Words can’t describe the views from this condo. It was hard leaving this behind. Would love to come back one day.

Loved the location and waking up and sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach and sea. It was very relaxing. The only minus was one day was unusually warm and the condo has a fan system and additional fans avaliable but there is no air conditioning. However, the weather and condo cooled off quickly as the sun set. It was a very relaxing 3 nights. I would definitely book again!

This property is wonderful in every way. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We watched whales each evening. Easy trails to get down to the beach, garage, and secure gate to property. Our only question was answered quickly.

This was the perfect place to stay for our coastal visit. I could not recommend it more. The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The view is stunning! We saw seals every day with the provided binoculars. An adventurous, beautiful hike down was well worth it to access the amazing private beach. We would definitely stay here again!

The view at this location is great. Overall our stay was great. The air conditioner did not work, but the weather cooled so we just opened the windows. This location is about 30 miles from the Redwood National & State Parks - so it was a nice day trip.

The place was amazing! It had everything that we needed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony taking in the amazing view. I would stay here again if in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. View from the balcony is breathtaking. Beach access and walking the shoreline at low tide was amazing! We had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen was well stocked. We had one minor problem upon arrival, but management took care of it immediately. We will certainly recommend this to others and hope to be able to return one day soon. Thank you for your hospitality.

We went for a wedding on the beach and it was a beautiful event. Our VRBO was a perfect place to rest and relax in between the busy celebrations. We hope to return!

First of all, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen cupboard doors could use a cleaning, as they were pretty filthy with caked on grime. The views from the main area and deck were amazing. The furniture was dated, but comfortable. The main issue was with the Paragon property management company. We were told only around an hour before check-in that the washing machine was broken but would be fixed. Once we got into the unit, there was a note in the machine that said it had been knowingly broken for 9 days. We contacted the property management company through the Vrbo chat but they stopped responding, and we needed to contact Vrbo support to get additional contact information. Only one of the 5 phone numbers they had, reached someone. There was a lot of back and forth and in end it was clear the machine would not be fixed, so they offered a small refund. Dealing with this took around 2 hours of time away from our trip. After this 2 of the smoke alarms in the unit started to chirp for low battery, we couldn’t find replacements. By this point we were fed up with the property management so we decided to leave it. As well, there was painting for the outside of the building, and the painters were using a machine lift, which was rather noisy. We were not notified that this would be occurring during our stay. The kitchen sink had very low water pressure, and the toilet in the ensuite bathroom was often running and needed the chain inside to be lifted a few times.

We love this area and the condo. The place has everything a person needs. It's very clean and comfortable and quiet. Love that we had a closed garage for our car and the gated community. The view is stunning. We have had two stays here and plan on having many more. We use to stay at a different place on the coast over the past 14 years and have changed to Rainbow Rock because we like it so much more. The management company is great. We had a question about the TV and a maintenance man was sent out the following morning. Great location.

Pretty view but we had to leave early because we had too many children for the listing.

We all loved the views from the window and back patio. The trail down to the beach was beautiful. The house was nice but wasn’t very clean. We were left without detergent for the dishwasher and the kitchen has a major ant problem. The floors were very dusty and dirty. Seems like it could use a good deep cleaning. Other than that it was really nice.

Spectacular view along with comfortable accommodations. A minor glich occurred with faulty TV satellite service. A call made to the customer service number listed on the contract resulted in the immediate response of a technician. Although he was unable to restore the satellite service, he was able to provide us with Roku TV for the remainder of our stay. I was impressed with such a prompt and friendly response

Been to Brookings hundreds of times but not with a view like this! Incredible! Clean with all amenities.

This condo has the most beautiful view. It is clean, roomy, comfortable, private, quiet, and has plenty of towels and kitchen items. We had some trouble with the cooling system and messaged the host. Someone was out within an hour to look at it (and it was a Saturday!) We booked two more stays the day we arrived home. I believe we will be booking stays for years to come.

The condo was all it was advertised to be and the views can’t be beat.

The view was fantastic on the day it wasn’t foggy. Most of stay was fogged in so we couldn’t enjoy the view. The furnishings were in good shape but outdated. The bed sheets were old/well worn and would not stay on the mattress. The bed master bed was very high off the ground and once in would sink in the middle. Overall, was o.k. for a short stay.

This is the perfect location on the Oregon coast. View of Pacific Ocean is fantastic! Rainbow rocks is ideally located for day trips to Bandon, Port Orford and Gold Beach to the North and Crescent City, Klamath, Redwood Highway and Eureka to the South.
Private beach below condo features a sea cave, sea anemones and star fish. During certain low tides you can walk to Harris Beach. Condo unit was a little dated but well stocked with useful items and information; plus you get a garage to park your car. Jerry's jet boat ride is a blast and the free Indian artifact museum at the Trees of Mystery is a must see. Wish I booked more than one week.

The view and amenities were outstanding. I greatly enjoyed my time at this condo! The beach path was beautiful and the coastal trail behind the parking area was magnificent! If I’m ever in Brookings again, I’ll try to reserve this same unit.

We'd eyed this location many time on previous trips to the Coast and thought, "Wouldn't it be grand to stay up there?" This year, we made it happen. Our ten days in this comfortable condo were just perfect. The owners have thought of everything to make their guests feel at home. And the view? We couldn't have asked for a more spectacular place to take it all in!
