Not worth even on discount.

It was discounted at 50% off. The lift was superior in terms of speed of moving. The bed was not bad and the toilet was clean and decent.

I had a windowless room which felt claustrophobic. As you enter the floor from the lift it is so confusing with many corridors to get to your room. And there is no window throughout the floor. Even though I was staying on level 10, I had no view outside. It felt like I was in the basement. The breakfast Buffett was sorely lacking in quality and the fruits did not look fresh. Not worth the price unless it was 50% discount.

It was a good, convenient stay for work and leisure.

This is my second time staying here, and the location is great with shops, supermarkets and eateries nearby. It was easy to get to KL city and PJ alike.

The room was good, except it was missing bed side tables, so that was a bit of an inconvenience. The corridor can be a bit brighter and the carpet cleaned more regularly.

I have extended my stay in the hotel via phone calls and the next day my room was locked nobody inform me on the phone that I need to pay for extention. I tot I cn pay on the day I checkout for the one day extention. Went I went down they told me the room was locked cause I did not pay the money for extention. Nobody call my room or nobody tell me via the phone call. This is a very bad service.

Room is clean and tidy

Most of the TV programmes is Malay movie. Bathtub was leaking, 8pm request for house keeping to dry up the washroom, than was told housekeeping close and just gave us 2 floor mat.

Bad crowd management, good rooms w a view

Asked to set up some simple birthday towel folding and balloons and they really exceeded my expectation, when we entered the room it looks so well decorated and fancy!! Really appreciated the extra effort from the staffs as this is foc.. for this price there is a decently big bathtub, slightly old but nice room, and it has a nice view facing the mosque

During the check in, the process was messy. Crowd management was bad because there were some big group tour check in as well, the staffs just took their time slowly and there is no structure in place. After the check in, it took us at least 30 mins to wait for a lift to go up (: yes, just going up and the staffs didn't bother to arrange or assist those with luggages. No proper parking below the hotel too, u have to park under hartamas retail and go up the lift and just find yr way to the lobby

Great hotel location, friendly staff. Food and room were subpar.

Overall staff were friendly and accommodating from the front door, reception and restaurant. I’m happy that they managed to accommodate my mum who is disabled by giving an extra spacious room. Location of the hotel is great.

Breakfast at Table Talk was 3/10, most of the foods tasted like they were reheated. Superior rooms have no windows and lack ventilation, there was a stink from cigarette smoke.

No window in the room , small room , no any ventilation in Bath room and no any ventilation in the room , you can hear low sound of your beside room No privacy for sound , noisy beside you even some one walking or speaking or closing his room door looks that he opened your room door

Overall, would still stay again considering the value for money.

The room was cleaned well. Parking was very accessible. Check-in and check-out process were very fast and simple. Good value for money considering the size of the room and the price. Location was great too, 5 minute walk to Hartamas Shopping Centre which has grocers, restaurants and coffee shops.

The drawers (especially the toilet one) were in very bad shape. Also, the bidet was faulty. Each floor’s hallways were very dimmed and a bit sketchy. I just wished that we were given a higher floor for a better view (we got 2nd floor) but that’s fine.
