About this house rental

Holiday accommodation in Emerald Beach, dog-friendly, 10mn from Coffs Harbour, NSW, between Brisbane and Sydney, a minute off Highway 1. This bright suite is only a 10-minute walk to 3 gorgeous beaches.
The place has one bedroom including a queen bed with a new King Koil mattress, as it is important that you enjoy a wonderful night sleep even if you have a back issue, as well as 1 single bed and a trundle with foam matrice (for an extra kid if needed) . There is a fully equipped kitchenette, a BBQ and a gaz burner on the terrace as well as a microwave oven. Parking spot just in front of the studio, nice comfy living room with a big-screen TV. There is a laundry, small shower, and WC. The studio is a 5-minute walk to the local takeaway, coffee shop, restaurant and bottle shop. Forget your car, sit back, relax and breathe! The suburb is very quiet!
Please be aware that the bunk bed are no longer in the bedroom for convenient reason.There is a single bed instead and if you need an extra bed please put it in the booking and let me know I will arrange a matice on a trundle.
The fully self-contained unit is private and has its own entrance and back terrace. Includes fast unlimited WiFi. Dog-friendly, for dogs that are quiet and house trained ONLY !NO BARKING DOGS, NO PUPPIES! NO CATS !

What a special place for us and short walk to the beach and local cafes. Wonderful, friendly owners who let us access their fenced back area for our dog ... we had an amazing holiday!@

Unhealthy currently seeking a refund would not sleep in bed a mouldy dehumidifier running emptying mould wridden container fans rusted cupboards mildew smell out back stunk sewerage Beds linen dirty mould in bathroom If you value your money do NOT STAY HERE we were out and I am on the ndis I packed car that night left next morn 14days ago couldn't sleep the whole night cockroaches no air cond Very difficult to get an invoice very very bad

We enjoyed our stay. We ended up leaving two days early due to work commitments. We thought the accomodation was neat. An extra fan could have been helpful as it was hot and a clothes dryer. On our last night we stayed there we had a rough night sleep and were woken the next morning to clean up after our dog as the host needed to mow. We understand the expectation to clean up after our dog and would have cleaned this before we left though, am not used to being asked mid-stay with owners cleaning expectations. We felt it was a little intrusive.

Stayed for 1 night with the family and pet as a stopover during our road trip from sydney to sunshine coast. Unit was neat and cozy with a fantastic location near the beach and several cafes within walking distance. Was a great stop over location and will look for availability on our way back

Fantastic! Our hosts were delightful, the accomodation was spotless & spacious. We had the full use of the backyard for our dogs. The beach and cafes were a short easy walk from our accommodation. We hope to return very soon.

I like the town especially the Mexican Restaurant in Emerald Beach. And our dog called Max could have a run at the beach. But the house was clean and maintain but the lounge was cramped and the kitchen was disappointed because the stove was outside!

We had a very small dog and she was no problem at all -- the hosts explained what they expected and it all was in line with our thinking .We had a most enjoyable stay - it was very comfortable and we will definitely go back

This Studio is the ideal getaway for singles, couples or a family of four plus good dogs are welcome. Set in the great location of Emerald Beach with good amenities and friendly locals, this is a great base to explore the Coffs Coast. Highly recommended.

Property was very clean and appreciated that there was basic groceries in the fridge (milk, butter, bread & some fruit) made life with a toddler easier on arrival! The set up was lovely & even our dog had a great stay exploring the backyard! The fans were great & the beds very comfortable. Thank you for having us! :)

This place is old, musty, without air conditioning, shabby, and compared to anything else at a comparable price at the bottom of the barrel. It should be taken off Stayz list.

A lovely neat and clean space within a very short walk of the beach, cafe's and restaurants. Isabelle was a lovely host and greeted us with a grazing platter which was a nice surprise. Our dog was made to feel very welcome. We will definitely be back one day
