Vi skulle have en overnatning, før vi kunne aflevere vores lånebil i lufthavnen

Vi fik en fantastisk betjening, vi skulle tjekke ind mellem 15 og 23, men blev forsinkede pga. vejarbejde, men vi skrev på forhånd om det var muligt at komme senere, og han var så rar at han holdte dørene åbne længere end ellers, så vi kunne få en god nats søvn. Morgenmad, værelse og betjening er i top. Og meget billigt.

Ingenting. Vi kunne ikke have været mere tilfredse. Der var ikke noget at sætte fingre på, vi kommer gerne igen en anden gang.

Gute Möglichkeit, vor oder nach einem Flug entspannt weiter zu reisen

Freundlicher Empfang. Trotz Nähe zum Flughafen und stark freqentierten Straßen war es in den Zimmern sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, von Müsli über Obst und Brötchen, Käse, Wurst, Gemüse usw. war für jeden etwas dabei. Sehr gut auch der Kaffee. Für eine Übernachtung vor oder nach einem Flug würden wir das Hotel Debu wieder wählen.

War ein Kurztripp - längeren Urlaub hätte ich dort nicht machen wollen

Das Personal war ganz selten präsent. Die Duschwände sind mit Kalkflecken voll Das Zimmer verfügt zwar über eine Sitzmöglichkeit, es ist aber alles sehr eng gestellt. Marmeladengläser könnte man beschriften.

Gerne wieder, wenn ich noch mal in Hamburg zur Sporthalle zum Konzert gehe^^

Ich war sehr positiv überrascht vom sehr guten Wasserdruck auch im 2. Stock, die Temperatur ließ sich super einstellen. (habe da schon schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Auf der Matratze habe ich auch gut geschlafen. Den Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer und einen kleinen Kühlschrank habe ich auch sehr geschätzt. Das zum Hotel gehörige Sushi Restaurant hat mich positiv überrascht, das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker! Die Nähe zur Sporthalle und Anbindung mit der Bushaltestelle vorm Hotel waren für uns wichtig, da wir für ein Konzert in Hamburg waren.

Das einzige Manko, aber dafür wirklich auffällig, war das Fehlen von frischen Brötchen beim Frühstück, es gab nur Aufbackbrötchen. Klar, das Frühstück wird nicht extra bezahlt. Preis-Leistung erwarte ich kein riesiges Buffet, aber frische Brötchen dann schon.

Keine böse Überraschung

Die Lage war gut. Eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Türe und die Linie fuhr häufig. Von dort haben wir ca 30 Minuten bis zur Reeperbahn gebraucht. Es gab Parkplätze und vor Ort ein Restaurant, wo wir als Gäste 10% Rabatt bekommen haben. Das Badezimmer war sauber und modern. Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker.

Die Ausstattung war alt und die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig. Die Tapeten zieht sich an manchen Stellen leicht hoch und die Vorhänge hatten Flecken. Es gab zwar einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer aber kein Kaffee, sondern nur Tee. Das sollte (auch bei dem Preis) mittlerweile Standard sein. Im Badezimmer hat eine Lampe über dem Spiegel gefehlt, sodass es eher duster war.

Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Frühstück war erstaunlich gut. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Tür.

Hotel wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dort könnte einiges mal erneuert werden.

Disproportionatly expensive, dirty and absolutely no privacy. Avoid at all price !

Location of the hotel near the airport. Breakfast barely acceptable.

Rooms are dirty, white walls and carpets are full of strange stains, blanket is barely at the same size of the bed making your feet out of the blanket in the middle of the night (not a good sensation), no spare pillow, light comes inside the room at nigh due to poor light sealing of curtains, bathroom is full of unfinished elements, you could see pencil lines drawn on the wall, random holes drilled on the middle of the wall, dirty and broken silicone seals around the shower, huge amount of dust into the mechanical ventilation (provoking allergies) and so much more like seeing your room being inspected by the director + someone else without my permission, paying a single industrial coffee at 3,50€ per unit and being FORCES to pay it right after consumption… this hotel does not deserve a three stars at all. Do not book a room of this hotel before an important appointment such as DLR for example.

Good quality hotel at an affordable price near the airport

It is my second time staying at Denbu Hotel, I like the fact that you can easily walk there from the Airport, which is great if you're looking for something near the airport. The hotel is pretty good, rooms are nice and spacious enough, there is a table where you can work/study, and also a TV. Rooms have heaters that give more than enough heat, and curtains that block the sunshine. The rooms are clean and in good condition, there is aboslutely no noise from the outside. Beds are very comfortable, and pillows as well. Bathroom is nice, big and spacious as well, with hot water available. Breakfast is good quality, and is available throughout the morning.

I would have appreciated some more variety at breakfast, as the options were somewhat limited and mainly included bread, however this is far from a problem as the variey was good enough. The shower head was somewhat small and at some point it moved and its on due to pressure from the water coming out, but it was only on one occasion.

Comodità pre imbarco.

Ottima posizione a 5 min' dall'aeroporto. Struttura essenziale, pulita. Colazione dolce e salata buona, assortimento non esagerato ma soddisfa i gusti di tutti.

Parcheggio a pagamento, a sorpresa, non viene evidenziato sul sito. Si può parcheggiare anche fuori.

Prima locatie, matige kamer maar ok voor 1 nacht.

Locatie aan het vliegveld, goed bereikbaar. Ontbijt was boven verwachting goed voor deze prijs.

Kamer was luidruchtig. Leidingen van andere kamers die door de muur lopen maken iedere keer dat er ergens water wordt afgevoerd herrie, en achter de muur van de badkamer leek iets van een pomp of wasmachine te staan. Bed en badkamer waren schoon. Muren mogen wel eens geverfd worden want gaven een vieze, onverzorgde indruk. Zeep in de douche was niet bijgevuld en een van de lichten naast het bed werkt niet. Over het algemeen toe aan onderhoud.

HEATING BROKEN IN WHOLE HOTEL!!! IN WINTER!

Only nice thing on this hotel was the manager-nice (communication) and lady which was preparing the breakfast. And the hotel was clean.

Good transit hotel close to Hamburg Airport.

Accommodation booked to be near airport for early flight. Hotel is in a dull industrial estate surrounded by car dealerships and commercial premises. It seemed to be used extensively by airport or trades people. Arrived quite late around 9.30pm and waited 20 mins in reception to be checked in. Room was very basic and a little tired in decor, stains on old carpet, but overall clean. Bathroom was clean and functional with towels provided. Breakfast was very good with plenty of variety, bakery, fruit, numerous drinks and a limited hot option of eggs and sausage. Overall stay was comfortable.

Car park was charged at 10 euro not mentioned in the booking and was full of vans making parking difficult. Only fast food outlets in close proximity.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr nahe zum Flughafen.

Die Heizungen funktionieren nicht wirklich und der Raum war trotz Bemühungen des Personals die die Heizung einstellen wollten nicht warm. Dann hieß es wir bekommen eine Elektroheizung, dann hieß es Zimmer sind voll wir können das Zimmer nicht wechseln. Das Ende vom Lied war wir haben ein anderes Zimmer bekommen und da war das Bett so unbequem das wir am nächsten Tag Rückenschmerzen hatten.

Good hotel for short stay close to the airport

The hotel is close to the airport, literally within walking distance (a 15-20 minute walk, quiet pleasant), check in was quick and easy. The room was alright, a bed and bathroom, with a very large TV. It was clean, and everything worked well. The beds were comfortable and there was no noise, could hardly tell we were next to the airport. There are a couple of good restaurants close by, and the breakfast that the hotel serves is decent, not too many options but more than enough if staying for one or two days.

The furniture felt a bit cheap, I used the desk quiet a lot and the chair was somewhat uncomfortable, and the table wasn't the best either. All in all, I think it is not great, but good enough for ahort stays.
