Had a really nice stay at this house, very clean and updated. Great for a family to hang out in the open concept living room/kitchen.

We recently stayed at this delightful Cape May beach house, and it was an unforgettable experience for my wife, our two daughters, and me. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculately clean the house was. Every room was spotless and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home.
The location couldn't have been better. Just a short walk to the beach, we spent our days soaking up the sun and playing in the sand. Being so close to the beach made it easy to come and go as we pleased, which was perfect for our family.
One of the highlights was the fantastic backyard space. It was like having our own private oasis. The girls loved playing outside, and we enjoyed the Blackstone griddle. The backyard was spacious and well-maintained, offering plenty of room for relaxation and fun.
Overall, our stay at the Blu-Dolphin house was truly wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a better place to create lasting memories together. Highly recommended!

Our two families enjoyed this vacation home. We had two children, 4 & 7, who could easily walk to the bay. The location was perfect and the backyard was great for kids to play while we cooked dinner. It was an easy drive into town. Definitely recommend staying outside of the town but still having easy access to a beach.

We had a wonderful stay at an absolutely delightful home - nice quiet neighborhood, so close to beach and Harpoon on the Bay and a short drive to downtown Cape May and other beach points. The house was newly renovated and very well maintained with everything you need - Back porch and yard like another room! Thank you for some memorable family time!

The property was perfect for 5 adults. As a family we travel once or twice a year to spend time together. Having 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with an open floor plan is perfect! Outdoor shower was well used to wash off sand and salt water. We never had one of these before.
We took short walk to beach every day, sometimes more than once! Neighborhood was quiet. Beach was only locals, not like the mobs of people at Sunset Beach. Many came with chairs at sunset to watch the sun go down! It was a pleasant, friendly vibe.
Home was well equipped with kitchenware. We ate breakfast many days at home and heated up left overs from dinners out for snacks. Harpoons on the Bay restaurant around the corner had excellent selection and food. We walked there.
We would definitely rent here again and recommend it to everyone!

Everything was great! The backyard is perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The house was clean and easy to access. Harpoons and the beach are less than a 5 min. flat walk. My father in law struggled with the few steps throughout the inside of the house and fell twice requiring stitches at the urgent care. We would have liked to see more cooking utensils and pans as everything was a bit small for a family of 6. We ordered our linens, towels and bedding from the Linen Ladies ($365 for 6 ppl) and had great customer service. Overall we loved the house and would stay here again, but maybe not with elderly parents.

House was very clean with wonderful outdoor covered patio. The location was perfect, right near the bay and a block from fun outdoor restaurant. Would definitely stay here again. We had a question when we checked in and owners were very quick to respond.

The photos don’t do the rental justice. We were 2 but 4 adults & 3 children would be very comfortable. Everything you need (& more) is provided. The outdoor area is delightful.
K1st day - no Internet (due to storm) & we were home bound but Mary Ann Crowder pulled out all stops, replaced router & got us back online while we went to dinner.

5 friends met for a long weekend getaway. Life gets busy and although it may become difficult to gather often, this place allowed for a wonderful meeting place to spend time and reconnect with old friends!!

the house location is perfect a short two minute walk to the beach. love the back deck and fenced in yard with fire pit. mary ann is a wonderful host she is always quick to get back to you if you have a question.

Great space! Very stylish and clean. We very much enjoyed the swing in the yard. Beds were comfortable and location was great and not too far from restaurants and the boardwalk. Beach is also walkable! Would stay again, thank you!!

We had a fantastic stay. The house is impeccably clean. The layout was perfect for our family with bunk beds, open kitchen and living area, 2 bathrooms, full size washer/dryer, etc. Outside area with deck and outdoor shower is lovely and convenient. Location is perfect - house is a block from a quiet kid-friendly beach with gorgeous sunsets. It is a short, easy drive to downtown Cape May and Cape May Point. We’ve stayed at a few places in Cape May in the past and Maryann’s house is now our favorite!

What an adorable beach cottage! Spotless and charming, we loved our stay here. Steps to the beach and a perfect place to stay after our daughter’s sports tournament. We wish we had stayed an extra night to enjoy the nice backyard and fire pit. Maybe next year!

Our family had a great stay, very spacious place, clean, and with modern appliances. Beautiful outdoor patio and our daughter loved cooking S’mores over the fire pit.
Location was convenient, easily walkable to the Delaware bayside beach, great for sunsets and walking along, though the seemed quite dirty for swimming. I’m any case, anywhere around the Cape May area is less than 15 minutes drive away.

We loved this beautifully decorated and comfortable house a block from a wonderful small-kid friendly beach on Delaware Bay. The location was great, a quiet neighborhood but easy access to Cap May. We spent the week at the Cape May lighthouse watching the hawk migration. We hit the peak of the eagle and falcon migration. It was fabulous.
I can’t recommend this charming house enough.

Like many of the other comments posted, the pictutes do not do this house justice. So beautiful inside and out. Everything was clean and well-stocked. Our kids loved the bunk beds. The fenced backyard with firepit and spacious deck were exactly what we were looking for. Thank you, MaryAnn! We're already looking forward to next year.

Spent a quick weekend with my mom & sisters for her 60th. The house was clean bright and spacious, and had anything we needed. Close to a winery, and the bay beach. We can’t wait to come back.

House was just as pictures described! Backyard was beautiful as well as the inside of the house. Location was great as it was a block away from the beach! Outdoor shower was perfect for coming back and rinsing off. Beach toys, cart, and gear was awesome to have instead of having to pack them

Our family so enjoyed our stay at the Dolphin house. Such a perfect location for a family with two young children, the beach is kid friendly and picturesque, especially at sunset. The house was modern, clean and has a very nice outside area for barbecuing and afternoon meals. We hope to return next year.
