Wir hatten als Familie die Maisonnette-Suite mit Meerblick gebucht: ein wunderbarer Blick über die Bucht! Saubere, moderne Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal. Auch von der Lage her empfehlenswert: nicht in der Partymeile, sondern mit Nähe zu den zentralen Plätzen, zur Altstadt und zum Hafen. Und nur ein ganz kurzer Weg zum Meer.

Ganz selten fehlt das letzte Quäntchen Ehrgeiz: abends im Pool-Bereich alle Schirme eingeklappt, zurückgelassene Poolhandtücher und Geschirr weggeräumt, Liegen einigermaßen zurechtgerückt?

Wonderful stay!

Really convenient location. Whole hotel was very clean and well maintained. The rooms had some really nice features too.

Pool bar wasn’t open early June and pool didn’t have any music. Really minor points however, we had a lovely stay.

the location is fantastic, it’s immaculately clean and the staff are so lovely. the breakfasts are also really very good!

depending on who you have in the duplex above you, it can be slightly noisy if they are the kind of people who like to drag furniture around on the tiled floors.

It’s right by the beach and an easy walk into the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a fantastic view from our room

Hotel funcional y con buena ubicación, mejorable en trato a clientes

La ubicación en la playa de Ses Figueretes es estupenda y está a 12 minutos andando del centro. La habitación es cómoda y funcional. Y la terraza con la piscina es de lo mejor del hotel.

Hemos hecho un viaje familiar a Ibiza, con mis padres y tíos que tienen más de 70 años. Llegamos al hotel pasadas las 11 de la noche y hubo un problema con la reserva de Booking, que había trasladado la reserva para 4 en vez de para 5 personas, a pesar de que las dos habitaciones, que eran iguales, tenían distinto precio. Se pudo solventar el problema finalmente a través de Booking de madrugada, según me trasladaron al día siguiente y pude comprobar después en la app, pero la verdad es que la actitud mientras se resolvía el problema no fue la mejor, yo soy algo más joven y estas cuestiones no me distorsionan, pero la sensación para mis padres que son mayores fue que los estabas tratando como si fueran unos polizones y no fue nada grato para ellos. En Ibiza puede "verse de todo" y dar con todo tipo de clientes, pero hay que saber a quién tratar de qué forma. Como le dije al recepcionista, he sido usuaria de la cadena Eurostar y aposté por este hotel entre las distintas opciones de Ibiza por la confianza en la cadena y, está vez, la valoración no es igual de positiva que el resto.

En pareja, sin duda un acierto

Un personal extremadamente amable, cuidadoso con el cliente y educados. Destacar la gran profesionalidad de su directora, que nos atendió de 10. Sin duda volveremos aunque era temporada baja y la piscina exterior y todo el ambiente que debe tener ese hotel no lo tenía. Tranquilo y habitaciones preciosas.

PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA: NO TIENEN VISTA AL MAR (hay otros hoteles interpuestos).

La limpieza y la infraestructura equipamiento de la habitación.

PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA, el hotel ofrece vista al mar en sus habitaciones PERO NO ES UNA VISTA COMO TAL, su foto de propaganda es de su terraza y está tomada en un ángulo que impide ver que hay otros hoteles interpuestos. Me sentí ENGAÑADO Y DEFRAUDADO, además LA RELACIÓN COSTO-BENEFICIO ES MALA (un hotel caro para su calidad y servicio que ofrece). Otro detalle es que buscaban cobrar por artículos de su refrigerador que en realidad no consumí.

Fantastico

El hotel está cerca de la playa y varios restaurantes, y unos 15 minutos andando al centro de la ciudad - Nuestra habitacion tenía vistas del mar inmejorables, era super comodo y limpio, la atencíon de los empleados era fantastico, especialmente Arantcha en Recepcion, tambien aprovechamos del spa, todo un 10 !

Un hotel excelente con un trato fantástico.

Ante todo, cabe destacar que fui por motivos laborales en temporada baja y se notaba en la ocupación (se notaba en toda la isla) y que entré muy tarde y salí muy temprano. Me dieron una habitación "superior" que resultó francamente mejor (una suite de la sexta planta) con unas prestaciones francamente buenas. Las vistas a primera hora excelente y el tamaño de la habitación, enorme. El coste en temporada de esta habitación debe ser muy elevado. Una pena no poder disfrutar del alojamiento más tiempo. El desayuno, a pesar de la poca ocupación, amplio y de muy buena calidad.

Frühstrück war sehr reichhaltig. Empfangsdamen von der Morgenschicht waren beide sehr freundlich.

Wir mussten uns notgedrungen für den 5.11. ein Zimmer buchen, da unser Flug storniert wurde. Der Rezeptionist war äußerst unfreundlich. Hatte wohl keine Lust auf Gäste. Er konnte uns ja nicht mal gescheit grüßen. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten Zimmer Nr. 14, welches zur Straßenseite ausgelegt war. Es war durchgehend sehr laut, zudem auch heiß im Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage war anscheinend auf "Heizmodus" umgestellt worden. Ich hatte mich, wie in einer Sauna gefühlt!!! Es war eine sehr lange Nacht und das ohne Party.

Tolles Hotel für kürzeren Stadturlaub

Wir erhielten nach einer Nacht ein fantastisches Upgrade. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nahe der Innenstadt, an einer hübschen Bucht gelegen mit Strand und Restaurants.

Wir haben lange vor unserer Anreise um das selbe Zimmer gebeten welches wir schon im letzten Jahr hatten, leider wurde hier 0% Rücksicht darauf genommen, finde es für diese Preisklasse nicht wirklich Kundenorientiert, Die Öffnungszeiten der Poolbar bis 20:00 ist halt für Ibiza Verhältnisse eher schwach

HOTEL MUY RECOMENDABLE EN IBIZA CAPITAL

Hotel muy recomendable y muy bien situado (a 10 minutos del centro comercial / restaurador / nocturno de Ibiza y a 3 minutos andando de la playa de ses Figueretes) Habitación muy amplia, con zonas separadas para el dormitorio y el salón, el cual dispone de mesa y televisión. Aunque no los utilizamos, la habitación dispone de todos los elementos para cocinar. El desayuno, sin ser un enorme buffet, era muy completo por el precio de 15€/persona que pagamos, Todo el personal con el que tuvimos contacto (recepción, desayuno y piscina) nos encantó y nos ayudo en todo lo necesario. En definitiva, un hotel muy recomendable al que sin duda volveremos si tenemos la suerte de volver a Ibiza.

En cuanto a lo negativo, del hotel propiamente dicho no podemos decir nada. Lo único que podríamos decir es, tal y como ya sabíamos, que no dispone de pàrquing, Para poder estacionar nuestro vehiculo utilizamos dos opciones; dejar el vehiculo en zona azul (que no se paga en horario nocturno) o, si no encontrábamos sitio libre en la misma, lo dejábamos en un pàrquing privado situado a 7 minutos andando del hotel y por el cual pagamos 25€/noche aproximadamente.

we only used our room... not any area as it looked aged.

room was large and clean

the reception area is disappointing and all the communal areas should have white walls these have yellow patches. It needs painting. The roof top area with the pool also looks a bit tired and eternal walls need painting. For the amount I paid I was disappointed.
