Clean spacious room with two entrances. Direct access to the lake. The staff was super friendly and so was their dog. We didn't stay for long, so not much more to say.
The hotel page speaks of a continental breakfast is served by the hotel each morning. This is rather disappointing. There's a fridge where you can grab some prepacked stuff. But I guess it's better than nothing.

Breakfast was ok, but not as good as other places I've been where they have hot food to choose from
Since it was winter and had snowed quit a bit, the driveway and parking area should of been plowed and never was the 3 days we were there. That was very disappointing since I do not have 4WD,

Convenient location, clean
Beds are old and not comfortable. Its a place to just sleep and go.

Beautiful and very spacious rooms, game room that includes ping pong and pool, very close to downtown Eagle River.
Shower pressure is quite weak. We were told to run it for a while and the pressure would get better. I ran the shower for 20 minutes but the pressure never got better. Also booked a room with a view of the lake but Booking.com didn’t send this info to the hotel, so we ended up with a view of the road.

Location was close to downtown and restaurants. Nice place to bring a dog.

We came in after hrs and left before anybody was around, loved the room and location

I'm an adult returning to see what has changed since I was a child, A LOT! I was looking to see what Eagle River had to offer in residential homes for sale. Unfortunately not much,
Everything went fine.
3.5
Very large room with tall ceilings.
The bath tub wouldn't drain when taking a shower. It must be clogged with hair or something. There were spider webs on the wall around the air conditioner. My husband HATES spiders so it was a biggie for him. We had to ask for more towels and rags. The breakfast was not up to par with the price.

Location is convenient
Terrible. Room was like walking into a second hand store. Everything was worn. Nothing matched. Furniture was broken or worn. Holden to get a quiet lake view. Got a view of the parking lot and highway.

We were in town for an event, the stay met our needs.

Breakfast was good. Location also good.
Walked out the door of the patio and the room right next to us had people almost on top of us. There was no privacy.

we had an adjoining room access. we did not ask for this. you could hear Everything! in the room next door.
3.5
Ambiance and proximity to our event
Ice machine didn't work and juice dispenser had some kind of floaties

Place was clean and nicely decorated with a rustic look that I loved and totally fit the surroundings of Eagle River. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable, I slept great. Rooms were equipped with a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Blow dryer and iron/ironing board available at the front desk. We had a room facing the lake. There was a door from our room to the outside where we found chairs, a picnic table and a gas grill. There was also a small hibachi grill. Truly loved sitting out there and enjoying the lake view.
Would have liked to see a little more at the continental breakfast. English muffins were available after our second morning, but prior to that there wasn’t even bread for toast and no jelly packs. I would have also liked to see some fresh fruit. Apples, bananas or oranges would have been great.

Everything about the lodge was exceptional; the price was very reasonable, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room itself, along with the view from the room was awesome, everything was clean, updated and accommodating and the breakfast was thumbs-up!!!!! Also enjoyed the game room and the docks on the property to fish from!!!!!!!!
Wish we could have stayed longer!!
