Beds are very comfortable and rooms are very clean.
Too close to the road where traffic start as from 6:30. Take earplugs with you

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Our room was big and clean. Very worth it and great value for money. Ega was lovely and friendly, always ready to help. Thank you so much for the amazing service, couldn’t ask for anything better.
The room was big but a little bit empty, maybe a drawer or a bigger wardrobe could be helpful

very close to the port, great restaurants nearby, clean room everyday, breakfasts were good :)

Big rooms, clean and tidy. Aircon works well, also good location. The owners are lovely! They help you to arrange taxi, scooter, tours, snorkelling, etc. Very good place and price! Breakfast is good :) thank you !

Hospitality of staff and good the taste of the breakfast.
Water a little cold for the shower and location, specially if you don’t drive a scooter.

Had a really wonderful 3 night stay here, the family are so lovely and helpful, and the breakfast in the morning is amazing (they catered v well for us being vegan and made us tempeh, rice & veg) allowed us to store a few bits in their fridge which was super helpful. They also filled our water bottles up too (saving plastic!!) which was really really appreciated! 🙏🏼
Can hire scooters from here for 75k per day. Good scooters too.
It’s only a 20-30 min walk to the port. We walked there (down) to get the ferry to Bali, easy walk with a backpack. Taxi’s charge an excessive price of 100-150k which is insane but we managed to grab a taxi & paid 50k (much more appropriate for the distance)
TVs in the room don’t work, owner did say they are going to fix this issue but don’t expect to arrive to a working TV. Air con was set to 17 degrees but was still more like room temp (cool enough!) but definitely not 17 degrees 😁
Cold water in showers 😭 no matter how many places I stay at with no hot water, I just can’t get used to this.
The entire family and staff are SO lovely and accommodating, but the brother (I think!) just comes across a little miserable & not too approachable…

The owner Wayan and his family were so welcoming and hospitable. The housekeeping staff were so good I couldn’t recommend this homestay enough. Breakfast was brought to your terrace every morning. You chose the evening before also what time you would like to be woken for breakfast. Amazing place to stay whilst on Nusa Penida.
Nothing.

We absolutely loved staying here!! The staff was lovely and super helpful. We got free breakfast which was delicious and they helped us book a ferry to Bali, drove us to different beaches and we did a whole tour with them. it was our favourite stay during our whole Bali trip and all of the family members are just amazingly sweet and caring. We would love to come back and I‘d 100% recommend it for anyone who‘s looking for somewhere to stay in Nusa Penida. Plus, the room was huge and very clean, amazing especially for the cheap price!

The family were very welcoming and extremely helpful. They booked a snorkelling tour and tickets to Gili T for us. We also did a tour of the West coast of the island in a private car with the owner. The room was very clean and huge. It was the most comfortable bed we’ve had on our travels. The breakfast was very tasty. Overall it exceeded its value for money. Would definitely stay again.
The island is very spread out so you would need a scooter to get around but this is more a reflection on the island rather than the homestay. Scooters can be rented from the homestay at a very cheap price.

Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Small seating area in front. Scooter rental available.
-They ask 100k for a pick up from the harbour, which is only 5 minutes away from the guesthouse...

Loved my stay! Such a friendly and caring family. They told me where to go, and what time to avoid the crowds. Breakfast was delicious and the room was so specious. They provided motorbike rental and even dropped me off at the pier the day that I left, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend it. Its next to the road indeed, but even as a light sleeper it didn’t bother me, so its not a problem at all.
The only advice I could give is to make it an option that guest can refill their bottle for a small fee, so we could use less plastic :) Now I had to buy plastic bottles in the warung next door.

Very nice place with a big room, very cozy bed and a nice bathroom.
Breakfast was delicious.
You can Park your scooter and I think you also can rent one (what I didn't do). The owners help you with planning your day with the best spots in the area.
Very fast WiFi.
WiFi did not work in the first night, but it wasnt their fault, all the neighbourhod didn't have WiFi either.

Lovely family run homestay. The couple were lovely, Made have us fresh mangos, made lovely pancakes and was always smiling. Wayan was very helpful in getting us to the port for our return to Sanur. The room was clean and spacious. But the super bonus is their dog Chico! Such a fun dog! Thank you for a lovely couple of days

We were worried because it seems that there are not many good options for staying in nusa penida because of noise, insects and cleanliness.
But we were so happy that we choose this homestay!
The rooms are very clean, big, hot water works, no bugs and there was no noise in the night that stops us from sleeping well.
Location is also good you need 3mins to the restaurants with a scooter.
The owners are so friendly and welcoming it was unreal, he drove us to the port when we were leaving and even carried our package right to the boat and made sure we get the cheapest tickets for the return ride! Outstanding hospitality!
You cant go wrong with this one!!!

Highest we’ve rated somewhere so far in 2 months! Very nice accommodation, family ran. They provide the best prices for pretty much everything so book a pickup/drop off/ motorbike/ manta trip with them in advance! Clean and nice, good breakfasts :)

I checked in here last minute after there was a spider in my hostel. I arrived at 11pm at night (booked 5min before) the manager was a bit confused but quickly welcomed me in and showed me to my room.
Super comfortable bed, big room, and lovely staff, highly recommend!

We stayed for one night at Ega Homestay to extend our time on Nusa Penida. The host was very kind and the room was very clean (with a nice bed and towels). We got a nice breakfast (chosen out of multiple options) and rented a scooter. The host helped us getting to the harbour which was very much appreciated. We would recommend this homestay.

Really nice homestay! The owners are lovely and very helpful with organize bikes, lifts to the harbour, etc. The breakfast was really nice and their dog Chico is so cute and friendly. Located in a good place, you will need to hire a bike when staying there as most places on the island require them to get about. Bedroom was great, spacious and clean. Would highly recommend.

Nice rooms! Very friendly host! Placement is three minutes from all the restaurants on a scooter. Don’t go to nusa penida if you don’t rent a scooter, it is a must.
