in posizione tranquilla pur essendo vicinissimo al centro, alla fermata dei bus ed al supermercato, oltre che a 5 minuti dal lago. Dovessimo tornare a Malcesine, cercheremo sicuramente di tornare qui. Assolutamente consigliato.

Lovely apartment is a great location

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. We found it clean, modern and spacious with all the amenities you need for a great break. Stefania was so helpful and could not have made us more welcome. The location is fantastic, 2 minutes walk from the supermarket and 5 minutes from the historic centre / harbour of Malcesine, and there is space to park in front of the apartment. We did a lot of research to find the best place to stay in Lake Garda and we were not disappointed with Malcesine, which is on the North East side of the lake, it is so dramatic with the lake in front of you and mountains behind you. From the harbour you can easily get boats to other parts of the lake, there are numerous lovely restaurants, and you can visit the castle. You can also walk to the 360 rotating cable car will take you up in to the mountains. We highly recommend the apartment and we hope to come back some day.

Wir waren als Familie (2 Erw. und 3 Kids im Teenageralter) im Juni/Juli 2016 dort. Die Bilder entsprechen absolut der Realität. Die Wohnung liegt zwar nah an der Hauptstraße und dem großen Sparmarkt, aber, man bekommt nichts davon mit. Die Straße ist sehr ruhig gelegen, in die Altstadt ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Die Wohnung ist Top, vielleicht ein bißchen hellhörig. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in optimaler Lage

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben Anfang Oktober eine Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung entspricht exakt den Angaben im Online-Inserat und ist in sehr sauberem und gepflegten Zustand. Uns hat besonders der großzügige Wohn- und Essbereich sowie der schöne Blick zum See gefallen. Das Haus liegt in einer absolut ruhigen Seitenstraße. Trotzdem lassen sich Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt, Restaurants und die historische Altstadt in 2 Gehminuten erreichen. Auch die Anlegestelle sowie die Seilbahn können zu Fuß erreicht werden. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns ausgezeichnet betreut. Sie spricht hervorragend Deutsch und war bezüglich An- und Abreisezeiten flexibel und unkompliziert. Wir können die Ferienwohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen und kommen sicher auch selbst einmal wieder.

Schönes und geräumiges Haus, das Zentrum mit Geschäften und Restaurants ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und ist komplett ausgestattet, lediglich WLAN gibt es weiterhin nicht. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir (2 Erw., 3 Kinder im Alter von 10 - 17 J.) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles sauber und gepflegt, es sieht alles wie auf den Bildern aus. Trotz der Nähe zum Supermarkt und der Hauptstraße war es sehr ruhig. Auch das im Erdgeschoss befindliche Nagelstudio hat man nicht bemerkt. Kleines Manko ist die Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung. Auch für die Veranda wäre gerade zur Frühstückszeit ein Sonnenschutz ganz nett (wir hatten jeden Tag über 30 Grad). Die Kinder hätten sich über W-Lan gefreut...

Carissima Mara, la tua casa è una meraviglia!!! Vicinissima al centro di Malcesine ma nello stesso tempo in una stradina deliziosa e tranquilla. Ampia, pulitissima, arredata con stile, ben riscaldata, comoda. Delizioso il piccolo patio esterno e prezioso il posto auto sotto casa. Complimenti!!!! Speriamo di poter tornare fine primavera inizio estate. Olga e Roberto
