Sehr gut für Wochenendtrip

Nette Rezeption, komfortable Betten und tolle Lage!

Könnte minimal sauberer sein und Bad etwas klein, aber für ein Wochenende absolut empfehlenswert.

Wunderbares Hotel, nettes Personal und tolle Lage!

Sauber, Personal war super, das Frühstück ist wirklich fantastisch, obwohl das Hotel so wenig Zimmer hat! Die Lage fußläufig zur Messe ist klasse, eine U-Bahn-Station befindet sich direkt vor der Tür, genau so wie ein Penny. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar - gerne komme ich beim nächsten Hamburgbesuch wieder :)

Einziges „Manko“: Ich hatte das Zimmer ganz oben, die Treppen sind sehr steil und es sind viele - für Personen mit Einschränkung nicht geeignet, da es keinen Aufzug gibt.

Poor

The staff couldnt speak English. I couldnt communicate with them properly, since they cant understand English. Moreover, the reception was not working in the night and I couldn't ask water or anything to my room.

Nice hotel for a stay in Hamburg

Lovely, very large room, very comfortable beds for a good night sleep, with a very nice design and good Internet connection. Shower was just perfect. Nice hotel for a stay in Hamburg.

relations Quality-price is good with respect that part of the city

It looks like a house rather than a normal hotel, it is cozy, but my only concern is that the owner does not speak english, so, the comunnication is not easy (but the owner is nice anyway).

Great location near Underground station, and nice music pup around the corner.

Good choice of different and fresh food , nice and spacy room, friendly family atmosphere.

Steep stairs , but managable.

Reasonable hotel for one night stay.

Although not at the city center, easy access from the center to the hotel in 10-15 minutes by metro.

Personnel at reception does not speak English, difficult to communicate.

Good hotel that needs to work on the facilities

the room was spacious, bright and clean

no facilities were in the room, no fridge, no safe, not even a kettle and coffee and tea which was very disappointing

Very friendly staff. A lovely bright room with comfy beds and the possibility to sit outside on the small terrace with a cup of tea which we were offered by the kind receptionist.

Unfortunately we had a problem with the sink in the room and after telling the reception lady she sorted it out whilst we were not there.

we could stay only one night, then we left to stay somewhere else.

the person in reception was so nice to us. the location of the hotel is elegant. the exterior of the hotel was nostalgic.

in front of the window was so dirty. the bathroom was small. the room was in the basement and it wasn't nice at all.

Nice Stay in Hamburg

The room in general was nice, clean and spacious. The staff was kind and the hotel was easy to be reached.

The bath room was really small and the pillows can be more comfortable. The communication was a little bit difficult as we don't speak German.

Highly recommended

Small but comfortable room, everything was clean and tidy. Staff was very gracious. A supermarket and metro station across the street.

The bathroom was in a seperartr room a half floor up the stairs (but private) . Wasn't that bad but a bit uncomfortable at night

The receptionist was super super nice and helpful she gave me her own umbrella when it was raining the breakfast was excellent and again served with great pleasure Also the cleaning lady found my costume that I left she called me and made sure I got it so again the stuff was amazing very empathetic professional extremely helpful and knowledgeable I would definitely recommend them

Good price and location

The price and location, very convenient for the tube to tourist areas.

The downstairs room was a bit noisy but not too bad. The shower room was a bit compact.

Strongly recommended.

Excellent breakfast and friendly staffs. They provide a standard hotel breakfast in Germany, and their food was nice and fresh. Although I stayed here only for one night, I loved the cozy room in the hotel and could have a very relaxing time.

If one would like to stay at the hotel which has a walkable distance from the city center of Hamburg, then this hotel may not be the best choice. Anyway one can reach the city center easily from the hotel by public transportation.

Very nice staff. Very clean.

Staff only speaks German. A little bit difficult with a stroller due to many stairs and no elevator.

Price and location are fair but specific room is a bit noisy.

The first night was really good.

The second day I change to another room with same price. The noise in toilet was loud so that I could not sleep at night!
