Good

The location is great, the flat was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The pools on the premises are great and the garden is beautifully landscaped. Overall pleasant, with need of a few updates and upgrades.

The ACs and hot water are on timers, which was a hassle. The water pressure in the shower was so weak and there is no cold water from the taps. The flat was not clean to a great standard (dust, stains, etc) Communication with the owner was not smooth, as they relied on automated messages and did not respond to several questions about the property.

Excellent stay really good value .

Everything we needed for 2 weeks was provided. There were some little extras such as tea coffee milk salt and pepper washing powder tabs washing up liquid ice trays hand soap also provided which really helped us settle in until we got to the shops.

A comfortable place for a longer stay.

A large apartment in a quiet complex surrounding some pools. Had everything you could possibly need during a longer stay, including a washing machine. A supermarket and a couple of restaurants are just around the block.

The kitchen space is tiny, but perfectly fine otherwise. The nearby beaches are somewhat disappointing but if the pool is all you need or you have a car, you'll be fine. The archeological site is some 20 minutes away by foot.

Nice complex and location, great terrace with the view but better maintenance is required

The location and the complex are great, the territory is very green and well maintained, not far from the sea. It is very calm and usually not noisy, the cars are not heard at all, great terrace with the pool view. The landlords are sweet, the sink in the bathroom was not working properly and they immediately came to fix it.

The apartment is definitely requiring some cleaning and refurbishment. The bedroom seems to be recently renovated and quite pleasant, but living area and bathroom are not so. The curtains in the living room were not washed for a while, the sofa requires cleaning, the dishes and appliances in the kitchen were not properly cleaned. This is not the first stay of ours in Paphos in similar complex and I must say we had better experiences. We were quite disappointed with the place, which did not improve our vacation at all.

Fantastic host. The apartment was lovely, great area, easy to find, no problems at all.

The apartment was easy to find, clean and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. There was a large balcony which had the sun all afternoon. All the apartments have their own sunbeds which are numbered so once you find yours you have them for the week. The pool area was lovely, there was a life guard on duty all day and there was plenty of space to sunbathe. We hired a car and had no problem parking at all.

Exceptional

Perfect location!Beach and city center are very close.The apartment and the pool were quiet,clean.The lifeguard by the pool,the owner and his wife were always kind and helpful.Around the pool was the most beautiful garden what I have seen in my holiday apartmenst.

It was no recycle bin so we had to collect and throw all rubish together,but I had the same problem all around the Island.In an EU Country that should not happen,but I hope in the future they will protect better the nature.

Very good

Location was excellent. Facilities provided were good.. apartment was was excellent value for money. Arrival and departure information was excellent. Views over swimming pool area lovely.

Quilt was lovely and warm but could benefit from being a larger size (king or super king. This is probably not important for most of the year but we visited on a particularly cold week.I

The host could not have done more. A absolute star who assisted me whilst i was very ill.

Superb

The apartment felt private and the space works well for a small family. pool view from balcony is really nice and the sun position in the evening was really nice, there is a lifeguard on site and the overall complex is quiet and friendly.

Apartment photo showed outdoor sofas on balcony which weren't there, There were quite a lot of stray cats on the complex and even a vicious cat that attacked other cats.

Fabulous apartment in beautiful complex with helpful friendly host!

The location was excellent as it was in a quite area but only a 10 minute walk to the beach and 10 min walk to an area of restaurants and shops. Excellent parking facility and very comfortable clean place. The host, Jen, was fantastic!! She recommended so many excellent restaurants and helped us organise taxis and even facilitated a late check out time for us. Jen really made our stay extra special, thank you Jen.

Some more toilet roll, laundry detergent and beach towels would have been helpful. Otherwise it was excellent!

Quiet place in the city centre

Location is very good, walking distance to the down town, beach is also near. At the same time quiet. Parking is free. Has everything needed, including towels for the pool. Big and shady terrace. Owner is very friendly and welcoming. In case we come back to Paphos one day will definitely book the same place.

Exceptional

Very clean and bright apartment in a good location. Host was very helpful and friendly. Nice complex with great pools, only few minutes to the beach! :) We will definitely come here again.
