Let me start by saying we loved the cabin overall! I had a few concerns but I’m a bit more thorough than most people so I understand! When I called the manager to get the code they had my name wrong(definitely no big deal! And was still able to proceed) what upset me most about the booking is when I called for access code this is when I was told the pool was not available, this was a major part of why we booked this particular cabin. We wanted to enjoy the cabin and pool and not travel to attractions every single day. When we got to the cabin it was tidy but not in depth clean(visibly very dusty, dishwasher had funky stuff in filter/catch, pool table rack was broken and so was a pocket on the pool table causing balls to fall out when playing, other minor things that were addressed with manager as host didn’t respond but manager was very polite/professional) The hot tub was working but the chlorine was very strong to where it stung my skin when I got in so I didn’t allow my children to get in, my in-laws didn’t seem to mind at all though. Not sure if this is normal or a chlorine balance issue as I’m not water expert by any means. They had plenty of cups/plates/bowls/silverware provided and did provide dishwashing detergent for sink and dishwasher. They provided some toilet paper but if you’re picky you may want to grab some of your own. The cutest little popcorn bowl and popcorn was available as well! Over all I would likely book again due to location and size.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this lovely cabin. We had plenty of space to enjoy some family time but enough room to have alone time in the one of four bedrooms. I recommend this cabin for your stay in Tennessee.

With bedrooms and bathrooms on all 3 levels, this was the perfect home for our family vacation to the Dollywood area attractions. Parents on the main level, son and wife w/no kids needing to do some remote work upstairs, and older son and wife with grandkids on the lower level. Everyone had their own bathrooms and big kitchen for everyone to pitch in with meals. Also plenty of room for 3 vehicles and nice community pool.

Spent the weekend at Leslie's cabin with the family. We had a great time. The cabin was very modern, clean, and comfortable. We look forward to doing it again soon.

We came to Tennessee to relax and this was a great place. We were able to take trips to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sweetwater. Very nice location and beautiful house.

All in all a good trip!! The views are great and the deck with hot tub certainly a treat. I'd argue it's more than 15 minutes away from the action. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during our entire stay. We were notified the day before check-in that there were mechanical issues. Came to find out after arriving that the pool had actually been down nearly two weeks before our reservation with no fix in sight. As we were traveling with kids, the pool was a major selling point. We were directed to a small "beach" that was a good 25-minute drive in traffic. We also weren't made aware of a cabin being constructed adjacent to the property. It made for some noisy mornings.

We loved our time in Leslie’s cabin! It was so clean and spacious with lots of fun amenities! The host and the property manager were super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

The check in process was great and the property manager was easy to contact especially when we had an appliance issue which was quickly resolved. The cabin has fantastic views and was easy to get to a variety of places. Especially nice if you have someone you are with that has mobility issues with everything needed on a single floor. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Great cabin nice privacy and plenty to do in the cabin and the resort area. Clean! Felt secluded which was great if you need to be closer than 20-30 mins to shops and attractions it wouldn’t be a good fit.

This house is great for a Smoky Mountains getaway where you can enjoy the serenity of the mountain views and relax in the hot tub or by the pool while also being within a 25 minute drive of the attractions and activity of Pigeon Forge. The house is well appointed and as described. We didn’t have a chance to enjoy the home theater, but they did provide popcorn for our enjoyment. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was clean and the proper temperature. Everything with check in was easy. The house has a beautiful view of the mountains. Definitely a great place to stay with 4 comfortable bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms.

The cabin is beautiful, cozy, and comfortable. I would love to take the giant king bed upstairs home with me ! The owner communicated beautifully and the check in call was one of the friendliest ladies I have ever spoke too! Recommend 10000%!

Had an amazing stay at Hunters Ridge, property was as good if not better than described, was perfect accomodations for our group of 8. Owner and property manager were prompt in response to any question I had leading up to our stay and the cabin was just wonderful, just a great trip overall.

The cabin was very clean and we loved the threater. The location is close to the city and Pigeon Forge. It should be good to have a map of where the trash cans are. We did notice that the rooms downstairs were a little cold and have a few more extra blanks would have been better. These items were minor and didn’t take away from the rating. We would definitely rent this cabin again.

This property is so beautiful and is right on the top of the hill on the resort the views from the balcony are very nice. Would definitely stay at this location again in the future. Communication with the property manager was perfect.

The cabin is nice and clean. Rooms are large, as are the bathrooms. Beds feel very firm, but are comfortable. Owner and property manager are very nice and responsive. You have to take the trash to what is called a "convenient location" but it is actually at the very back of this resort and isn't on your way anywhere. Not the owners fault, just something to note.

Had a wonderful stay at this cabin!! Owner and property manager were both easy to reach and work with. Check in and out was easy. Cabin nice and clean. Few maintenance issued that were minor and was addressed promptly. About 15-20 mins to town depending on traffic. Overall a great stay!!
