Estaba bien ubicado.

Good location, 15-20 min walk to the centre. Nicely isolated apartment. Comfortable beds, clean throughout. Would recommend for a group of 4.
The frying pan was scratched, please replace it.

The beds were comfortable & the shower was good. Kitchen amenities were good.
Dark apartment with no ventilation unless you left front or back door open. When we arrived there were Cobwebs in the main room & bathroom, areas on the walls (both rooms) were it needed plastering & repainting but it had been left, chain lock on back door broken, bathroom bin lid broken, wonky toilet seat, holes in the bath towel, not enough toilet rolls for 3 days & this is not a ‘hotel’ at all & it is not close to Amsterdam Central as stated in description but luckily we managed to use the trams to get around. Extremely disappointed especially as we paid a lot for this apartment- far more than it is worth!

Location was good, otherwise I am not satisfied.
They charged us for bag storage. No cleaning equipment. Floor was dirty. Smelled cigarettes. Very moist in the room. Smell of mold.

the location was good!
once the booking was confirmed, I contacted to explain someone else would be checking in, and was told that post 8pm there was a €40 fee and post 11pm an €80 fee. this should be mentioned in the booking section as it is a hefty fee!
we had an issue with the heater and on the other day a fire alarm was going off for 3-4 hours. there was literally no message or contact from the property to offer any form of apology.
Rubbish bags were not collected during the stay and no housekeeping was done either!
The amount for 3 nights for the room was 851€ there are 2 “double” beds which can be turned into 4 singles however I have no idea how that would work.
The room was a very low standard with cheap fittings, bedding and lighting etc
I do understand that it’s a busy time of year, but the value offered is really - awful.
The name is deceptive as it is not a hotel. My taxi driver was familiar with the area and said he never knew a hotel was here (so he was right)
I’d really find it hard to recommend it.

Bread toaster, oven and washing machine and dryer for clothing is missing. Although the owner of the property was kind to get us a new bread toaster which we got to use in our last day of stay. The ventilation was rather poor for the ground unit that we got. The temperature was set too high and couldn’t be adjusted lower effectively, resulting in a poor first night sleep for us. The front desk doesn’t seem to exist physically at all, all communication was via messages. The front desk was of no help at all, couldn’t help with any of our request. Some of the best answers they gave was ‘sorry’ and ‘you can go over to the opposite grocery store to get them’, and this are for items like replenishment of shower gel and trash bags. It is not acceptable that you are given only 1 small bottle of shower gel per person for the entire stay (we stayed for 4 nights). The only saving grace was the kind owner of the property who was nice enough to drop in to explain the issue about the problematic temperature setting for the room and was gracious to buy us a new toaster when we enquired to her.

It's quite well located in Amsterdam. Close to the center town but far away enough from center town.
Some kitchen commodities were available, as coffe pill, sugar and others.
The person in charge of the check-in was not able to solve anything. He told us more than 10 times that he was not the owner. It was clear to us the first time he said.
The photos appearing in apartment description are quite tricky. This is not a two room apartment at all. Be careful if you're travelling with friends and not with family, as privacy is not ensured at all.
The bed line was, let's say, not clean enough. The answer we got was: "it's clean but with stains" ... :(
We were not allowed to check in until 14:30 because house keeping was required. After all morning long carrying our luggage, we arrived at 15:00 and the apartment was still not ready.
This apartment is a good option but the price it's clearly excessive compared with the quality.
