El hotel no está abierto al publico...

No pude conocerlo.... El hotel no está abierto al publico

No pude alojarme en el hotel porque no está funcionando.... El teléfono publicado no funciona... Estuve en el domicilio y el hotel estuvo cerrado.... Hice tres intentos tocando la puerta porque ni siquiera tiene interfón o algún timbre parece que lo arrancaron..... Hice también tres intentos de contactar por el chat de booking al hotel sin suerte.... Tuve la necesidad de conseguir otro alojamiento y no hubo quien me diera razón el porqué del hotel cerrado... No encontré ningún teléfono en booking de asistencia para casos como este

Terrible.

Stay away from this hotel. It's a mess. I reserved through booking.com When I arrived the receptionist said their systems were down and they couldn't check my reservation. She made me send screen shots of my reservation with the price to some random phone number. She then proceeded to charge me 30% more than what the price was on my confirmation. I paid reluctantly. She gave me a terrible room right by the reception. The receptionists entire family came to hang out and they sat right outside my room playing music from their phones and having loud conversations with children as well. This went on until 1am. I had an early morning and needed sleep. Absolutely ridiculous, rude and unprofessional. I couldn't sleep until they all left. I was then woken up by a staff member banging on the front door to the hotel that was locked at 3am very loudly. He banged for about 40mins while no one let him in. Which was really lovely when you're trying to sleep. What a complete rip off especially for the price I paid. Avoid this hotel at all costs there's way better options in the area.

Esta en el centro de SMA pero por lo mismo es imposible conciliar el sueño con tanto ruido en la calle

Falta de limpieza, mucho ruido en el exterior, me rentaron un lugar sin televisión ni tampoco había wifi

This rustic place had me in the action of the city.

This hotel was a 5 minute walk from the city center. We got everywhere we needed to be for the wedding we were attending within 5 minutes.

You know it appeared their sewage pipes were old. Every time we would flush a rotten egg smell would come out. The place is rustic like really rustic but for the price I kind of expected it. It’s better though than what would have been it’s 40 dollar equivalent in the US.

Hotel it's ok, but there is pipe odor in the bathroom and noise at night for a construction

It was OK, staff is friendly, it's a small place and close to main places

It was very noisy on the street during the night because there was a construction next to the building, couldn't sleep and I wasn't aware of it or notified by the hotel. The bathroom smells very bad but was clean, so was like pipe odor

Location was great - closer to the central area of San Miguel de Allende.

Walls are stained from damp marks. The floor was dusty. The bathroom still had the old used soap in it - obviously wasnt cleaned properly. No hot water. Towels had holes in it. The TV was not working. Patio is not private like it looks in the photo - the door just opens into the courtyard. All the sounds from people in the courtyard and the staff at reception filter into the room.

Location only.

The whole thing, it needs a lot of work done, the stairs are not safe, the floor was dirty, there’s just too many things that need improvement. Definitely not worth the price, if I could I would get my money back. So not worth it.

Designer boutique hotel -great location to center of town

No breakfast included Location great Because of location of hotel, a bit noise from outside traffic in the evenings Also beginning by 6am in mornings Great design to room and super big bathroom

The WiFi didn’t reach to 2nd floor very well -just a little bit near the door Also no cable for being a boutique hotel Charming decor

Good place for a very short stay or backpack travel

Location is great, at a walking distance to the main sites. Very clean.. Staff very helpfull

Lack of basic amenities, like a chair, area to set cosmetics or cleaning items. TV never works

Cozy and Quaint

The hotel was a boutique style, The bed and pillows were lovely and the room was very clean. Staff were friendly.

The internet did not work in the room. I had to go to the lobby to use the wifi. The second floor patio needs some work. It looks unfinished snd needs paint. Just a spruce up, put some chairs there and make it look nice.

Comfortable beds and clean sheets, helpfulness of the staff.

In the first room assigned to us we had to get the WiFi password from the hotel across the street because it was absolutely not possible to use theirs. But the reason we had to change room was that there was no running water in the sink nor in the shower. And very little even in the toilet. We were given a room facing the street with just enough running water, passable cleanliness in the bathroom and low WiFi signal.

Great spot on Zacateros

Staff was always friendly and helpful Awesome location on Zacateros...close to everything Quiet and clean, cute courtyard Bed was really comfortable

The room that I stayed in had no windows that opened for fresh air so it got pretty musty The shower lacked a shelf to put soap so that was a bit odd

Was not clear the total payment, not in the booking website and not at the hotel, we had to pay extra 18% at the check-out. Was not clear that it is a coffee break instead of a breakfast.
