Bien pero mejorable

Antonella, nuestra anfitriona ha sido muy amable tanto en la entrada como en la salida, preocupándose de como estábamos y como lo estábamos pasando en la ciudad, el alojamiento esta a escasos pasos de todo lo importante que ver y hacer en Nápoles.

La entrada debido a los antiguos huéspedes no fue la correcta, puerta dañada ya que nos comentan que tuvieron algún tipo de pelea y rompieron la puerta, la pudieron arreglar como pudieron para nuestra seguridad, la limpieza la verdad no fue la deseada ya que los antiguos huéspedes dejaron palomitas por el sofá cama, mechero y palillos, creemos que los huéspedes debemos de tratar los apartamentos turísticos con responsabilidad como si fueran nuestras casas y pensando en los demás, si sois mayores las escaleras para subir a la cama de matrimonio son un tanto peligrosas e inestables. La zona es positiva eso si, si alquiláis coche y cae en fin de semana no aparquéis por la zona, los jóvenes se sientan y abollan los coches así como arrancan retrovisores, bastante incivismo vimos la noche del viernes y sábado.

B&B situato nel cuore di Napoli,posizione perfetta e strategica dov è possibile visitare numerosissime attrazioni comodamente a piedi. Host disponibile e paziente cercando di esaudire tutti i nostri desideri rispondendo rapidamente a tutte le domande. Struttura pulita,accogliente e dotata di tutti i confort. Isolata dai rumori esterni ma basta scendere in strada per trovarsi immersi nei suoni e nei profumi del centro storico di napoli. Esperienza ottima Ci ritornerò sicuramente!

La posizione è comoda, il bagno nuovo, la signora che si occupa del check-in simpatica e disponibile.

La casa non era molto pulita. Il divano letto non era per nulla confortevole, io e mio fratello non siamo riusciti a dormire. Non c'erano i saponi, come descritto su booking, però la signora me lo aveva scritto per messaggio.

Tutto perfetto

La struttura si trova nel cuore del centro storico a pochi passi dall'universita', a 2 minuti dalla metro quindi come posizione non potevo scegliere di meglio. La casa e' molto accogliente super pulita nuova e con tutti i comfort. Bagno e doccia eccezionali. La consiglio! 😀

Location is good. Place is acceptable.

Lack of cleanliness in some parts. But overall ok for the time we stayed. The host proposed free of charge which is nice to wash our clothes because there is no washing machine but we didn't know until we arrived that would require 2 days. The host we spoke to wasn't the same person we met to get the keys or do the washing. I suppose that explains but that would be better to know in advance so we could prepare accordingly. The hot water isn't enough for 3 people if 2 of them wash their hair. The 3rd person gets only cold water.

Very comfortable accommodation

.The flat is really just few minutes ftom Santa Chiara. In Central Neapel. You can reach every Highlight of Neapel by foot. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The flat was clean and comfortable even for 5 Persons. If I'll ever come back to Neapel then I'll definitely book the Flat again. Thank you!

Centric and comfy

The apartment is very central and comfortable, we were 5 friends and there was room to sleep all of us. Also the owner is very helpful and friendly. I recommend it 100%.

Great location, clean, everything you need, nice host

We enjoyed our stay very much! The appartment is very nice, clean and had everything you need. Easily reachable by public transport and some hotspots/the city centre are easily reached by foot. We loved our stay and the host was very nice! Our flight was delayed and we arrived 2/3 hours later than planned (at night). The host didn’t mind at all and kept waiting untill we arrived and gave us the keys and explained everything. During our stay, he was very attentive to text and ask us how we are doing and if we needed any help or recommendations. Very nice and helpful contact person to have as two young women in a city totally new for us. All in all: this is a very nice place to come back to after a long day of strolling through this beautiful city!

Avoid it, especially during winter

There is NOTHING I liked at this propriety. Maybe location is good cuz it is in the city center.

I travelled a lot, and I have stayed in many accomodation and I can tell that i also had some bad expeirences and I did have, BUT this is the first bad review I am writting. So you can imagine how bad was this experience …Yes, It looks good in pictures and it was nice decorated, but in vain if the room is not clean, the water is cold, so you cannot take a shower (we didn’t even have a toilet seat). There was a hole in the wall (next to AC - wich was next to the bed) where there were sitting pigeons (we could hear them all night long. Plus, it was windy and cold because of that hole. We told the problem to the host, he tried to help us (brought a heater that didnt work and the boiler couldn’t be fixed so we didn’t have hot water for 3 days). Not to mention that the plates were dirty (I mean they were washed and put in their place, but still dirty; we didn’t have dish soap and a sponge in the kitchen, so i think they were only washed with water … The shower was broke, the fridge was dirty… And in the end the host wasn t that nice when we asked for a discount or a refund. We gave him the second chance to fix the water boiler and the heater, but we have stayed there for 3 days and we didnt have heat and warm water.

Superb

Naples to Stay apartment is located in the historical centre and despite the night life, it was very quiet inside. Except for the pigeons - yes pigeons :D which liked to sit above the balcony (right next to our bed) and be very loud every morning as soon as it got bright outside. Well if you forget to set your alarm clock, these guys will make sure that you do not sleep too long. I also need to mention that the shower is very very tiny and the more pizza we ate...:D Perhaps a new project for the owners as there definitely is enough space in the bathroom. The owner was very nice and helpful on the phone (I wasn't because it was late night when we arrived and taxi dropped us off at wrong spot - my apology:), the lady responsible for check in was extremely nice, the apartment was really cute, tidy and we enjoyed our stay :)

Good

The location was good and easy to find. The house was clean enough, the decoration was nice and bed was comfortable.

The bathroom didn’t work properly and internet connection was horrible! No wifi but also no service for the sim card

The best time we could have asked for in Naples.

We had a lovely time. The place is absolutely amazing and the host is one of the most hospitable and likeable ever! We felt very welcome and safe. The location is very central, two minutes away from the historical area and also very close to the harbour. If you ask me, it could not have been better!

No complaints so far. ABSOLUTELY NONE.
