The property was idyllic, the cottage was serene and impeccably clean! This was the perfect setting and wonderfully relaxing with 2 rooms to lounge in, the kitchen was again so cleanly and had everything needed to prepare breakfast, lunch or diner. We opted to do day trips and would have loved to take advantage of the boat and kayak or bikes but simply did not have enough time. The beds were beyond comfy and we fell asleep each night feeling cozy and

We like the charm of an older cottage. The size is perfect for my husband and me and the location is perfect for swimming and walking. This was our third year of renting this property.

It was our second time staying here. It’s very cute and quiet. The owners keep it meticulously clean and well maintained. We do t use the lower level so can’t comment on that but upper level is fine for 2 or 3 people. We will return!

Mid 20th Century Cottage
The cottage was very comfortable and perfectly suited me and my husband. It's an older cottage, but that is what we loved about it. We would rent it again!

Immaculate property
My husband, my 7 year old, and I had an excellent stay at this property. It is a well cared for and extremely clean home. Lots of comfortable lounge space for relaxing, playing cards, or watching a movie. We picked a couple of different DVDs from a large selection of family favorites on rainy afternoons. The area has plenty of restaurants and shopping at the nearby Mashpee shopping center. The beach pass provided gave us access to several local beaches. The check-in binder provided tons of detailed information for anyone new to the area. Central AC was such a luxury with all the heat and humidity. We had a wonderful vacation and would recommend this property to couples or small families.

Fall trip
Thank you for a pleasant stay. We enjoyed being so convenient to many different day trips. Walked to local beaches and drove to Barnstable for fishing trip, Orleans for sunset picnic and hiked only a few of the many land preserves in the area. It was just 3 of us so we had plenty of room and the house was cozy.

Perfect Cape Cod cottage
This lovely home was absolutely perfect for my family’s visit to Cotuit! This property has been maintained beautifully (inside and out - the yard is great too!) and was SO clean - it was fully stocked with anything and everything we needed for our visit (beach towels, beach chairs, bikes, etc.). It is located convenient to town and the beach - we walked all over Cotuit. The added bonus was it is located on a small pond - my kids loved going out on the kayaks (they have life vests of all sizes too). The owner was so kind in answering all my questions and really lovely to deal with, so overall it was a perfect stay. We will definitely be back!

Cotuit experience
Location of property was excellent and was able to travel all over the Cape. House was comfortable and suited our needs.
However, the property is listed as 2 bathrooms and although this is correct the second bathroom is in the basement, not very clean and certainly not very private. We were going to have stay with us for a few nights my son, daughter in law and new baby, this didn’t happen as a result of the second bathroom not functional for our needs.
I think within the house description it should have mentioned where this room was.
Overall a very lovely holiday in a beautiful part of the US and the house was comfortable for the 2 of us.

Great property; highly recommended
Very nice property, we took advantage of many of the amenities, including the kayaks and rowboat, games, bikes etc. Nice area to walk, easy access to anywhere on Cape Cod. Communication by Justin was excellent. House had all we needed and plenty of room for 5 of us. Would strongly recommend.

Lovely house in a great area
This is a lovely, clean and well equipped house. It is ideal for a family holiday. We enjoyed watching the turtles and bird life while kayaking on the pond. We cycled around beaches and to nearby Lovell Park for the baseball, which was free and great fun. Cotuit is well placed for visiting Woods Hole (and the Vineyard), Hyannis and Barnstable for whale watching. There are beaches and nature trails all around. Cotuit is quiet and peaceful compared to other towns on the cape. We wished we had stayed longer.

Early summer getaway
We spent a family week at Justin's property this June, and what a fantastic week ! Soooo relaxing with its private village setting, the grounds were really beautiful. The location solved what is my biggest pet peeve with the Cape - all the Cape traffic between Memorial Day and Labor Day. It is close to everything, but "off the beaten path" so you only get a small bit of local traffic. Wonderful !

Cute classic Cape Cod Cottage
Charming two bedroom, comfortable, clean and in a good location for our activities at the golf club up the street. Well appointed for two couples. Only disappointment was the second bathroom, located in the basement, which was a bit rustic.

A terrific place! Great location, surprisingly large, wonderfully appointed. Perfect!
This was my first time on VRBO and I based on this experience, I'll be back. The house in Cotuit was ideal - a lovely, large place with everything we needed for a great getaway. LOVED the outdoor shower and made full use of the kayaks on the private and secluded pond. The hosts anticipated our needs - a fully stocked kitchen, bicycles in the shed, an available beach pass, a great guidebook with wonderful suggestions. WiFi, air conditioning, etc. Really, I'm telling you, it was perfect. The location was close to beaches and to the ferries. We spent time in Falmouth, Hyannis, Woods Hole and on Martha's Vineyard.

Perfect little getaway!
Nice location, close to ocean and pond. Kayaks and bikes provided. The Queen bed was comfortable (didn't try the twins!), all kitchen necessities were provided as well as linens, towels and beach towels. Hosts were readily available and answered all questions in a timely manner. We would highly recommend this listing!
