The Breakers is the perfect choice for your family holiday in Woolacombe! Furnished with modern decor, a short drive to the beach, hot tub (*charges apply) and pet friendly! What more could you ask for!
Living/Dining/Cooking
The fantastic vaulted ceiling in the open plan kitchen/living/dining area gives the property an open, spacious feel - perfect for hosting the whole family and enjoying each others company after a long day at the beach. A smart TV is provided for your entertainment. The lounge area has comfortable seating for 6 guests and a large glazed wall with doors leading out to the patio keeps the property bright throughout the year.
A dining table and chairs for 6 guests is provided in this spacious living area, along with a trendy breakfast bar in the kitchen area giving an additional area to enjoy the culinary treats whipped up in the well-equipped kitchen.
The kitchen is situated in the heart of the home, meaning the chef is never left out of the holiday fun! There is plenty of worktop space and integrated appliances to make life as easy as possible.
Sleeping
The Breakers benefits from having two en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor. The twin bedroom is accessed from the main entrance hall. A double room is accessed from the living area, at the bottom of the stairs.
To the first floor, there is a kingsize bedroom.
Bathing
To the first floor there is a family bathroom (no shower) and to the ground floor, both bedrooms each have an en-suite shower room. Outside there is a hose available for washing down boards, wetsuits and sandy feet!
Outside
The property benefits from an internal doorway from the main entrance hall to the garage. This space can be used to store bikes/boards etc. A washer, dryer can be found in the utility area of the garage.
The garden is laid with patio and stone chippings with several shrubs and a hedged boundary to the Tarka Trail. A hot tub is available (*charges apply)
The driveway has parking for two vehicles and the property is located next to the Tarka Trail and therefore perfect for enjoying some lovely bike rides along the North Devon coast.

Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due. The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
For Bookings confirmed with VRBO, Ocean Cottages will take your payment prior to confirming your booking, this could be up to 72 hours after receiving your confirmation from VRBO. If we are unable to accept your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible. Airbnb take payment on our behalf and pay us after your stay, they will confirm the dates and amounts due when you make your booking.
It is not possible to add any extras when booking via VRBO/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages.

A great house for family members of all ages. Two downstairs bedrooms with shower rooms are great for less mobile guests. Spacious open plan living meant we could cook and all be together at the same time.The hot tub was amazing and we were lucky with the weather on the fabulous Woolacoombe beach. Lots of great walks too near to the house. A wonderful family holiday home.
