About this apartment rental

This Smoke-Free and pet free Condo has a beach style decor make over and it is bright and clean and with a nice office space. From the 2nd floor you get a nice direct ocean view from the balcony, living room and master bedroom window. Being on the second floor and only four steps away from the stairway you can use the steps if you want to save time and to dissent your self from others. But feel free to use the elevator if you want. Sandcastles has exterior cameras and we have a exterior door camera.

This condo is so well stocked you will think you are at home, no need to pack heavy.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a spacious dressing and closet areas. While the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds, there is even a Pack-N-Play crib for the really young ones.

Other Features are 2 full baths, a well equipped kitchen, dining area, Color TV's /DVD with expanded cable, and a small stereo in the condo, In this unit you will find almost everything you could possibly need, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, dishwasher, coffee makers, toaster, dishes, Margaritaville margarita maker, waffle maker, ironing board with iron, blow-dryer, towels, and linens. You name it and we’ve provided it for your enjoyment. There is even a full size washer and dryer in the unit. The pool is open from 10 am to 10 pm. Please note: if the outside temperature gets below 60 the pool will be shut down till the outside temp go’s back up above 60. Pool hours may change at anytime.

If you have to cancel your reservation we will give you a refund on your rental fee and cleaning fee if we can re-rent the condo for the same rates and dates, minus a $100.00 administration fee. Please note: a condo rental lease has to be signed and returned to me before your dates get locked in on my side.

We’ve been going to Cocoa Beach for years and this is one of the nicer places we’ve stayed. Keith is super responsive , has thought of everything and makes sure stay smooth and enjoyable. The condo itself is well appointed and very clean. Super comfortable for a few days or longer …highly recommend.

This unit was absolutely perfect for our girls’ trip of five! Owners were easy to communicate with, called to check-in, and even got us in a fee hours early. The unit is clean, plenty of space, and the owners really have thought of everything. Anything you might need is tucked away neatly in a closet somewhere! The condo itself and the building as a whole are all in great working condition with cold A/C, good water pressure, fast elevators, and convenient outdoor shower stations. We didn’t hit the pool or hot tub but they both looked clean and enjoyable. The beach is FABULOUS with a view of the space center and ships coming in and out of Port Canaveral. If this place is available- just book it! You WON’T regret it! Thanks again, Keith- Hope we get the opportunity to stay again in the future!

We had an amazing time in Cocoa Beach. The condo was even better is person than in the pictures ( hard to believe that was possible.) It had a homey vibe with all the cutest beach inspired decor. Everything we needed was there from pots and pans to beach chairs and towels. The condo was well kept and secure with locks on the stairwells and codes required to use the elevator. The view of the beach was incredible and we enjoyed daily sunshine from the balcony. Private access to the beach made for easy beach days and less busy beach areas. Keith was prompt in his replies during communication and made it clear his main focus was ensuring our stay went well. Definitely a place to check out and we will for sure be back!

This was the perfect location and most comfortable condo we have ever stayed in. The owner makes sure you understand every little detail and follows up with you to make sure things are going well. You have pretty much everything you need...juat bring your bathing suit. I ended up with Covid on my trip and spent most of my vacation inside and it felt like home. The owner was very accommodating and understanding. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This was one of the most well-appointed condos we have ever rented. There was a single item we needed that wasn’t provided! The coolers and beach chairs/umbrellas were fabulous to have (versus having to rent). The kitchen was well stocked with necessities. We loved the location near the stairs so we didn’t have to wait for the elevator. And the condo felt very safe with codes for elevators and keys to the stairwells. And while we were there during some construction which caused some frustrations, Keith was wonderful about responding to questions and concerns quickly and helping us navigate. Would highly recommend this unit if you’re looking for great family-friendly vacation in Cocoa Beach!

The owner is a very good communicator! There was work being done on the building and when I booked he called and offered me a refund if I didn’t want to stay there during the construction. We chose to move ahead and stay, and did not regret it. Unit has amazing view of the beach, just a short walk away from the building, and came with everything you needed (towels, coolers, chairs, toys). My kids had a blast. Beds were very comfortable, televisions and appliances great. Parking easy, lots of amenities nearby (stores, restaurants, mini golf). Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Great beach access and good location to everything Cocoa Beach (but far enough away from the crowds to make it even more enjoyable!). Keith was very communicative, both before and during our trip. The unit had a nicely equipped kitchen, a good selection of beach gear, and plenty of towels for everyone. We really did not have to worry about anything, and even when we did need things, their is a nice Publix not far from the condo. The whole family said they enjoyed their time here and would definitely like to visit again!

We took a last minute trip to end summer vacation with our kids before school started. This condo met and exceeded all of our expectations. It was very clean and felt like we were in a second home with comfy furniture. Keith did an excellent job accommodating the condo with everything you cook think of down to spices for cooking. Loved the additional beach items like chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. There were also an assortment of books to choose from. I read two! Plenty of shops and places to eat surrounding the condo. Keith was communicative through the whole process and check in/out was super efficient. Highly recommend this place and will definitely keep it in mind for future trips.

The location was great for the sites we wanted to visit including Kennedy Space Center and Universal Studios. My only regret was that we didn't spend more time on the beautiful beach. My husband and I used this condo as our retreat for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. We enjoyed the cleanliness, proximity to the beach, comfy furniture and bed, balcony and view and appreciated how well stocked the condo was. Coca beach was a perfect low key area and we enjoyed many local restaurants and a sunset kayak tour. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if the opportunity arises!

This is the perfect location for a relaxing getaway by the beach. The location was easy to find, and Keith gave amazing detailed instructions for finding our way inside! Our stay at this condo was fantastic. It met all of our expectations and more. Keith was a gracious host and stayed in contact to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Even when we had a small issue with one of the toilets on our last day, Keith was very understanding as we explained the situation. I would highly recommend staying at this property as it is feet away from the beach and the pool and hot tub are excellent and well maintained. You are close to shopping and restaurants and it was a welcome break after staying at the theme parks in Orlando.
