Lovely old property with character and charm set in gardens that you can enjoy an evening drink or a swim in the pool.
Friendly owners who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
During the two days we stayed the temperature was in the late 30’s during the day, making for quite a warm night in our room at the top of the building. They did supply a fan which helped and talking with the owner he was looking to install some sort of AC for 2024

Friendly family property, beautiful hosts children.
We chose to eat in and all cooking facilities were there, lovely dinner in the garden
Clean and quiet
Nothing would highly recommend

lovely setting, great pool and garden - beautiful old house with interesting decor. Breakfast was generous and fresh
only plugs in our room were at the bedside lights (kettle had to be plugged in at the bedside) and you can’t charge phones/computers AND read your book with bedside light) WiFi was almost unusable on top floor. I had to sit at the doorway to get enough for a work meeting (and unfortunately it ran out of battery because I could not simultaneously charge and reach WiFi). obviously WiFi is not everything but for me having a working holiday it was a real problem! )
blind fell off the window it was clipped to and you can’t close the window and block out the light.

Excellent B & B with fantastic hosts. We enjoyed our stay - it was clean and comfortable and in the perfect location to explore the area. Breakfasts were delicious! We also loved getting to know Edwina and Thomas’s adorable children.

Edwina and Thomas were wonderful hosts! Their children were an absolute delight and made our stay very memorable. Our rooms were very comfortable and roomy and the breakfast was always delicious! The grounds of the B & B were beautiful and so close to the action in St Cirq. We enjoyed out time in the area and hope to return one day soon. Just a beautiful spot!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location. Hosts Edwina and her husband were very helpful and friendly.

The hosts were very kind and generous. They were patient when we tried to use our limited knowledge of the French language. The house is beautiful and full of character. Our beds were very comfy. Breakfast was amazing and much of it was homemade. The area is stunning.

This is a beautiful house in a great location for exploring nearby towns and in particular, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie. Our room was comfortable and private (with its own bathroom). The couple who run the house are so lovely and welcoming, they cooked dinner for us two nights because we were there in the off-season and all nearby restaurants were closed. The meals were delicious and it was such a great experience to eat together and learn about the local area. They were also very helpful with suggestions for things to do and see. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

The breakfast was amazing.

Wonderfully welcoming hosts who offered to cook a local dinner for us as all the restaurants were closed in winter. Beautiful manor and rooms, it was a lovely stay.
The bath water ran a strange colour and the wifi didn’t work from our room.

Comfy bed. Nice linen and we loved the breakfasts, particularly the home made nutty cupcakes, yoghurt and jam. Lovely family.

The swimming pool is amazing. Also the warm welcome and that Edwina went our off her way to help us with the breakfast earlier! Their kids are friendly as well. It's nice to be in quiet nature, but also have some people around. The breakfast is good (croissant, sweet bread, white baguette, marmalade/jam peach/strawberry (?), butter, orange juice). Asked for water and they provided. The photo's of the yellow room doesn't seem inviting, so I was pleasantly surprised. The room was cosy and BIG. The bathroom was also very nice. Really hygienic. Outside it was 35 degrees, but inside it was cool. Could sleep with windows open, no noise what so ever. Cute dog and cat(s) walking around. You can walk up to the camping ground, that has a cafe and swimming in the river. There you can eat pizza (€11, pizza was kinda bad). 30 minutes you arrive at La popie village. Really good location! Beds and pillows were nice.
If we knew we could have eggs for breakfast we would! Also an 'organic' waste bin outside is welcoming as well. Giving you our trash feels awkward. Minor things. Awesome stay. Just book here :)

Beautiful old chateau which the young owners are restoring with great care. Lovely location on the river Lot, across from the spectacular clifftop village of St Cirq Lapopie. Dining opportunities were few (non-existent actually) in Tour de Faure, but you can drive up to St Cirq and park just above the village, with a path leading down to very nice restaurants. Incidentally, if you arrive to the car park after 7pm, the parking is free!
Can't think of anything.
