Wonderful apartment and location.

The space, quiet, comfortable bed, nicely stocked kitchen, 2 bathrooms , hot water and good pressure, response time with host, caffe /bar and Tobacconist right across the apartment.

The washing machine did not work while we were there which was inconvenient as we were there for 3 days of a 17 day trip so was planning to get some washing done.

Location location location. Beautiful apartment, very clean and great communication.

Excellent location. Apartment was spacious, with two bathrooms. It was really clean. Had a fantastic deli right outside the door which was fantastic for brekki & coffees.

It’s a few flights up so it was hard carrying our 20kg bags up & down.

Superb

Great location close to St Mark's. Host communicated directly via whatsapp and pin-dropped the location that was handy to use on google maps. The host was was there to take the call when we had an issue. Although right above a bustling street, it was quiet at night with windows shut. AC & wi-fii worked well.

Some cereal bowls would have been helpful & the bath cubicles are not water tight (are they ever?!), but these minor points.

We arrived with short notice and they met us on time. Location is perfect, by restaurants and the water.

Perfect location!

The toilet made noises for a while after flushing but could just be that there were four of us using it.

Close to San Marco Sq, cabal and restaurants , two bathrooms which was good

Abit dark, and no city view only of the streets below. No tea towel to wash cups , and no washing powder to do the washing .

Perfect location :)

The apartment was in the heart of Centre and was lovely and clean. Meeting for the keys was easy and Gianna was so friendly and helpful in giving us different places to visit. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Nice apartment in an amazing location.

It is an attractive apartment in an amazing location. The two full bathrooms are excellent. This place would be suitable for two couples as you would each have a bathroom even though one bed is a pull out sofa bed.

The laundry machine was not great and there was no clothes dryer, the kitchen is small and not well suited to preparing much more than a basic small meal.

Happy in Venice

The location was excellent. 2 minutes from St. Mark's basilica. The apartment was clean loved that they had 2 bathrooms.

It was hot and the AC did not really cool the rooms it made sleeping difficult. The pillows were flat and not comfortable. There was a lot of stairs to climb to get to the apartment.

No lift so not easy to carry luggage. Water heater not functioning.No hot water for shower.

The property in the heart of Rialto! it very near the pier and Rialto bridge as well! very close to san marco square, to food shops and wet market for fresh fish and fruits in the morning! I couldn’t say anything more about the entire place and facilities! it is how its shown in the pictures. the owner Alberto, was very hands on as well and very accomodating! We were even late for check out because we disnt notice the time but he was so grand to wait for us and didn’t ask us to move out the apartment. he was patiently waiting for us outside, what a shame on our part. but nevertheless, he was very good!! i recommend his place for your stay in Venice!

Nice apartments, perfect location.

Wide apartments, 2 separate rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 air-conditioners. Modern, fresh and very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. So, absolutely suitable also for longer stay. There is everything you need. Apartments are just 5 minutes away from San Marco.

Very good

Location was very good. Appartment was located on third floor, which is no problem for a healthy person. This also means no noice from the street. Aircondition was essential and working well so did the wifi.

Kitchen equipped with basic stuff, no scissors or bowls.

Our stay was amazing, Alberto & Gianni are very kind and friendly.

The location is amazing. The apartment has 3 bathrooms which is very ideal for the 3 of us.

Sometimes a lil bit noisy early in the morning.

Just what we needed.

Master bed was firm and very comfortable. Stovetop Mocha Espresso coffee maker and coffe provided was also fantastic!

A bit noisy at night if the windows are open, but shutting windows fixes that completely.
