The common area is great with lots of space to relax. Our private room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed and a sink!
It's a wooden building, so can be a little bit noisy sometimes. And it is bit outside of the centre, although it's a nice walk along the lake.

The kind and helpful staff, comfortable bed, good place for resting specially for a Stormy day, ...

Very cozy and great staff!
Location is a bit far from the centre but that can also be a good thing

Beautiful fully renovated old house. A lot of space and is very well located. It also has a huge backyard.
It fullfilled my expectations.
3.5
Relaxed atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff.
Wat a bit expensive for a single room but had just come from Argentina which is a lot cheaper than Chile

One of the best hostels I stayed in Chile. Everything was perfect. Super clean, spacious (even the 10-bed-dorm), big garden and indoor communal areas.
The hostel is about 20 minutes from town but it's an easy walk along the shores of the lake. Also, after seeing how busy town was, I was actually glad to stay a bit outside
4.5
Very nice building with very spacious rooms. Shared, easy to use kitchen and nice bathrooms. Location is handy to hop on the bus towards National Park, Saltas,…
Amazing garden with raspberries you can pick yourself for breakfast.
Quite a walk from the city centre and relying very heavily on volunteers (instead of paid staff)
4.5
The staff was friendly. It depends on where you want to go in the town, the ubication can be perceived as far away from the center. There were many people hosted, so the kitchen was very busy throughout the day.

10/10 For once, photos are no deceiving!
Cleanest hostel I've stayed at. If that's important to you, you'll appreciate how they care about keeping the place clean. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious, not cramped at all and bathrooms are also spacious (shower soap provided).
Large common area to chill or watch a movie. Info about tours and activities. Coffee and tea available at all times. Close to super markets, restaurants and public transport. 15min walk from the center. Definitely recommended!
All good. Great value!

clean, great location, great value and super nice staff
bed backed onto a angled wall so I couldn’t sit up in bed

A perfect place to stay in Puerto Varas!

very cozy hostel, comfy beds, easy tour booking from there, lovely garden with colibris
it was a bit weird, staff was not always around so felt anyone could have just entered the hostel but that’s the only minus

Had a great stay here, and I thought the value and location were amazing.
Top bunk was way worse than the bottom.

Beautiful historic building and the whole set up is so warm and comfy. feels like a bed and breakfast in Vermont. it’s immaculately clean and just feels safe. the open kitchen and living space is very inviting !
nothing really!

Second time staying there, the hostel is still clean and cozy. Has a nice space to chill and another space to socialize. The two persons room was nice, big and clean.
The showers are still not working properly. There is barely water coming from the showerhead and it takes ages to shower.

Beautiful wooden house. Big and comfortable common areas. Relaxed atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. A bit far from the center but near the lake and there's a bus that passes by regularly.
The single room has a shared bathroom attached with only a thin plywood wall between and therefore experiences sounds and smells of the shared bathroom.

I loved the attention of the staff: so kindess, cordial, friendship. The installations were so clean, comfortable and beautiful. You could cook, have a walk for hostel gardens, have a talk with other guests, and mainly with the staff: Mónica and Lautaro :) Thanks a lot!

The public areas l are spacious and the double volume makes the building feel very grand. The rooms are large and very clean. The staff were extra helpful!
The public areas are not separated well from sleeping area and it can get a little loud.. and smelly from burnt food

Otherwise the staff was super nice, the garden is really comfy and neat, the location is perfect. Just out of the city center by the beach. They have a lot of activities to choose from.
I didn't like that the staff tried to sell me a tour to see all the sights nearby. I mean the tour is probably cool but I just don't like things being sold to me if I do not ask about it. During my first night there even was the guy driving the tour-car trying to sell the tour. Also there was no breakfast.

Beautiful and spacious common area to chill out. Well equipped kitchen.
Our double room was right next to a bathroom and they only shared a very thin wall. Not very pleasant sounds to awake to early in the morning or late at night.
