No volvere nunca

Para empezar pedimos una cama doble y nos pensabamos que tendriamos vistas a la montaña. Cuando llegamos vimos que era todo al reves, pedimos si nos podian canviar de habitación y la chica de recepción no nos ofrecio ninguna alternativa. Cuando vas a reservar te ponen que es bajo disponibilidad pero estatia bien avisar antes para poder decidir. Aparte que no te ponen ninguna foto de las otras vistas en cambio te ponen muchas de la montanya. Por otro lado la moqueta del suelo estaba sucia, juntamente con casi toda la habitación, la ducha tambien estaba rota y la manguera no se aguantaba en su sitio. Tambien añadir que la habitación no se parecia nada a las fotos y parecia un zulo. Por ultimo la televisión se encendio sola a todo volumen a las 6am y nos desperto, el mando estaba en el mueble de la tele, asi que debio de ser el mando de otra habitación que encendio nuestra tele.

Fuyez la demie pension, et prendre une chambre vue montagne pour l’intimité

Le petit déjeuner, la vue sur les montagnes depuis la terrasse commune, les cocktails du bar très bien réalisés

Nous avions demandé un lit double mais avons eu deux lits simples avec draps séparés. La vue sur la rue depuis la chambre en vis à vis d’autres immeubles était décevante. La piscine payante (une heure offerte sur le séjour, sinon accès à 12€). Le buffet du soir était très décevant, peu de choix, trop salé, rapport qualité prix très mauvais

Última vez que nos alojamos aquí.

El hotel tiene una zona de bar, sillones, billar y terraza muy acogedores.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este hotel y guardábamos un recuerdo muy bueno de nuestra estancia, pero esta vez ha sido tan decepcionante que no volveremos a alojarnos nunca más aquí. Reservamos una habitación con balcón porque así lo necesitábamos (en ningún momento pone sujeto a disponibilidad como si indican para las camas matrimoniales), y al llegar a la habitación nos encontramos con una simple ventana, algo escasa. Al abrir la nevera vimos el mini bar usado, casi vacío y bebidas consumidas. Añadir que tampoco teníamos jabón de manos porque estaban todos los recipientes vacíos. El colmo viene por la noche, cuando encendemos el televisor y estaba la pantalla destrozada… Nos da la sensación de que nos dieron la habitación que quedaba sin importar las condiciones en las que estuviera como si fuera una obra de caridad, para nada acorde con el precio de la estancia que no fue barato. En recepción solo han sabido decir que lo sienten mucho, pero no hemos tenido ninguna solución ni recompensación por este desastre de habitación.

Exceptional

The wonderful staff especially the lovely waitresses who were kind and helpful. The food is a great range each night. Breakfast fab with good bacon. Quiet rooms. Handy for the gondola, good parking outside or in. In centre of Soldeu. Nice bar area with balcony in front of slopes.It was perfect for us.

We brought our own kettle as none in the room.The room could do with a new carpet. But honestly we loved everything.

Really enjoyed the week, maybe improve food !

Central to everything, very well priced drinks, friendly staff.

Food not always hot, toasters for breakfast slow. Pillows are not very full and only one in room, shower kept falling out of holder.

Nice big room overlooking the ski slopes. The hotel has a nice bar area and terrace and the breakfast is good value. Parking on site was a real bonus.

We like the hotel and the wonderful team of staff. We hope to be back someday.

We like the hotel itself. The team of staff are wonderful to name Gustavo, Darwin and Mariano. The room was facing the wonderful mountain where you can enjoy the morning sun while watching the cable cars going up and down the mountain. The breakfast and the buffet dinner was excellent.
