Beautiful

This was a beautiful place very clean & comfortable it was so Peaceful like a quiet oasis .

It was a little dated & need some general maintenance,that comes with any home

Nice, but probably wont return. Pictures showed it as amazing but disappointing.

Breakfast was good, no problems there. lovely sitting in the nook for breakfast, very cosy. outside enclosed area was lovely to sit and read peacefully

cleanliness. Cobwebs beside the upstairs bed and under the chairs at the table. The fan didn't work upstairs, the glass windows had some mildew on the inside and they all needed a good clean outside and inside. this would have brought more brightness into the villa. Also would be good to clean up the garden path walkway, very overgrown. Very cute though.

The property would have been nice in its day however this has pass. They do have more modern cabins

The facilities were good howecver very old and outdated.

The place smelt musky and mouldy there was Mould in the cupboard and on the pictures hanging on the walls. I think they are trying to renovate the property however this rooms was well past its use by date and requires extensive renovation.

Thoroughly enjoyed exploring such a scenic area with water and bush landscapes.

Kitchen area was very well stocked with cutlery, utensils etc. It was good to have Netflix access. The bed supplies were more than adequate with lovely lightweight doonas. The couches and seats at the tables were very comfortable. Access to the lake and small jetty was easy and enjoyed a few spectacular sunrises there with lots of birds.

The accommodation was NOT the style we expected, from photos on the internet we thought we were getting a modern cabin all at one level. I have recently had a knee replacement and found the many stairs and shower access Very difficult. The last night we were there I did have a fall, fortunately it wasn't too bad but it could have been .

We enjoyed our stay at Lake Russell retreat. We would definitely rebook:)

Host Adele was happy to cater for my allergies at short notice for breakfast.

It was spacious and the lake setting was pretty .

The property was tired and it’s natural habitat was overgrown and needed attention. The continental breakfast was disappointing. Many , many cracked glass doors and windows - may be OH&S issue.

Magic stay in a super relaxing atmosphere.

Fantastic location. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Very friendly staff who make you feel welcome. Great lake views (pier to walk out on). All the facilities you could want and more. Excellent free breakfast with plenty to eat. Retreat had excellent decor. A magic stay. We will go back and for longer!

What's not to like? Hmm... location signage hard to see going in one direction. However one easy phone call solved all our problems.

Great relaxing stay.

Very comfortable, beds great. It had everything we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer. Very relaxing atmosphere. Short drive to the beach with lovely walks.

Nice peaceful relaxing weekend

Peaceful location. Easy access to several beaches, and local facilities with excellent on road cycling paths.

Some the breakfast items were out of date. Not really an issue for us though, we just went to nearby cafe.
