About this house rental

Located in Agoura Hills this 2320 square foot split level property is your home away from home. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathroom and an office with a pull out sofa bed and flat screen TV. The lower level of the house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One bedroom has a small kitchenette. The middle level has a large living room with a flat screen TV (Cable TV and Netflix.) and the new spacious kitchen with granite counters and new top of the line appliances. Real wood shutters, wood floors and tiles throughout the house, ample storage space. Situated in a Quiet Cul-De-Sac street. Close to all needed services including houses of worship, beaches, parks, hiking trails and shopping. House was completely remodeled from the ground up in October 2017. The house is walking distance to several grocery stores and restaurants. The house is located to several amazing hiking and mountain bike trails in the Santa Monica Mountains and surrounding state parks.

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, microwave, HIGH SPEED Wi-Fi access, Central air and heat, fire place, gas BBQ grill, flat-screen TV, books and board games.

This vacation home is just a 15 minute drive to Malibu Beach. To the South are Hollywood, Universal Studios, Walt Disney Studios and Santa Monica Pier, all a 20-30 minute drive from the property depending on Traffic. To the North, Camarillo Shopping Outlets 15 minutes, The Ronald Reagan Library 15 minutes, Ventura 30 minutes and Santa Barbara 45-60 minutes depending on traffic.

Just some of the sightseeing attractions nearby are Malibu Beach, Zuma Beach, Santa Monica Pier, Paramount Ranch, Wine Tasting in Malibu, Universal Studios, Malibu Creek State Park, Walt Disney Studios, Hollywood, Getty Museum, Griffith Observatory, Hollywood Bowl, The Grove, Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, Gardens of the World, Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, L.A.
