The house is amazing. Very spacious and comfortable, the view is incredible, and the pool is fantastic. The only negative point is that there are the bare minimum in terms of essentials: one towel per person and no pool or beach towels. There were no staples of any kind in the kitchen, even though the house is only rented out. We had to buy everything from salt and pepper, condiments, to extra toilet paper and paper towels. Every other house I have rented has supplies left from previous guests, and given the isolated nature of the house the owners should leave all these things. We left laundry detergent, oil and vinegar, etc…. And it is sad to think that whoever comes in after us has to go to the hassle and expense of restocking. I must say that when I asked Antonio for pool towels he dropped some off but there should be plenty in a house that size (and cost). Luckily I had read some previous reviews so I know what to expect but it is still a negative mark. Also, the wifi only works inside the house, so anyone wanting wifi at the pool or the downstairs bedroom has to go upstairs. As we were relying on WhatsApp to make and receive calls this was inconvenient, there is no cell service either. All in all I would definitely recommend the house, just be aware of the limitations and plan accordingly.

pantry items - there are none was no hot water for 2 days, nor covers on the seats, was a bit strange. sofa is stained. had a nice time none the less, but its expensive, and would have expected a little more for the $$

Unfortunately the house and accommodations were not at all to the standards of paying a house for this cost. 1. Communications with Carlos or Antonio were very slow 2. It took 45 minutes to get into the house - Antonio not answering, we did not have the phone number of Teresa and or no indication of what to do upon arrival 3. Be ready when you get in, there is nothing. No salt, pepper, olive oil or coffee. A bare minimum of toilet paper and a very small shower gel per bathroom 4. There are no pool or beach towels. Luckily enough, after asking, they were able to provide us with a few pool towels for the group 5. The water of the pool is not in great shape, they had to come a few times to clean and put in some chlorine 6. You can clearly see that the house is not being taken care of. Mold on the floor outside, mold inside the house, the walls are not clean, there is dirt and even dry blood. There are wholes in the wall. Spot lights on the ceiling are pretty much holes 7. There is no sound system 8. There is no outside BBQ. Understanding that apparently we can not use BBQ outside in case of fires. But what about an electric or propane BBQ? 9. The kitchen, is quite small but functional. However, missing some serving platers. 10. They could also install a potable water fountain instead of having to purchaser water 11. You have to park your car outside, because their gate is broken. No issues in parking a car outside but it simply shows the lack of care they put into the house. 12. Decoration: the bare minimum *Positive: 1. Beautiful and breath taking view 2. Access (walking of course) - to isolated beach creaks 3. Teresa, the house keeper, is very nice and does her best to accommodate us with the limited supplies she has. Overall, we would not recommend this place at the price that it is listed.

We just left these magical villa. We moved out stay. The staff was very supported, the decoration amazing , all was very clean and the best pool with best views we had. We felt like better than in a 5 start hotel! Been in a Clift surround a pine forest is unique. Quite, best service and suport and all villa perfect with all details, we did not wanted to go party much :-)

We loved the welcome to the villa with the amaixing sunset in the pool ! amazing, what a wonderful house, 10 out of 10, we have enjoyed the best holidays in Ibiza. we usually come every year and this is the best of the villas we have found. what we loved the most was the wonderful pool that joined the sea and the sunset, the house was spotless, clean and full of details and luxury, we were very comfortable, and we loved it, the rooms were very spacious, and we felt very comfortable. Antonio took great care of us, and was very attentive to everything we needed. We walked down to the beach of El Alcantilado and we loved it. the tranquility and beauty of the views will make us always remember these magical days, the house does not lack any detail

We were a small group of family and friends visiting Ibiza to celebrate our daughters graduation from uni in Madrid. This was a perfect place for such a gathering. For any occasion we would stay there again.

Let's start with the bad news: -I texted Carlos well in advance to let him know our arrival. When we got there, the place was locked and no one was around. Internet is also non-existent, so we had to drive to where we could connect and text him. He responded 2 hours later. -When we got there, the pool was so murky, we couldn't see the bottom. When I mentioned it, I was told the pool person would be there the next day. They didn't show up until I texted Carlos and the pool didn't clear up until 2 days later. -Attention to details is lacking: there are weeds and trash in the planters, a dead tree in the front, and the many palm trees need trimming. -The kitchen is serviceable, but the fridge has no ice, no ice maker and not even ice trays to make your own ice. -An amenity listed included blow dryers, there are none. When I texted Carlos about them, he didn't reply about them. We ended up buying our own. -We rented the property for 6 nights and were each given one clean bath towel and one clean hand towel. Some luxury. Also, the only paper product in the house was toilet paper. No paper towels and no napkins. Again, when I texted Carlos about this, it was ignored. -The sofa in the living was once white but is now gray with dirt and the ceiling fan is not only inoperable but the finish is flaking off of it. -Note that our family's consensus score was 3 stars, but the ones in our group who have used siimilar rentals the most gave this one 2 stars. -The sad thing is that this could easily be a 5 star property if someone paid more attention to it and gave it a freshening up with a little more elbow grease and not a lot of money. Now, the good news: -The location is stunningly, jaw-dropping, beautiful. A short walk takes you to a wonderful beach or to a rocky cove. -The rooms are mostly good sized and although the bathrooms are a bit dated, they are clean and function well (although note that one of the 5 bedrooms is really small and just faces an interior wall). -Maria Teresa, the person to call when we needed something, was wonderful. I have no doubt that if she had the proper resources from the owner, this property could be truly awesome.

We were looking for many houses on this web Vrbo and we chose this one because of the amazing views it had, they are much more beautiful in reality than in the photos. we loved our stay and this villa. We are in love with this place and also with the suport of its owners. We needed a lot these days of vacation in family, we have had an incredible time the house has all kinds of details and they had just renovated and painted it was better than being in a five star hotel

The house is very large, has a good location and the view of the sea is really beautiful. The description here on the website was correct. We were greeted in a friendly manner and were helped quickly and efficiently with problems (power outage and leaking water pipe in the kitchen). However, it must unfortunately be mentioned that the house is in need of renovation: the mirrors and fixtures in the bathrooms are outdated and partially broken. The house needs a new coat of paint and the terrace and pool need a basic cleaning. Upon arrival, there was a strong smell from the drains. This smell has unfortunately accompanied us throughout the vacation sometimes stronger, sometimes weaker. The cell phone service is not good and the Wi-Fi does not work in all rooms.

It is the second time i am in these villa. i loved much more ! We love these house. We enjoyed all the improvements done in the villa and we love these area. The house is less than 20 minutes form ibiza and we think these is amaizing becouse we are in a unique locatin. My family can not wait till we are back againg.

Large house that is surrounded by beautiful nature and is very peaceful and quiet. Walking distance to one of the most private breath taking hikes and snorkeling on the island. As well as many other hiking trails and swimming spots just outside. Also close to organic super markets and restaurants. The largest room downstairs AC was not working properly during our stay and several other rooms smelled like mold when it was running. Owner sent cleaners two hours prior to our agreed check out time. Better communication around check out would have been appreciated. Over all a wonderful experience.

The whole family fell in love with this house, has an energy and views impossible to improve. We really enjoyed the stay this week although it was not summer the weather was incredible in autumn. We have loved it. My children bathed in the sea and the island was very pretty. We loved it! We will return without a doubt, we will not be able to forget this holiday or this house that has made us enjoy some unique moments.

I decided to do a yoga retreat on this island so energetic and full of peace Ibiza, by coincidence we find this House, which has fallen in love with us because we had the best week of retreat in our history. It is amazing the energy and strength of this place combined with how comfortable and beautiful this house is. My clients have been fascinated by the sunsets as they meditated. I do not stop thinking about when I can go back to Ibiza and of course to this beautiful house. Two days we went to meditate to the beach that is down the cliff, the return made us sweat a lot:-)

It is a lovely place. It met all my expectations. Ibiza is different to the rest of the world and I had high expectations. It all met them. yes, it is true that a lot of places were still closed, but having the opportunity to be in such a lovely house, with beautiful views, incredible facilities (wow a very big house) great decoration and great service from the owner made my experience one of the best at a very reasonable price. Lovely Place, dreamy and very cozy. We Are Going back soon, we loved this villa, newly renovated and full of small details. It Is very comfortable, very well decorated, with a few beds where we have never slept better. A very quiet place where we enjoyed a magical week. My Kids say it was the best trip they've ever had. The view from the property is absolutely stunning and it is in a quiet area. The pool was lovely but the house itself was disappointing. The furniture and fittings were tired and whilst the kitchen was new I do not consider Ikea luxurious. Furthermore there was a smell in the bedrooms and bathrooms that was not pleasant. The electricity and wi-fi failed one day but to be fair a workman arrived quickly to repair it and showed us what to do when it happened again. Arrival was easy but the person who let us into the property did not speak english and unfortunately we do not speak Spanish which was not ideal. There was no information at the property apart from appliance manuals. A guestbook with local points of interest would have been a nice touch and just a few essentials eg bin bags, dishcloth. We have been staying in holiday villas around the world for fifteen years and this was definitely not luxurious. There are steps up to the property that elderly people may struggle with. A car is advisable but the local area lovely.

We went a few days in September to Ibiza and we had some magical days where we rested a lot. We forget everything, we disconnected all of this house so magical, comfortable and spacious. We love renting this house and also the services of its staff, thank you Carlos for everything. We will return with our children. The best thing of all was that since it is not high season there were not so many people on the island that September is perfect for resting in Ibiza

Amazing views, very large house and we arrived to any part of the island in a short time by car. It is very advisable to have a car because this house is on a hill that you need a car. The place is perfect for yoga in the terrace :) Sunset view is amazing! The size of the house was perfect for a big family holiday! The area around is quiet and charming. Totally recomend it :)

We rented the 3 houses of Carlos to make a party of friends, the house that we liked the most for the spacious, comfortable, spacious, clean, it was this house of the sea. I slept and 8 friends in the 5 rooms, and we loved it! We will never forget this magical house! The house had a special energy that has not been many tranquility and peace. We love the decoration!!!

We were a group of 8 friends to celebrate Mary's 40th birthday, it was a very special date and we wanted something very special. We loved this house, and the truth is that it was more amazingly pretty than we imagined. We were very comfortable, the house was very clean, the views were amazing and we had a great time, we dined one night outdoors in the pool in a bbq and we had incredible nice time. We want to return this summer. We recommend renting a car because although there are always taxis in less than 15 minutes, it is much more convenient and practical

Carlos war unglaublich hilfsbereit vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes, treffen uns im nahe gelegenen Dorf, um uns in die Villa zu nehmen. Die Villa wurde Bild nur vor 5 Jahren. Alles ist fantastisch warm und schön in einer sehr entspannenden Atmosphäre. Carlos hatte einige Wein und Cava Links, um unsere Ankunft Toast und die schönen Schlafzimmer auf der ersten und Erdgeschoss waren ruhig und gut verriegelt. Die oberen zwei Schlafzimmer haben en Suiten. Die anderen Räume, in denen auch fantastisch Die Bilder tun es nicht gerecht, der Pool-Bereich ist einfach schön, die außerhalb Tisch essen Bereiche waren viel genutzt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig-das nächste Haus ist über 100M entfernt, aber niemand war da! Ausgezeichnet für Walking und laufen, solange Sie nichts dagegen Hills! Magic Beach direkt in der Villa. Wir haben in mehreren Villen von dieser Seite übernachtet und das ist eine Schönheit. Danke Carlos

The villa is a great size for 8-10 people and we loved the privacy of the setting. The decor has been done really nicely and there is a selection of places to dine and enjoy the fantastic views that the villa has to offer. The only downside inside was the kitchen being a bit tatty and in need of a refurb but everything else was great - comfortable beds and the place was clean. I would stay at this place for the pool area alone - it was amazing! It's worth being aware when booking this place that the road to the villa is badly potholed. A car is a must to stay at the villa as we struggled to find taxi's that would go down the road and there isn't really anywhere close by to walk to (only one eatery). We were a group of 8 girlfriends and thoroughly enjoyed our stay - Carlos and his staff, Belen and Miguel were very friendly and helpful (though don't speak much English). I would go back.

The villa is absolutely stunning with a beautiful pool overlooking the sea. The rooms have very spacious bathrooms, with lovely bright decor. However, the best part of the villa is the three different dining areas, each with amazing views down to the sea. The villa is so quiet and is a wonderful place to truly relax and get away from the busier parts of Ibiza. Carlos was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend this place! Be sure to book a rental car to travel around.
