Facilities. swimming pool. cleanliness.

Owner please fix the window in the room. No locked. Just tie it with rope. very dangerous for children if they open the window.

The key to enter the property was sometime cannot be function. Need to check soon. However overall nice and affordable to stay.

We love the location, view and spacious. Its family friendly and affordable too.

The apartment is spacious, quite clean.

It will be better if there is free wifi provided in the apartment. There is no remote control for the TV. It will be better if can provide kids’s friendly furnitures (e.g. high chairs, bath tubs).

Poorly maintained rooms.

Stains on sofas Clogged toilet Stains on pillow and bed Ants on bed. Bad foul odor in the apartment TV was not working. No wifi and no line on my phone. Generally were bad and poorly maintained apartment. Please avoid this accommodation.

Nothing. Don't ever book under this management.

Sticky floor, dirty sofa, bedroom were lock. Took almost 1 hour wait for the staff to give the key.

It was like a scam. totally not worth every penny. If you’re looking to spend more than 500 per night. this definitely s

the location is good. near to all tourist attractions

the bedsheets were not changed. they stink. it was very uncomfortable. No basic complimentary services and amenities. there is not even a carpet in the living room. there is practically nothing. when reach out to the owner, they definitely don’t have manners. Not even sorry.

The price and services are not suitable

The room Key collected at the mail box. This is Good idea to avoid crowded during check in /out during this pandemic.

The pool need to booking. Maybe because the Pandemic. As holiday with family + child, the main attraction will be the swimming pool. The agent said the pool was occupied because need to booking first. "All information already include inside the booking email" she said. You must realize that not all customer read the email. During booking also already stated together with dependents. This shock information also informed to customer 2 hour before check in using WhatsApp. Should this important information inform earlier before customer goes to check in. Otherwise, NO MEANING with check in Paid RM 400++ without using any facilities inside the building. Just an idea, each customer who booked together with dependents should got 1 entrance pool ticket/day freely. Why need to booking if WALK IN also can enter. As a customer, we know how to follow the 1 hour limitation time at the pool. Instead of said cannot enter because late booked the pool. Please think & Improve.

Owner are not informed that the pool only can be used after booking, not well prepared everything, the floor is very dirty and facilities which been stated in the confirmation booking list mostly are not there
